Claims (6)
- 基板の一面にディスプレイ部を形成する段階と、
封止基板を準備する段階と、
前記基板の一面にシーラントを形成する段階と、
前記基板の前記シーラントの内側に充填材を充填する段階と、
前記基板の上側に前記封止基板を配する段階と、
前記充填材を差等硬化させる段階と、
前記シーラントを媒介に、前記基板と前記封止基板とを接合する段階とを含み、
前記充填材を差等硬化させる段階は、中心部とエッジ部とのUV透過率が異なるUVマスクを利用して行われ、さらに前記UVマスクの前記エッジ部のUV透過率が、前記UVマスクの前記中心部のUV透過率より高い、ことを特徴とする有機発光ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。 - 前記充填材を差等硬化させる段階は、
前記充填材の中心部と前記充填材のエッジ部とを互いに異なる程度に硬化させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。 - 前記充填材のエッジ部を前記充填材の中心部よりさらに硬化させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
- 前記シーラントを媒介に、前記基板と前記封止基板とを接合する段階後、
前記充填材を完全に硬化させる段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。 - 前記充填材を充填する段階は、
前記充填材が前記基板と前記封止基板との間の空間を充填することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。 - 前記充填材を充填する段階は、
前記充填材が前記ディスプレイ部を覆うことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の有機発光ディスプレイ装置の製造方法。
