Description

The present invention relates to a liquid recovery apparatus in which a rectangular liquid receiving body for recovering a liquid, the upper surface of which is formed into a flat surface and a standing wall formed in the periphery, is provided at a liquid receiving portion.

Such a liquid recovery apparatus receives and recovers a liquid falling from above toward a liquid receiving place by a liquid receiver.
As a conventional example of a liquid recovery apparatus to be applied, a liquid receiving body for recovering liquid is disposed at a liquid receiving position at a position corresponding to the lower part of an article storage section in an article storage shelf equipped in a production processing facility. There is what I did. That is, the article storage shelf in this conventional example is configured to store a material to be cut by a cutting device, a manufactured product manufactured by cutting the material, a processed product in the middle of processing, and the like. Specifically, it is used to cut a material into a manufactured product while transporting the material, an intermediate product or a manufactured product between a cutting device and an article storage shelf by a stacker crane. It is supposed to be. In addition, a large amount of cutting oil adheres to the intermediate product or manufactured product during the cutting process of the cutting apparatus, and it adheres to the intermediate processed product or manufactured product stored in the article storage section of the article storage shelf. Since the cut cutting oil falls, a liquid receiving body is provided as an oil pan intended to receive and collect the falling cutting oil. By the way, when transporting an intermediate product or manufactured product with a stacker crane, the cutting oil adhering to it falls from the intermediate product or manufactured product, and the falling cutting oil adheres to the stacker crane. When it is necessary to avoid this, the stacker crane is also provided with a liquid receiver.
In this conventional example, the liquid receiver is provided in an inclined posture that is lower in the stacker crane passage side in the longitudinal direction of the shelf, and one side of the lower side is opened to discharge the collected liquid. It is supposed to be. Corresponding to the lower side of the liquid receiver, a gutter member for receiving and collecting the liquid dropped and discharged from the liquid receiver is provided. By the way, the liquid receiver mounted on the stacker crane is provided in an inclined posture that is lower on the article storage shelf side, and one side of the lower side is opened for discharging the collected liquid. ing. And the collect | recovered liquid falls and discharges to the said collar member (for example, refer patent document 1).

Japanese Patent Publication No. 8-22493

In the above-described conventional liquid recovery apparatus, the liquid receiver is inclined, and the entire lower side is opened, and the liquid received and collected is discharged. Therefore, the liquid dropped and discharged from the receiver In the case where the liquid is collected by the eaves member, it is necessary to arrange the liquid receiver and the eaves member close to each other. In other words, if the liquid receiver and the eaves member are greatly separated in the vertical direction, the liquid falling from the liquid receiver will shake due to the influence of wind pressure, etc., which occurs as the stacker crane travels, making it suitable for the eaves member. Therefore, it is necessary to dispose the liquid receiver and the flange member close to each other. However, if the liquid receiver and the heel member are arranged close to each other as described above, for example, if the heel member is provided at a position corresponding to the lower side of the article storage shelf so as not to interfere with the conveyance of the article, the liquid receiver The body will also be installed at a position away from the article storage section in the article storage shelf. Originally, the liquid receiving body is arranged close to the bottom of the article storage section so that the liquid can be collected accurately. In spite of desiring to do so, there is a risk of inconvenience that cannot be satisfied.
In order to avoid such inconvenience, the liquid receiver is provided in a state where the liquid receiver is inclined in the front-rear width direction or the horizontal width direction, and at a position corresponding to a part of one side corresponding to the lower side of the upper surface of the liquid receiver, A liquid discharge hole for discharging liquid to the outside is formed, and a liquid guide line such as a chain is provided in a form suspended from the liquid discharge hole, and the liquid is dropped while guiding the liquid to the eaves member by the liquid guide line. As a result, while the liquid receiver is placed close to the lower part of the article storage section, the liquid falling from the liquid receiver can be accurately applied to the eaves member regardless of the wind pressure generated as the stacker crane travels. It is conceivable that it can be discharged.

