Description

The present invention relates to a transport device for a cable drum that supports and transports a cable drum such as a power cable or a communication cable.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a cable drum transporting device, one having a pair of left and right rollers on one end side of a frame and a caster that is rotatable and rotates 360 degrees with respect to the frame is known on the other end side of the frame. (See Patent Document 1). When the cable drum is moved using such a conveying device, the cable drum is moved by rolling the other brim while the one brim is placed on the frame and held by the clamp mechanism.
JP-A-8-253154

However, in such a transport device, in order to place one collar of the cable drum on the frame of a predetermined height, a slope-shaped auxiliary tool is prepared, and one end side of the auxiliary tool is placed on the floor surface and the other. It is necessary to arrange the end side on the frame side, which is troublesome.

Further, in order to place a cable drum of about 1 ton on the frame, it is necessary to push up the cable drum against the force corresponding to the slope angle of the auxiliary tool, from the viewpoint of work safety. There is also a problem.

Then, an object of this invention is to provide the cable drum conveying apparatus which can perform the conveyance operation | work of a cable drum efficiently and safely.

The present invention is a transporting device for transporting a cable drum, wherein a pair of housing members arranged parallel to each other with an interval for housing the cable drum in a rollable manner, and one end of each of the housing members A frame including a pair of lift members provided vertically on the side, and an elevating member provided in a vertically movable manner between the pair of lift members, the other end side of the housing member, and a lower surface of the elevating member A pair of holding members that are detachably provided between the wheel provided on the wheel and the pair of housing members, hold the cable drum in contact with both sides of the cable drum in the rolling direction, and the elevating member. the Bei example and driving means for elevating against lifting member, the pair of housing members has a plurality of through holes provided at prescribed intervals at positions opposing each, the holding member, the versus A rod-like member connected by inserting into a through hole provided at a position, at both ends thereof, and having a pair of cutout portions for fitting the bottom in the through-hole.

According to the cable drum transporting apparatus of the present invention, first, the cable drum transported inside the U-shaped frame composed of the housing member and the elevating member is rolled and housed. After the cable drum is accommodated, a pair of holding members are arranged at positions where both sides of the cable drum abut in the rolling direction to hold the accommodated cable drum. In this state, the driving member lowers the lifting member with respect to the lift member, thereby lifting one end side of the lift member and the housing member upward, and the cable drum held by the holding member is lifted from the floor surface. Thereby, a cable drum can be smoothly conveyed with a wheel in the state where it floated from the floor surface. Thus, according to the carrying device of the present invention, there is no need to push the cable drum onto the frame using a slope-shaped auxiliary tool or the like, and the cable drum is levitated from the floor surface so that the carrying work is efficient and safe. Can be done.
Moreover, the accommodated cable drum can be easily and reliably held by the rod-shaped member by setting the interval between the plurality of through holes provided in the pair of accommodation members to a predetermined interval according to the type of the cable drum. . Further, the rod-shaped member inserted into the through hole can be fitted with the lower part of the housing member in the notches at both ends thereof, so that the rod-shaped member and the housing member can be firmly connected, and the cable drum can be more safely Can be transported to.

It is preferable that the pair of lift members have slide holes that slidably receive both end portions of the elevating member at positions facing each other. With this configuration, it is possible to easily realize the vertical movement of the lifting member between the pair of lift members.

The drive means is preferably a jack connected to a lifting member. Accordingly, even when the cable drum is held by the holding member and the load is applied to the housing member, the lifting member can be easily lowered to allow the cable drum to float from the floor surface.

As shown in FIG. 1, the cable drum transport device according to the embodiment includes a pair of plate-like accommodation members 1 that accommodate a cable drum D so as to be able to roll, and a pair provided vertically on one end side of each accommodation member 1. The lift frame 2 includes a metal frame 5 including a lift member 2, a connecting member 3 that connects the lift members 2, and a lift member 4 that is movable between the lift members 2. Further, the cable drum transporting apparatus includes a jack 6 as a driving means for raising and lowering the elevating member 4 with respect to the lift member 2 and a pair of holding members that abut the held cable drum from both sides in the rolling direction. A rod-shaped member 7 as an example and a handle member 8 connected to the lift member 2 are provided.

