この流体が高圧エアであると、エアコンプレッサが用いられ、展示期間内にのみ限定使用するので、レンタルされるのが一般である。そして、稼働時の騒音に配慮し展示場の外方に設置され、主送圧管やこれに分岐接続された各分岐管を介して実演用機器と接続されている。
このように、展示場の設備が整うと、エアコンプレッサを運転して高圧エアを実演用機器側に供給する。これにより、実演用機器それぞれに特有の実演動作を行わせることがが可能になる。

ところで、このような展示場で行われる実演イベント会場の高圧エア供給システムは、エアコンプレッサの吐出側に主送圧管、各分岐管を介して実演用機器が接続されているだけなので、展示期間中の高圧エアの使用量を実演用機器毎に按分する際、適正に決定するのが難しいものであった。このため、実演用機器の定格容量を参考にして按分せざるを得ず、実際の使用状態を反映するものではないため、不合理であり不公平が生じていた。また、各実演用機器を動作させるために要する高圧エアの最大限の供給量を知ることもできないから、各定格容量の総和を算出することにより、高圧エア供給能力を決定していた。このため、実際の使用量との間にギャップが生じ、設置したエアコンプレッサの供給能力が小さすぎて実演用機器が稼働しなくなったり、逆に過大すぎてランニングコストが高騰したり、高いレンタル料金を支払ってしまうといった問題が生じていた。本発明は、上記課題に鑑みてなされたもので、簡単な構成で合理的に高圧エアを供給可能となり、臨時に設置される展示場の高圧エア使用量を適正に按分することができる展示場の高圧エア供給システムを提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、本発明のうち請求項1に記載の発明は、高圧エアを吐出するエアコンプレッサに主送圧管が接続され、この主送圧管に複数の分岐管が接続され、各分岐管に展示場で行われる実演イベント会場の各ブースに設置された実演用機器が接続され、前記エアコンプレッサから前記管路を介して前記各実演用機器に前記高圧エアを供給することにより、これら実演用機器に特有の実演動作を行わせる展示場の高圧エア供給システムにおいて、前記分岐管のそれぞれ全てに、ある実演用機器に対する供給圧が、10kg/cmであると、分岐管に設けるバルブの口径を1インチに、供給圧が8kg/cmであると、バルブの口径を3/4インチにする、といったように当該実演用機器が実演動作するために必要な高圧エア圧の違いに応じて高圧エアの供給量を決定するために口径を段階的に異ならせたバルブを介設してなることを特徴とする展示場で行われる実演イベント会場に用いられる高圧エア供給システムである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態について、図示例を参照しながら説明する。図1は、本発明の実施の形態に係る展示場で行われる実演イベント会場の高圧エア供給システムを示す概要説明図である。この展示場で行われる実演イベント会場の高圧エア供給システムは、展示場1の近傍に流体供給装置(エアコンプレッサ)6を備え付け、吐出した流体(高圧エア)を配管8,9やバルブ10を介して各ブース2に設置の実演用機器4に供給し、各個に実演動作させる構成になっている。この展示場1は、新開発した工業製品や産業用の機械装置等を関係者に披露するイベント会場であって、11に区画されたブース2に各種の機械装置を実演用機器4としてそれぞれ展示している。3は工業製品の展示専用ブースである。
