Description
Claims (2)
- 燃料電池と、燃料供給源から供給される燃料ガスを前記燃料電池へと供給するための燃料供給流路と、この燃料供給流路の上流側のガス流量及び/又はガス圧力を調整して下流側に供給する開閉弁と、前記開閉弁の下流側における燃料ガスの圧力が目標圧力となるように前記開閉弁を駆動制御する制御手段と、を備える燃料電池システムであって、
前記燃料電池から排出されるガスを前記燃料供給流路に戻すための循環流路と、前記燃料電池内の燃料ガス流路と、前記燃料供給流路の前記循環流路との合流点から下流側の部分と、によって構成される燃料循環系を備え、
前記制御手段は、
前記燃料電池における燃料ガス消費量と前記開閉弁の上流側における燃料ガスの圧力とに基づいて前記開閉弁の補正流量算出用の仮の駆動周期Tcycleを算出し、
G FF =k×V×{273/(273+T)}×(1000/T cycle )×60
なる関係式(k:単位変換係数、V(L):前記燃料循環系体積、T(℃):前記開閉弁下流側における燃料ガスの温度、T cycle (ms):前記仮の駆動周期)によりフィードフォワードゲインGFFを算出し、
前記開閉弁の下流側における燃料ガスの圧力と目標圧力との偏差である圧力偏差に前記フィードフォワードゲインGFFを乗じることによりフィードフォワード補正流量を算出し、
前記圧力偏差を低減させるためのフィードバック補正流量を算出し、
前記フィードフォワード補正流量及び前記フィードバック補正流量を前記燃料電池における燃料ガス消費量に加算することにより前記開閉弁のガス噴射流量を算出し、
前記ガス噴射流量に対応する制御信号に基づいて前記開閉弁を駆動制御するものである、
燃料電池システム。 - 前記開閉弁は、インジェクタである、
請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。