However, as described above, the liquid receiver is provided in a state where the liquid receiver is inclined in the front-rear width direction or the horizontal width direction, and the liquid is externally provided at a portion corresponding to a part of one side corresponding to the lower side of the upper surface of the liquid receiver. Even in the form of forming the liquid discharge hole for discharging, there is the following inconvenience, and improvement has been desired.
That is, in the liquid recovery apparatus, the liquid staying on the upper surface of the liquid receiver is periodically cleaned and removed for the purpose of maintaining good fluidity of the liquid on the upper surface of the liquid receiver. In order to improve the removal workability, it is desired that the upper surface of the liquid receiver has as little liquid pool as possible.
However, the liquid dropped on the upper surface of the liquid receiver flows to the lower side along the upper surface, and then flows toward the liquid discharge hole along one side of the lower side, thereby being discharged from the liquid discharge hole. However, it is difficult to smoothly flow toward the liquid discharge hole along the lower side, and there is a possibility that a large amount of liquid is accumulated on the lower side.
In the case where the liquid receiver receives and collects cutting oil falling from an intermediate product or manufactured product stored in the article storage section of the article storage shelf described above, powdered cutting waste is contained in the cutting oil. Therefore, a large amount of cutting waste contained in the cutting oil accumulates on one side of the lower side of the receiving surface of the liquid receiver, and the flow of the cutting oil is hindered. The liquid was more likely to accumulate.

By the way, in order to suppress a state where a large amount of liquid is accumulated on one side on the lower side of the upper surface of the liquid receiver, the liquid receiver is provided in an inclined state inclined in both the front-rear width direction and the lateral width direction, By forming a liquid discharge hole at the lowest position of the four corners on the upper surface of the liquid receiver, the liquid falling on the upper surface of the liquid receiver can easily flow into the liquid discharge hole by its own weight. It is conceivable to reduce the formation range of the liquid pool, but in this case, the installation work for installing the liquid receiver in an inclined state in which it is inclined in both the front-rear width direction and the horizontal width direction becomes complicated and practical. It is difficult. For example, in the case where the liquid receiver is installed below the article storage section of the article storage shelf, the parts corresponding to the four corners of the liquid receiver are installed in the receiving section. In order to make the liquid receiver tilted both in the front-rear width direction and in the lateral width direction, an insertion member such as a shim is placed between the receiving part and the liquid receiver to make the tilted state appropriate. Assembling while adjusting the tilted state, the work of assembling while adjusting the tilted state is a time-consuming work, and there are many such time-consuming work. Performing corresponding to each of the storage units requires a lot of time for installation and is difficult to put into practical use.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to simplify the installation work of the liquid receiver and facilitate the manufacture while facilitating the maintenance work of the liquid receiver. It is in providing a liquid recovery apparatus that can be achieved.

In the liquid recovery apparatus of the present invention, a rectangular liquid recovery body having an upper surface formed in a flat surface shape and a standing wall formed in the periphery thereof is provided at a liquid reception location, and the liquid reception body includes: A liquid discharge hole for discharging the liquid to the outside is formed, and the first feature of the liquid discharge hole is that the liquid receiver is provided in an inclined state inclined in the front-rear width direction or the horizontal width direction, and the liquid discharge A hole is formed in a portion corresponding to a part of one side corresponding to the lower side of the upper surface of the liquid receiver, and the received liquid is passed through the upper surface of the liquid receiver toward the liquid discharge hole. The liquid guide groove for guiding is provided in a state in which the upper surface is notched and formed , the liquid receiving part is a part corresponding to the lower part of the article storage part in the article storage shelf, and the article storage part is A plurality of the liquid receivers are provided along the direction or the width direction. A body is provided corresponding to each of the plurality of article storage units, and each of the pair of beam forming beams arranged in the front-rear width direction of the shelf with the article storage units extending in the horizontal direction of the shelf. A pair of inverted U-shaped article supports whose both ends are supported are arranged side by side in a state in which the interval for inserting the article transfer device is separated along the shelf width direction, and the liquid receiver is It exists in the point provided in the state mounted and supported by a pair of beam member for shelf formation .

That is, the liquid that has dropped on the upper surface of the liquid receiver provided in an inclined state that is inclined in the front-rear width direction or the horizontal width direction flows downward along the upper surface and forms a notch on the upper surface of the liquid receiver. It flows into the liquid guide groove provided in the state. The liquid that has flowed into the liquid guide groove flows toward the liquid discharge hole formed on a part of the lower side of the upper surface of the liquid receiver, and is discharged to the outside through the liquid discharge hole. That is, some of the liquids that have fallen on the upper surface of the liquid receiver flow into the lower side of the upper surface of the liquid receiver without being guided by the liquid guide groove. Since a part of the liquid dropped on the liquid is guided so as to flow toward the liquid discharge hole in the liquid guide groove, the liquid discharge hole on the lower side of the upper surface of the liquid receiver It is possible to reduce the amount of liquid that flows to the part away from the center.

