Description

The present invention relates to the technical field of cabs in construction machines such as hydraulic excavators and wheel loaders.

In general, some construction machines such as hydraulic excavators have a cab mounted on a traveling vehicle. In such a cab, a roof having a translucent front half in order to ensure a front view of the operator. 2. Description of the Related Art There is known a panel that is configured with a panel, and a rear half portion includes a ceiling plate that includes a top plate and a roof interior material that covers a lower surface of the top plate. In this case, a sunshade for blocking the incidence of light such as sunlight from the roof panel formed in the front half portion is provided to be movable in the front-rear direction of the cab ceiling, and the roof panel is moved by the front-rear movement of the sunshade. There is known one configured to shield transmitted light (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

By the way, various electrical components will be attached to the cab. One of these electrical components is a light (headlight) provided at the front upper part of the cab. The power supply is generally performed from a battery (or a generator) provided at the rear of the cab. In this case, there is a power supply via a harness wired to the cab ceiling.
When the harness is placed on the ceiling in this way, if the roof panel is narrow to the left and right that does not reach the left and right beam members (frame), the harness is placed between the roof panel and the left and right beam members. Wiring in a state where the harness is not exposed in the cab chamber can be performed by arranging the ceiling portion so as to be hidden by the roof interior material provided below the top plate of the portion.
However, it is proposed that the roof panel be made large in size up to the left and right beam members in order to ensure a larger left and right field of view in front of the driver and to ensure a wider space in the cab. And in this way, there is no ceiling part between the roof panel and the left and right beam members, and as a result, the harness arranged on the left and right of the roof panel cannot be wired so as to be hidden by the roof interior material. Become. Therefore, in this case, the harness is wired along the beam material. However, it is not preferable that the harness is simply arranged along the beam material. For this reason, the harness is covered with the harness cover. However, when the harness cover is prepared separately, the number of parts increases, and the work of attaching the harness cover is required, resulting in poor workability, and there are problems to be solved by the present invention.

The present invention was created with the object of solving these problems in view of the above circumstances, and the invention of claim 1 is such that the front half is constituted by a translucent roof panel, and the latter half. In a cab in a construction machine having a ceiling portion formed of a top plate and a roof interior material covering the bottom surface of the top plate, a sunshade for shielding the roof panel is provided on the ceiling portion so as to be movable in the front-rear direction. In this case, a guide part for guiding the sunshade in the front-rear direction and a wiring part for wiring the electrical equipment harness in the front-rear direction are integrally formed on at least one of the left and right beam members constituting the ceiling part. the elongated member is attached so as to along the beam member, the guide portion is a cab in a construction machine, wherein the top surface is configured to support for supporting the roof interior member That.
In the invention of claim 2, the wiring portion is opposed to the cab inner surface of the beam member in a state where the long member is attached to the beam member, and the harness member can be incorporated by opening the beam member facing portion of the wiring member. The cab in a construction machine according to claim 1, wherein the cab is configured as described above.
The invention of claim 3 is characterized in that the guide portion and the wiring portion are formed vertically, and an attachment portion for attaching the long member to the beam material is formed between the guide portion and the wiring portion. The cab in the construction machine according to claim 1 or 2.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the front half of the ceiling portion is a cab having a wide front and left view as a large roof panel extending to the left and right beam members. Since the harness arranged in the wire can be wired by being incorporated in the wiring portion of the long member formed with the guide portion for guiding the sunshade, the wiring in a state where the harness is protected by the long member guides the sunshade Therefore, it is possible to effectively use the long members necessary for the above, and the number of parts is not increased, and the assembling property can be improved. In addition, the long member has not only a sunshade guide function and a harness wiring function in the rear half of the ceiling part, but also a roof interior material support function, thereby achieving further sharing of parts.
By making the harness of the second aspect of the invention, the harness is incorporated from the opening of the beam member facing portion of the long member, and as a result, the long member on which the guide portion is formed is attached to the beam member. It is possible to wire in a covering state that is not exposed in the cab.
According to the invention of claim 3, since the long member is attached to the beam material by the attachment portion between the guide portion and the wiring portion located above and below, the guide portion and the wiring portion are securely attached to the beam material. The long member can be prevented from rattling or misalignment.

All of them are the same as before.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the cab 5 includes a pillar material 9 at the front left and right corner portions standing up from the body frame 8 via a viscous mount (not shown), and a pillar material 10 at the rear left and right corner portions, A frame is formed using various members such as the left and right beam members 11, the front beam members 12, and the rear beam members 13 supported between the upper ends of the column members 9 and 10 as frame members. It is the same as before that a plate member, a window member, and further a necessary member such as a door are incorporated.

The ceiling portion 14 of the cab 5 formed by the left and right beam members 11, the front beam members 12 and the rear beam members 13 is transparent in order to ensure the front half of the driver seat at the front upper part of the driver seat. The roof panel 15 is made of a light plate material, and the top plate 16 is made of a steel plate in the latter half. A roof interior material 17 is provided on the bottom surface of the top plate 16, and the bottom surface of the top plate 16 is It cannot be seen directly from inside the cab. The roof panel 15 is supported by a front end portion of the top plate 16 through a hinge 18 so as to be swingable up and down, whereby the roof panel 15 can be opened upward.

