試験例1 キュウリうどんこ病防除試験
培養土を入れたプラスチック製ポットに播種した後、10日程度育苗し子葉が完全に展開したキュウリ(品種:四葉)を供試植物とした。混合する殺菌性化合物と混合比を換えて製剤例1に準じて製造した水和剤を、水で希釈して所定濃度に調製し(展着剤加用)、5ポットあたり20ml散布処理した。風乾後、キュウリうどんこ病菌の分生胞子を接種し、18〜21℃の人工気象室に置いた。接種10日後に子葉の発病面積を下記の基準に従って指数評価し、得られた指数値をもとに下記式1により発病度を求めた。さらに下記式2により防除価を求めた。結果を表2に示した。