In this way, the amount of liquid flowing to the portion away from the liquid discharge hole on the lower side of the upper surface of the liquid receiver after falling on the upper surface of the liquid receiver can be reduced. It is possible to reduce the amount of liquid that accumulates in the part away from the liquid discharge hole of one side, in other words, it is possible to suppress the formation of a large liquid reservoir on one side of the lower side, For example, when the maintenance work for cleaning and removing the liquid staying on the upper surface of the liquid receiver is performed periodically, the amount of liquid staying on the lower side on the upper surface of the liquid receiver is small, so that the liquid is removed by cleaning. The maintenance work of the liquid receiver is easy because it is easy to perform quickly.
Furthermore, as described above, the liquid receiver is provided in an inclined state in which the liquid receiver is inclined in either the front-rear width direction or the horizontal width direction while the maintenance work of the liquid receiver is easy. In the case where the body is adjusted in an inclined state that is inclined in both the front-rear width direction and the lateral width direction, the adjustment is performed even when the inclination state of the liquid receiving body is adjusted by an insertion member such as a shim, for example. It is possible to simplify the installation work of the liquid receiver, for example, and the liquid guide groove on the upper surface of the liquid receiver is provided in a state where the upper surface of the liquid receiver is notched. Since the liquid guide groove can be provided by a simple process of notching the upper surface of the liquid receiver using a sharp member such as a scribing member, the liquid guide groove should be provided. By liquid receiver To avoid that the manufacturing is complicated, and that attained to facilitate the manufacture of the liquid receiving member.
Therefore, a liquid recovery apparatus has been obtained that can simplify the installation work of the liquid receiver and facilitate the manufacture while facilitating the maintenance work of the liquid receiver.
Further, the liquid receiving part is a part corresponding to the lower part of the article storage part in the article storage shelf, the plurality of article storage parts are provided along the vertical direction or the horizontal width direction, and the liquid receiver is a plurality of article storage parts. Therefore, a large number of liquid receptacles are provided corresponding to a large number of article storage units provided in the article storage shelf. The maintenance work is easy and the installation work of the liquid receiver is simple, so even if a large number of liquid receivers are provided, the maintenance work of the liquid receiver and the mounting work of the liquid receiver are complicated. It can be suppressed as much as possible.
Therefore, the liquid recovery apparatus which can suppress that a work becomes complicated as much as possible came to be obtained.
Further, the liquid receiver is provided in a state of being placed and supported by a pair of shelf forming beam members, and a pair of inverted U-shaped article supports is provided for each of the pair of shelf forming beam members. In this state, both ends are supported in parallel along the width direction with an interval for inserting the article transfer device, so that the liquid receiver and the pair of inverted U-shaped article supports are mounted. The distance between the article to be placed and supported may be set so that the article transfer device can be inserted, and the distance between the liquid receiver and the article to be placed and supported by the pair of inverted U-shaped article supports. Since the width can be easily reduced, the article can be stably stored with the center of gravity of the article as low as possible.
Accordingly, a liquid recovery apparatus capable of stably storing articles has been obtained.

The second characteristic configuration of the present invention is characterized in that, in addition to the first characteristic configuration, a plurality of the liquid guide grooves are provided in a state of being aligned in the inclined direction of the upper surface.

That is, the liquid that falls between the upper side of the upper surface of the liquid receiver and the uppermost liquid guide groove flows toward the liquid discharge hole in the uppermost liquid guide groove, and the liquid receiver The liquid that has fallen between the adjacent liquid guide grooves on the upper surface flows toward the liquid discharge hole in the lower liquid guide groove among the adjacent liquid guide grooves. The amount of liquid flowing into each of the grooves can be easily reduced, and the liquid flowing into the liquid guide groove can be prevented from overflowing and flowing to the lower side, and forming a large liquid pool on one side of the lower side. Become. That is, since the cross-sectional area of the liquid guide groove provided in a state where the upper surface of the liquid receiver is cut out is small, a large amount of liquid cannot be guided in the liquid guide groove, When the liquid flows into the liquid guide groove, the liquid overflows from the liquid guide groove and the liquid cannot be accurately guided to the liquid discharge hole. However, the liquid guide groove is aligned in the inclined direction of the upper surface of the liquid receiver. By providing a plurality of liquids, the liquid dropped on the upper surface of the liquid receiving body is shared and guided by the plurality of liquid guide grooves, so that the liquid can be accurately guided to the liquid discharge holes. .
Accordingly, a liquid recovery apparatus that can further facilitate the maintenance work of the liquid receiver has been obtained.

