Claims (3)
- 基体の表面に硬質被覆層を被覆した表面被覆切削工具において、前記硬質被覆層の少なくとも表面にボイドが分散するとともに、前記硬質被覆層の表面の切刃位置に存在する前記ボイドの面積比率が5面積%以下であるとともに、前記硬質被覆層の表面のすくい面位置に存在する前記ボイドの面積比率が8〜30面積%であることを特徴とする表面被覆切削工具。
- 前記硬質被覆層の前記切刃位置における膜厚が前記すくい面位置における膜厚よりも薄いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表面被覆切削工具。
- 前記切刃が曲率半径R=0.005〜0.1mmのRホーニングを有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の表面被覆切削工具。
