11 圧電セラミックス層
21、22 内部電極層
図1は、本発明の積層型圧電素子の一実施の形態を示す断面図である。
秤量した素原料を混合して16時間の粉砕後、880℃で仮焼することによって圧電セラミックスの仮焼粉を得た。この仮焼粉をバインダや可塑剤と混練し、ドクターブレード法によって厚さ120μmの圧電セラミックグリーンシートを得た。
Claims (6)
- 内部電極層と圧電セラミックス層とが交互に積層されてなる素体を有する積層型圧電素子であって、
前記内部電極層が、Cuを主成分とすると共に、前記圧電セラミックス層が、Pb(Ti,Zr)O3で表される複合酸化物を主成分とし、
5価および6価のうちの少なくともいずれか一方の金属元素を含有した金属酸化物が、前記内部電極層から離間するにつれて濃度が小さくなるように、前記圧電セラミックス層に含有されていることを特徴とする積層型圧電素子。 - 前記金属元素は、Nb、Sb、Ta、及びWの中から選択された少なくとも一種であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の積層型圧電素子。
- 内部電極パターンと圧電セラミックグリーンシートとが交互に積層された積層体を作製する積層工程と、前記積層体を焼成して内部電極層と圧電セラミックス層とが交互に積層された素体を作製する焼成工程とを含む積層型圧電素子の製造方法であって、
前記圧電セラミックグリーンシートは、Pb(Ti,Zr)O3で表される複合酸化物が主成分とし、
前記内部電極パターンは、Cuを含有した導電性粉末と、5価および6価のうちの少なくともいずれか一方の価数を有する金属元素を含み、
前記焼成工程において、前記金属元素を金属酸化物の形態で、前記内部電極層から前記圧電セラミックス層中に、前記内部電極層から離間するにつれて濃度が小さくなるように拡散させることを特徴とする積層型圧電素子の製造方法。 - 前記金属元素は、Nb、Sb、Ta、及びWの中から選択された少なくとも一種であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の積層型圧電素子の製造方法。
- 前記金属酸化物は、Nb2O5、Sb2O5、Ta2O5、及びWO3のうちのいずれかで表わされることを特徴とする請求項3または請求項4記載の積層型圧電素子の製造方法。
- 前記金属酸化物の含有量は、前記導電性粉末と前記金属酸化物との含有量総計に対して40.0重量%未満であることを特徴とする請求項3ないし請求項5のいずれかに記載の積層型圧電素子の製造方法。
