Description
上記タイプの差動固定装置の例として、特許文献1及び2に開示されたものがあるが、双方とも本発明の譲受人に譲渡されており、これらの内容は本明細書に参考として包含される。
Claims (6)
- 回転軸(A)と歯車室(13)を定めるギアケース(11)と;少なくとも一つの入力歯車(17)と第一出力歯車(19)と第二出力歯車(21)を含み、前記歯車室(13)内に配置される差動歯車手段と;前記第一出力歯車(19)の前記ギアケース(11)に対する回転を防ぐように操作可能な回転防止手段と;入力信号(59)に応じて前記回転防止手段を作動可能な作動手段(33)とを含むタイプの差動歯車機構であって、前記作動手段は、前記第二出力歯車(21)の近くで前記ギアケース(11)の一部に、ここから幾分径方向外側に配置されるようにランププレート(53)を含み、前記作動手段が非作動状態(図3)の場合には、前記ギアケースと共に回転するように前記ランププレート(53)を配置し、前記作動手段はさらに作動装置(33、57)を含み、前記作動手段が作動状態(図1)の場合には、前記ランププレート(53)を、前記ギアケース(11)の回転速度と異なる回転速度で回転させるように操作可能とし、さらに、
(a)前記ギアケース(11)と共に回転するように取付けられるが、前記ギアケースに対して軸方向に移動可能となるようにカラー部材(35)を含み、前記第一出力歯車(19)と共に作用して固定部材(41、43)を定めて、前記カラー部材(35)が固定位置(図1及び2)の時、前記第一出力歯車(19)の前記ギアケース(11)に対する回転を防止させるように操作可能とし、
(b)前記カラー部材(35)と前記ギアケース(11)の間で軸方向に配置されるように付勢手段(61)を含み、前記固定位置(図1)から、前記第二出力歯車(21)に向う方向で、非固定位置(図3)に、前記カラー部材を付勢させ、
(c)前記カラー部材(35)と係合する第一端部(49)と、前記ランププレート(53)と係合する第二端部(51)を夫々有する、複数の細長い作動部材(47)を含み、前記作動手段(33)が前記作動状態の時、前記ランププレート(53)を前記ギアケース(11)に対して回転させ、前記細長い作動部材(47)を前記ランププレート(53)上でランプ−アップさせて、前記第一出力歯車(19)に向って軸方向に移動させて、前記付勢手段(61)の付勢力に逆らって、前記非固定位置(図3、4及び5)から、前記固定位置(図1)まで、前記カラー部材(35)を移動させることを特徴とする差動歯車機構。 - 前記カラー部材(35)は略環状であって、前記第一出力歯車(19)の一部の外側の円筒形状面を囲むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の差動歯車機構。
- 前記カラー部材(35)の内面は第一の複数の前記固定部材(41)を定めて、前記第一出力歯車(19)の前記外側の円筒形状面は、第二の複数の前記固定部材(43)を定めて、前記第一固定部材と前記第二固定部材とを対に噛合させる(図2)ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の差動歯車機構。
- 前記固定部材(41、43)は、ほぼTの軸方向の大きさを有し、前記カラー部材が前記固定位置(図1)と前記非固定位置(図3、4及び5)の間で移動する際、前記カラー部材(35)は前記ほぼTの軸方向の大きさで移動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の差動歯車機構。
- 前記ランププレート(53)は複数のランプ面(55)を定め、夫々、前記複数の細長い作動部材(47)のいずれかと対応して、前記ランプ面(55)の各々が前記軸方向の大きさTとほぼ等しいランプの大きさを有し、この際、前記Tの大きさは約8mmから約12mmの範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の差動歯車機構。
- 前記作動装置(33)は電磁コイル(57)を含み、前記入力信号は電気信号(59)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の差動歯車機構。