The pair of accommodating members 1 are arranged at positions facing each other with a predetermined interval (for example, 1500 mm) so that the cable drum D is accommodated therebetween. Each of the accommodating members 1 is provided with a plurality of through holes 11 at a predetermined interval. By inserting the rod-like member 7 into the through holes 11, the accommodated cable drum D can be moved forward and backward in the rolling direction. The rod-shaped member 7 is in contact with and held. Since the through-hole 11 corresponds to various cable drums D, two through-holes 11a and 11b are provided on the front side, and three through-holes 11c to 11e are provided at a predetermined interval on the rear side. Further, a roller 12 as a wheel is attached to the other end side of the housing member 1.

The lift member 2 is provided with a slide hole 21 along the longitudinal direction, and both ends of the elevating member 4 are fitted into the slide hole 21. Further, the lift member 2 and the housing member 1 are fixed to each other via a metal reinforcing member 22 provided at the connection portion.

The connecting member 3 is a member connected between the pair of lift members 2, and connects and fixes the opposing positions of the pair of lift members 2. In FIG. 1, the connecting member 3 connects only two positions on the upper side of the lift member 2 in terms of the drawing. However, in order to increase the strength, the lower two positions are also connected, It is desirable to connect the positions of the four corners of the lift member 2.

The elevating member 4 is a frame that fits between the pair of lift members 2, and is provided with guide portions 41 that are inserted into the slide holes 21 at both ends thereof. Here, the guide portion 41 is formed of a bolt member. Specifically, the lift member 4 is set between the lift members 2 in a state where the bolt member is removed from the lift member 4, and the bolt member is attached to the lift member 2. The slide hole 21 is penetrated from the outside and fixed to the elevating member 4. A caster 42 is attached to the lower side of the elevating member 4 as a rotatable wheel.

The jack 6 is fixed to the upper connecting member 3, and the arm portion 62 moves up and down by rotating the handle 61 by an internal mechanical mechanism. The lower end of the arm portion 62 is connected to the elevating member 4, and the elevating member 4 is displaced in the vertical direction with respect to the lift member 2 when the arm portion 62 moves up and down. The handle 61 is configured to be detachable from the jack 6.

As shown in FIG. 2 (a), the rod-shaped member 7 is a metal rod having a diameter substantially the same as that of the through-hole 11, and has notches 71 corresponding to the thickness of the opposing member 1 at both ends. is doing. As shown in FIG. 2 (b), the notch portion 71 is inserted by passing the rod-like member 7 through the through hole 11 with the notch portion 71 facing upward, and is inverted at a position where the notch portion 71 coincides with the opposing member 1. The lower part of the housing member 1 is fitted. Moreover, the hexagonal hole 72 is provided in the both end surfaces of the rod-shaped member 7, and the connection to the accommodating member 1 of the rod-shaped member 7 can be assisted using the hexagon wrench etc. which are not shown in figure.

Next, the operation of the cable drum transport device of this embodiment will be described.

First, as shown in FIG. 3A, the worker who carries the cable drum transport operation selects a combination of through-holes into which the rod-like members 7 are inserted, in accordance with the size of the cable drum D to be transported. For example, in the case of a cable drum D having a small diameter (for example, a diameter of 700 mm), the through hole 11a is selected from the front through holes 11a and 11b in the rolling direction, and the rear through holes 11c to 11e are selected. The through hole 11e is selected from the inside. On the other hand, in the case of a cable drum D having a large diameter (for example, 2000 mm), the front through hole 11b and the rear through hole 11c are selected.