In the present embodiment, the left and right beam members 11 are formed of deformed steel pipes, but as shown in FIG. 5, the cab inner surface is formed with a protruding portion 11 a that protrudes like a bowl toward the inside of the cab at the upper end portion. A first inner surface portion 11b that hangs down in a vertical plate shape from the left and right outer ends of the overhang portion 11a, a second inner surface portion 11c that is inclined outward in the left and right direction from the first inner surface portion 11b to the lower side, A third inner surface portion 11d that is suspended in a vertical plate shape from the lower end of the second inner surface portion 11c is provided.

Reference numeral 19 denotes a long member that is long in the front-rear direction in which the present invention is implemented. The long member 19 is formed of a thermosetting resin material in the present embodiment, but as described later, Is formed with a groove-shaped guide portion 19a for slidingly guiding the sunshade 20, and a wiring portion 19b for wiring a harness 22 for supplying power to the light 21 provided at the front upper portion of the cab 5 is formed on the lower side. Further, an attachment portion 19c for attaching the long member 19 to the inner surface of the cab of the left and right beam members 11 is formed between the upper and lower guide portions 19a and the wiring portion 19b.

The attachment portion 19c is formed in a plate-like body whose plate surface is oriented vertically, and bolts 24 are attached to L-shaped metal fittings 23 that are provided (welded) in the front-rear direction to the second inner surface portion 11c. The long member 19 can be fixed to the cab inner surface of the left and right beam members 11 by screwing together.

On the other hand, the guide portion 19a is adapted to abut against the upper side surface of the second inner surface portion 11c in a state where the long member 19 is attached to the left and right beam members 11, and from the upper end of the attachment portion 19c to the inside of the cab. The extension end 19d is opened to form the concave groove. The left and right edge portions 20a of the sunshade 20 are slidably fitted in the recessed groove-shaped left and right guide portions 19a so that the sunshade 20 is positioned below the roof panel 15 and shields the roof panel 15 from light. It is possible to move back and forth between a light shielding position where the lighting is performed and a lighting position which is located below the roof interior material 17 and allows the lighting of the roof panel 15.

In addition, in the present embodiment, the upper surface plate of the guide portion 19a is opposed to the protruding portion 11a with a gap S up and down with the long member 19 attached to the left and right beam members 11, The left and right edge portions 17a of the roof interior material 17 can be fitted and supported in the gap S.

Further, the wiring portion 19b extends from the lower end of the mounting portion 19c outward in the left-right direction, and the extending end 19e is open and has a concave groove shape so that the harness 22 can be incorporated. The end 19e is a beam material facing portion facing the third inner surface portion 11d in a state where the long member 19 is attached to the left and right beam materials 11.
In addition, the recessed groove shape of the extending end 19e is formed to have a space that allows a plurality of harnesses 22 to be incorporated.

In this way, the long member 19 is attached to the left and right beam members 11 by the attachment portion 19 c along the left and right beam members 11, thereby wiring the harness 22 to guide the sunshade 20. The sunshade 20 can be moved back and forth between the light shielding position of the roof panel 15 and the daylighting position of the roof panel 15 by using the attached guide part 19a, and the wiring part 19b can be moved. It is possible to wire the harness 22 in a state where the harness 22 cannot be seen from inside the cab.
Then, the left and right edge portions 17a of the roof interior material 17 can be supported using the gap S formed between the upper surface plate of the guide portion 19a and the protruding portion 11a of the left and right beam members 11.

In the embodiment for carrying out the present invention configured as described, the front half of the ceiling portion 14 is a large roof panel 15 extending to the left and right beam members 11 to ensure a wide front and left view. Although the cab 5 is improved in visibility, the harness 22 disposed on the roof panel 15 portion in the ceiling portion 14 of the cab 5 is integrated with the long member 19 in which the guide portion 19 a for guiding the sunshade 20 is formed. Since wiring can be performed by incorporating the wiring portion 19b into the wiring portion 19b, wiring in a state where the harness 22 is covered with the wiring portion 19b effectively uses the long member 19 in which the guide portion 19a for guiding the sunshade 20 is formed. As a result, the long member 19 can be used as a sunshade 20 guide function and a harness 22 mounting function. The cover member is not required, without the number of parts is increased, assembly of the improved can be achieved.

In addition, the attachment of the long member 19 to the left and right beam members 11 can be accomplished by bolting the attachment portion 19c of the long member 19 to the metal fitting 23 provided on the left and right beam members 11 with bolts 24. Can be easily attached to the left and right beam members 11. Moreover, since the mounting portion 19c is formed between the guide portion 19a and the wiring portion 19b, the upper and lower guide portions 19a and the wiring portion 19b can be securely attached in a stable state. In addition, rattling and displacement of the wiring portion 19b can be prevented.

The long member 19 also has a function of supporting the roof interior material 17 by fitting and supporting the roof interior material 17 in the gap S between the upper surface of the guide portion 19a and the protruding portion 11a of the left and right beam members 11. Can be further combined.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the left and right elongate members 19 have the same shape, but the elongate member 19 does not have to be the same shape on the left and right, and the wiring of the harness may be either the left or right For the side where the wiring of the harness is not required, a long member without the wiring portion 19b can be used, and the present invention can be implemented even if the shape of the left and right wiring portions 19b is irregular. .

The present invention can be used for a cab of a construction machine such as a hydraulic excavator or a wheel loader.
