背もたれ部を有する後部フレーム部と、座部を有するサイドフレーム部と、前記サイドフレーム部に着脱可能に接続された一対のステップパイプよりなる本体部分と、両端部にそれぞれ一対の車輪を取付けてなる脚体を連結支持部材を介して一体化して構成され、かつ前記脚体の後部に一対のキャスター付き補助車輪が設けられた6輪型の介護用車いすにおいて、前記脚体の後端部と相対向する面に下向きの垂直部分を有する略L形部材の略水平部分に前記キャスター付き補助車輪を垂直に支持した補助車輪支持部材が、前記脚体の後端部にリンク機構とスプリングを介して相互に上下方向に可動に接続され、かつ前記リンク機構は、前記補助車輪支持部材の垂直部分の上端部と、前記脚体の後端部との間、および前記補助車輪支持部材の垂直部分の下端部と前記脚体後端部の車輪支持部材の上部との間に設けた2組のリンクで構成され、前記スプリングは前記補助車輪支持部材の垂直部分の上端部と前記脚体後端部の車輪支持部材の下端部との間に掛けられ、前記脚体が前記リンク機構により前記スプリングに抗して傾斜して前輪側が接地面より浮上し、前記補助車輪支持部材に取付けられた補助車輪のキャスターが前記リンク機構とスプリングの作用により常に垂直に保持される仕組みとなしたことを特徴とする介護用車いす。   A rear frame part having a backrest part, a side frame part having a seat part, a main body part consisting of a pair of step pipes detachably connected to the side frame part, and a pair of wheels attached to both ends.