Hereinafter, the case where the liquid recovery apparatus according to the present invention is applied to an article storage facility will be described.

An oil discharge hole 38 as a liquid discharge hole for discharging cutting oil to the outside is formed at a position corresponding to the end of one side corresponding to the lower side on the upper surface of the oil pan 34. An oil guide groove 39 as a liquid guide groove for guiding the stopped cutting oil to flow toward the oil discharge hole 38 is formed by cutting the upper surface of the oil pan 34 by a sharp member such as a scribing member. In such a state, three are provided in a state in which the oil pans 34 are arranged in the inclined direction of the upper surface of the oil pan 34.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, as shown in FIG. 7, a location corresponding to the right end of one side corresponding to the lower side of the upper surface of the oil pan 34 provided in the left article storage section 1 a, and the right article storage. Oil discharge holes 38 are formed in portions corresponding to the left end of one side corresponding to the lower side of the upper surface of the oil pan 34 provided in the portion 1b, and the received cutting oil is formed on the upper surface of the oil pan 34. A plurality of oil guide grooves 39 that guide the oil to flow toward the oil discharge hole 38 are arranged in the inclined direction of the upper surface of the oil pan 34 along the direction inclined from the front-rear width direction to the oil sweep hole 38 side. This notch is formed.

The oil pan 34 is provided at a position corresponding to the lower part of the article storage unit 1 in the article storage shelf 2 as a liquid receiving part corresponding to each of the plurality of article storage units 1, and is formed in the oil pan 34. An oil discharge chain 40 is suspended from the oil discharge hole 38. As described above, the oil discharge rod 41 is attached to the traveling path side of the article storage shelf 2, and the lower end of the oil discharge chain 40 is in contact with the bottom of the oil discharge rod 41. The oil discharge rod 41 is provided in an inclined state inclined in the lateral width direction, and an oil sump 42 for collecting cutting oil is provided at the lower end of the oil discharge rod 41.

The operation of collecting the cutting oil by the liquid recovery device will be described. As shown in FIG. 8, the liquid recovery device is dropped from the workpiece 15 on the pallet P placed and supported by a pair of inverted U-shaped article supports BS. The cutting oil falls on the upper surface of the oil pan 34 provided in an inclined state inclined in the front-rear width direction, flows to the lower side along the upper surface, and is provided in a state where a cutout is formed on the upper surface of the oil pan 34. Into the oil guide groove 39 formed. Even if a part of the liquid flowing into the oil guide groove 39 overflows from the oil guide groove 39, the cutting oil overflowing from the oil guide groove 39 flows to the lower side along the upper surface and is located on the lower side. It flows into another oil guide groove 39. The cutting oil that has flowed into the oil guide groove 39 is discharged to the outside from the oil discharge hole 8 by flowing toward the oil discharge hole 38 formed at a position corresponding to the end of one side of the lower side. As a result, the amount of liquid that accumulates at locations other than the portion corresponding to the end of one side on the lower side is reduced, and the formation of a large liquid pool on one side on the lower side can be suppressed.
Incidentally, although the cutting oil contains powdered cutting waste, as the cutting oil flowing into the oil guide groove 39 flows toward the oil discharge hole 38, the powdered cutting waste also becomes oil. Since it flows toward the discharge hole 38 and is discharged to the outside through the oil discharge hole 8, a large amount of cutting waste accumulates on one side on the lower side of the receiving surface of the liquid receiving body, thereby preventing the flow of the cutting oil. Will be appropriately suppressed.
Then, the cutting oil discharged to the outside from the oil discharge hole 38 is discharged to the oil discharge rod 41 through the oil discharge chain 40. Then, the cutting oil discharged to the oil discharge rod 41 flows along the inclination direction of the oil discharge rod 41 and is collected in the oil reservoir 42.
