Description

The present invention relates to an apartment house intercom system, and more particularly, to an apartment house intercom system having a structure in which a branching device for branching a wiring from a controller is assembled to an entrance cordless handset installed at an individual room entrance.

In the multi-family intercom system, the trunk lines (signal lines) for transmitting call signals and video signals transmitted from the multi-purpose entrance unit from the controller to each room are installed, and the rooms installed in each room A signal line branched from the main line using a branching unit is connected to the master unit. In this case, as shown in Patent Document 1, the branching unit is installed together with the entrance cordless handset installed at the entrance which is the entrance of the living room. In this patent document 1, after connecting the wiring from both the controller and the room base unit to the terminal block of the branching device (relay adapter), the terminal block of the branching unit is mounted on the back of the entrance unit with the back. It was fixed.

In the case of the connection structure of the entrance cordless handset and the branching device disclosed in Patent Document 1, the terminal block of the branching device is exposed even after being mounted, so that it is easy to check the connection state. However, since the wiring connection work to the branching device is performed with the terminal block facing up, the mounting work to the entrance unit had to reverse the branching device. In this case, the maximum number of wires to be connected to the branching device is 19, and the work of reversing is troublesome because it is a work in a narrow space in the embedded box used when installing the entrance cordless handset. there were. In addition, the wiring connected by twisting is twisted, and it is difficult to determine the connection line during maintenance or the like.
Furthermore, the exposed branch terminal block requires a waterproof cover dedicated to the branch so as not to be exposed to rainwater entering the embedded box.

Therefore, in view of such problems, the present invention is provided with an entrance device and a branch device that are easy to attach the branch device to the entrance device and that can protect the terminal portion from rainwater without providing a waterproof cover. The purpose is to provide a collective housing intercom system.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the invention according to claim 1 is characterized in that a visitor calls an occupant at an entrance of an apartment house to call a resident, and an entrance of each room to call a resident. In addition, the wiring is not twisted so that it is difficult to determine the connection line.
Furthermore, since the branching terminal block is arranged in the wiring space formed between both the terminal block of the entrance cordless handset, as a result, it is located away from the back surface of the embedding box to be stored, It becomes easy to manage the wiring.
Moreover, it is possible to make the structure in which rainwater does not easily enter both terminal blocks, and it is not necessary to provide a separate waterproof cover.

In addition, since the wiring is introduced and delivered from below, rainwater can hardly enter the upper side and the side.

Furthermore, since the lid member is provided in the upper part of the wiring space, it is possible to prevent rainwater from entering the terminal blocks of both the entrance unit and the branching unit.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, the locking piece receives a sliding operation from below and is locked to the locking portion.
With this configuration, since the upper part of the branching unit can be inserted into the lid member, both terminal blocks can be reliably protected from rainwater.

According to the present invention, the terminal block of the branching device attached to the entrance cordless device is arranged facing the back of the entrance cordless device, so that it can be attached to the entrance cordless device without changing the orientation while being connected. It is easy to operate the branching device. In addition, the wiring is not twisted so that it is difficult to determine the connection line. Furthermore, since the branching terminal block is arranged in the wiring space formed between them together with the terminal block of the entrance cordless handset, as a result, it is located away from the back of the embedding box to be stored, Wiring is easy to handle. In addition, it is possible to make a structure in which rainwater does not easily enter both terminal blocks, and there is no need to provide a separate waterproof cover.

With this configuration, a visitor can operate the collective entrance 1 to call a resident at the visited location and make a call by calling the resident from the management room base unit 2. . In addition, when a call is made from the entrance hall 1 or the entrance 5, a visitor image captured by the cameras 10 and 15 in the living room 2 can be displayed on the monitor 24 and confirmed.

Here, the entrance cordless handset 5 and the branching device 6 will be described in detail. The branching device 6 is installed in the entrance cordless handset 5 and is accommodated in an embedded box for installing the entrance cordless handset 5. 2 to 4 are external views of the entrance cordless handset 5 and the branching device 6, FIG. 2 is a perspective view in a separated state, FIG. 3 is a perspective view in a separated state and seen from the rear, and FIG. The rear view of the state which attached | subjected the branching device 6 to the subunit | mobile_unit 5 is shown. In FIG. 2, reference numeral 26 denotes a microphone, and 27 denotes a speaker.

As shown in FIG. 3, the entrance handset 5 has a handset terminal block 30 for connecting wiring arranged from the room base station 4 to the back of the case, and a storage space 31 for storing the branching device 6. Locking portions 32 for locking the branching devices 6 housed in two places on both the left and right sides surrounding 31 are provided. The accommodation space 31 is formed according to the dimensions of the branching device 6.

Further, a cover plate 33 as a cover member covering the upper part of the installed branching device 6 is provided in the upper part of the accommodation space 31 so as to protrude rearward in a bowl shape. The lid plate 33 includes a frame side 33a that hangs down around the lid plate 33, and is formed so as to close the upper portion of the branching device 6.
In addition, a wiring space 34 formed in a concave shape toward the front of the front door 5 is formed in the lower part of the accommodation space 31. The wiring space 34 has a size ranging from a portion where a terminal block of the branching device 6 to be described later is disposed to a lower end where the entrance terminal 5 is opened. The terminal block 30 of the entrance cordless handset 5 is arranged in the wiring space 34 and is formed as a quick connection terminal for inserting and connecting an electric wire from behind. In addition, 35 shown in FIG. 3 is a protective wall for preventing intrusion (blow-up) of rainwater from below.

