Claims (5)
- 1mm未満の板厚を有する少なくとも3枚以上の板ガラスが、それらの相互間に中間層を介して積層された板ガラス積層構造体であって、
前記中間層を介して対向する前記板ガラス間の間隔Hに変化があり、
前記板ガラスの透光面の最大外形寸法の50%の長さを有すると共に、該最大外形寸法の方向に平行で、かつ、前記透光面の面心を中点とする仮想直線上に、該仮想直線の中点を含む長さ20mmの中央部と、該仮想直線の両端からそれぞれ長さ20mmの両端部を設定したとき、該中央部及び両端部について、
前記板ガラス間の間隔Hの最大変化量ΔHmaxが、1μm<ΔHmax<200μmであることを特徴とする板ガラス積層構造体。 - 前記積層された3枚以上の板ガラスの平均厚み寸法に対して95%以下の厚み寸法を有する第2の板ガラスが、少なくとも一方の最外層の前記板ガラスに接合膜を介して配されており、かつ該接合膜の厚み寸法が、前記中間層の厚み寸法の平均値以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の板ガラス積層構造体。
- 前記中間層が、熱可塑性樹脂を用いたシート材により構成されてなることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2の何れかに記載の板ガラス積層構造体。
- 前記中間層に、ガラス、結晶化ガラス、金属及び炭素の群の内、1以上により構成されてなるペレット、繊維状物、網状物、組布あるいは織布を含有してなるものであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れかに記載の板ガラス積層構造体。
- 請求項1から請求項4の何れかに記載の板ガラス積層構造体の相互間に、0.3mm以上の厚み寸法を有する間隙充填膜を介在して多重構造としたことを特徴とする多重板ガラス積層構造体。