Next, the rod-like member 7 is inserted and connected only to the through-hole 11 on the front side in the rolling direction of the cable drum D among the selected through-holes 11, and the rear-side rod-like member 7 is removed from the housing member 1. Remove it. In this state, the cable drum D to be transported is horizontally rolled from the other end side (left side of the drawing) of the housing member 1 to the floor surface and is housed between the pair of housing members 1. When the cable drum D comes into contact with the rod-like member 7 on the front side in the rolling direction, the rod-like member 7 is inserted into the through-hole 11 on the rear side in this state, and the rear side of the cable drum D is brought into contact with the rod-like member 7. The cable drum D is held in contact.

For example, when the cable drum D having a diameter of 2000 mm is transported, the rod-shaped member 7 is inserted into the through-hole 11b on the front side in the rolling direction of the cable drum D in advance, and the rod-shaped member 7 on the rear side. The cable drum D is accommodated between the accommodating members 1 in a state in which is removed. When the front side of the cable drum comes into contact with the rod-like member 7 when inserted into the through hole 11b, the rod-like member 7 is inserted into the through-hole 11c on the rear side, and the rear side of the cable drum D also comes into contact with the rod-like member 7. The cable drum D is held.

Here, when the rod-shaped member 7 is inserted into the through-hole 11 and connected, the connection is strengthened so that the notch 71 of the rod-shaped member 7 faces upward as described above. And the lower portion of the opposing member 1 is fitted to the notched portion 71 by reversing it at a position where the notched portion 71 coincides with the opposing member 1. When the rod-like member 7 is inserted through the through hole 11 and rotated, a hexagon wrench or the like can be used in combination with the hexagon hole 72 as necessary.

Next, when the cable drum D is held in contact with the pair of rod-like members 7, the operator attaches the handle 61 to the jack 6, rotates the handle 61, and lowers the arm portion 62. As a result, as shown in FIG. 3B, the elevating member 4 connected to the arm portion 62 is displaced downward with respect to the lift member 2, and as a result, the lift member 2 is lifted upward with respect to the floor surface. It is done. Since the lift member 2 is integrated with the housing member 1, one end side of the housing member 1 is lifted, and the cable drum D held in contact with the rod-like member 7 slightly floats from the floor surface.

With the cable drum D floating from the floor surface, the operator removes the handle 61 from the jack 6 and pushes and pulls the handle member 8 to carry the cable drum D. At this time, since the cable drum D does not have a portion in contact with the floor surface, the cable drum D is smoothly transported forward, backward, left and right by the rollers 12 and the casters 42.

Then, after the cable drum D arrives at a predetermined position of the transport destination, the handle 61 is attached to the jack 6 again, and the handle is rotated in the direction in which the arm portion 62 is raised. As a result, the elevating member 4 connected to the arm portion 62 is displaced upward with respect to the lift member 2, and as a result, the lift member 2 is lowered with respect to the floor surface, and the cable drum D that has been levitated again becomes the floor. Land on the surface. In this state, the operator can remove the rod-like member 7 on the rear side holding the cable drum D from the through hole 11c and release the cable drum D from the transport device. When removing the rod-shaped member 7, a hexagon wrench can be used in combination with the hexagon hole 72 as necessary.

Thus, according to the carrying device of the present invention, there is no need to push up the cable drum D onto the frame 5 using a slope-shaped auxiliary tool or the like, and the cable drum D can be easily lifted from the floor surface to carry out the carrying work. Can be performed efficiently and safely.

In this embodiment, in the illustrated example, the elevating member can be moved up and down by inserting a bolt member through the slide hole. However, the present invention is not limited to this, for example, at both ends of the elevating member. A guide portion such as a convex portion may be provided so that the guide portion can slide along the slide groove or the slide hole.

In the present embodiment, the driving means is a jack connected to the elevating member. However, the driving means is not limited to this, and may be, for example, a hydraulic lift that moves up and down by hydraulic pressure.