On the other hand, the branching device 6 has a case formed of a substantially rectangular box, and as shown in FIG. 2, the signal line 8 provided from the controller 3 is connected and the signal line connected to the room master unit 4 is connected. A branching terminal block 37 for connecting 9 is provided on the front surface. The branching device 6 has a flat front surface 6a, and a branching device terminal block 37 is formed one step down from the front surface 6a. And the branching device terminal block 37 is provided over the lower end of the branching device 6, and the downward direction becomes an open shape. The branch terminal block 37 is formed of a fast connection terminal that can be connected simply by inserting an electric wire from the front.
In addition, on the left and right side surfaces of the branching device 6, a total of four locking pieces 38 are provided at portions corresponding to the locking portions 32 of the front door device 5, and the side surfaces extend downward. It is formed with a uniform width, and the lower side surface acts as a guide wall 39 for guiding the wiring connected to the branch terminal block 37.

In the rear view of FIG. 4, (b) shows an enlarged view of the A part. As shown in this enlarged view, the locking piece 38 has a locking step portion 38a at the lower portion and a tapered portion 38b having an inclined surface at the upper portion, and is engaged by sliding the branching device 6 upward from below. The stop piece 38 is formed so as to smoothly engage with the engaging portion 32.

Next, a mounting operation between the entrance slave unit 5 and the branching device 6 having the above-described configuration will be described. When the wiring from the base unit 4 is connected to the handset terminal block 30 of the entrance unit 5, and the wiring from the control unit 3 and the base unit 4 is connected to the branching terminal block 37, both are connected. The wiring operation is put together so that the wiring is sent from below, and the mounting operation is started.
Mounting is performed by sliding the branching device 6 from below the entrance cordless handset 5. The terminal block forming surface provided with the locking piece 38 of the branching device 6 is pushed upward (toward the entrance unit 5) so that the taper portion 38b above the locking piece 38 moves over the locking portion 32. The sliding step portion 38a eventually engages with the end of the engaging portion. At this time, the upper end portion of the branching device 6 is inserted into the lid plate 33, abuts on the upper surface of the lid plate 33, the sliding operation is restricted, and the mounting operation is completed. Thus, the branching device 6 enters the cover plate 33 provided in the upper portion of the accommodation space 31, and the upper portion of the branching device 6 is closed. Further, when sliding, since the wiring is guided downward by the guide wall 39 provided in the entrance cordless handset 5, it can be prevented from jumping out to the left and right and can be smoothly installed.

In this way, since the terminal block of the branching device attached to the entrance child machine is arranged facing the back of the entrance child machine, it can be attached to the entrance child machine without changing the orientation with the wiring work done, Easy to operate the turnout. In addition, the wiring is not twisted so that it is difficult to determine the connection line.
Furthermore, the branching terminal block is arranged in the wiring space formed between the two together with the terminal block of the entrance cordless machine, and the wiring is introduced and sent out from below, so that it is difficult for rainwater to enter the upper side and the side. This eliminates the need for a separate waterproof cover.
And by closing the upper part of the wiring space with the cover plate provided on the entrance unit, it is possible to prevent rainwater from entering the terminal blocks of both the entrance unit and the branch unit. Since it is inserted into the cover plate, the upper part of the branching unit can be closed, and both terminal blocks can be reliably protected from rain water.

5 and FIG. 6 show the entrance cordless handset with the branching device attached, FIG. 5 is a perspective view seen from the rear, and FIG. 6 shows a side view showing the construction on the wall surface. As shown in FIG. 5, the wiring space 34 formed by mounting is formed so as to open downward, so that the connected wiring can be easily sent out. In FIG. 6, reference numeral 41 denotes a wiring, 42 denotes an embedding box, and 43 denotes a wall surface. The wiring 41 connected to the entrance terminal 5 and the branching device 6 in the wiring space 34 is drawn from the lower side. 42 is pulled out from the wire insertion hole.
As shown in FIG. 6, since the wiring is drawn out from between the entrance cordless handset 5 and the branching device 6, the branching device terminal block 37 is located away from the back surface of the embedding box 42 to be accommodated and embedded. Wiring in the box 42 can be easily handled. Specifically, when the wiring is drawn upward as shown in FIG. 6, the wiring of the branching device 6 is the same as the wiring connected to the entrance unit as compared with the configuration in which the terminal block is provided on the back of the conventional branching device 6. The bending angle can be increased greatly, the wiring stress can be reduced, and the wiring 41 can be easily routed in the embedded box 42. On the contrary, this indicates that wiring can be carried out without difficulty even if the thickness of adding the branching device to the entrance unit is about the depth of the embedding box, and the inside of the embedding box can be used effectively.

In the above embodiment, the locking piece 38 is provided on the branching device 6, but the locking piece 38 may be provided on the entrance unit 5 side. In this case, the locking piece 38 is provided with a tapered portion 38 b on the lower side, and the branching device 6 may be provided with a stepped portion for locking the locking piece 38.
Moreover, although the branching device 6 is configured to be inserted by sliding from below, it may be configured to be pressed and inserted from the rear, while the upper end of the branching device 6 is inserted into the cover plate 33 while being operated from the rear. It is possible to satisfactorily close the upper part of the wiring space 34 even if the structure is assembled by pressing. In this case, the locking portion and the locking piece are formed to lock in the front-rear direction.
Furthermore, although the branching device 6 has a size extending up and down the back of the entrance cordless handset 5, it can also be made to be about half the size. A recess can be provided to form a storage space and the branching device 6 can be stored. In this case, the lower surface of the entrance unit case can also be used as a cover plate, and there is no need to separately provide a cover plate.
