Description

The present invention relates to an elevator cab in which a rescue exit for allowing passengers to escape from the cab is provided in the ceiling.

In a conventional elevator cab, the area facing the rescue outlet of the lighting cover is rotatable to the inside of the cab, and a plurality of leg hooks are attached to the upper surface of the area at predetermined intervals. Yes. When the passenger is rescued, the area is rotated to the inside of the cab and the leg hook is exposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-9876

In the conventional elevator cab as described above, the foot hook protrudes from the upper surface of the lighting cover. Therefore, in order to avoid interference between the foot hook and the lighting fixture, the thickness of the ceiling of the cab is sufficient. The ceiling height in the car room is limited. Moreover, if it is going to arrange | position a lighting fixture avoiding a footrest hook, the layout of a lighting fixture will be restrict | limited.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and prevents an increase in the thickness of the ceiling portion, while ensuring a degree of freedom in arranging the lighting fixtures, and The purpose is to obtain an elevator cab that can easily rescue passengers from the ceiling.

Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
Embodiment 1 FIG.
1 is a bottom view showing a ceiling portion of an elevator cab according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention (viewed from the cab interior), FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line II-II in FIG. 1, and FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view taken along line III-III, FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing the ceiling portion of FIG. 1 (viewed obliquely from below), and FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a state of the ceiling portion of FIG. It is.

In the figure, the car room body 1 has a car floor and a plurality of car room walls. A car doorway 1a (FIGS. 4 and 5) is provided on the car room wall (front wall). A canopy 2 is fixed to the upper portion of the cab body 1. A rescue outlet 2 a is provided near the center of the canopy 2. On the canopy 2, a rescue exit lid 3 for opening and closing the rescue exit 2a is provided.

A design frame (design joint) 4 is disposed below the canopy 2. The design frame 4 is supported by the canopy 2. The design frame 4 includes a frame-shaped frame body 5 and a ladder-shaped lattice member 6. The lattice member 6 is connected to the frame body 5 so as to be able to swing around its base end. That is, the lattice member 6 is positioned between the storage position (FIG. 4) positioned at the top of the cab main body 1 in a horizontal state and the rescue position (FIG. 5) with the tip portion lowered into the cab main body 1. It can swing. Further, the lattice member 6 is normally exposed as a part of the design frame 4 at all times in the car room.

Further, the lattice member 6 has a pair of long side members 7 parallel to each other and a plurality of short side members 8 passed between the long side members 7. When the lattice member 6 is in the rescue position, the lattice member 6 functions as a ladder, and the short side member 8 functions as a legrest. Furthermore, the overall length of the lattice member 6 is adjustable as shown in FIG.

A plurality of illumination covers 9 are provided on the design frame 4 so as to face the canopy 2. Each lighting cover 9 is made of a material that transmits light. A plurality of lighting fixtures 10 are arranged between the canopy 2 and the lighting cover 9.

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the main part of the lattice member 6 of FIG. The lattice member 6 is connected to the frame body 5 so as to be swingable about a swing shaft 11 provided at the base end. A lock mechanism 12 that holds the lattice member 6 in the storage position is built in the distal end portion of the long side member 7. The lock mechanism 12 includes a rod 13 that can protrude and retract from the tip of the lattice member 6 by sliding in the longitudinal direction of the long side member 7.

The proximal end portion of the rod 13 is connected to the short side member 8 located on the most distal end side of the lattice member 6. The short side member 8 to which the rod 13 is connected can be displaced in the longitudinal direction of the long side member 7 together with the rod 13 by a predetermined stroke. That is, the rod 13 is displaced by displacing the short side member 8 to which it is communicated. The frame body 5 is provided with an insertion hole 14 into which the tip of the rod 13 is inserted. By inserting the tip of the rod 13 into the insertion hole 14, the lattice member 6 is held in the storage position.

When releasing the lock by the lock mechanism 12, the short side member 8 to which the rod 13 is connected is displaced toward the base end side of the lattice member 6 as shown by the arrow in FIG. As a result, as shown in FIG. 8, the tip of the rod 13 is pulled out from the insertion hole 14, and the lattice member 6 can swing toward the inside of the cab body 1 as shown in FIG. 9.

10 is a front view showing a state in which the lattice member 6 in FIG. 1 is displaced to the rescue position, and FIG. 11 is a perspective view showing the lattice member 6 in FIG. When the grid member 6 is displaced to the rescue position, the illumination cover 9 on the grid member 6 is removed. The lattice member 6 includes a lattice member body 15 having a hollow structure and an extension 16 inserted into the lattice member body 15.

When the grid member 6 is in the storage position, the extension 16 is stored in the grid member body 15. Further, when the lattice member 6 is displaced to the rescue position, the extension portion 16 is pulled out from the front end portion of the lattice member main body 15 by a desired length. Thereby, the full length of the lattice member 6 can be adjusted. 12 is a perspective view showing the lattice member main body 15 in FIG. 11, and FIG. 13 is a perspective view showing the extension 16 in FIG.

FIG. 14 is a perspective view showing a connecting structure of the lattice member 6 of FIG. 1 to the frame body 5 (a view looking up obliquely from below), and FIG. 15 is a side view showing the main part of FIG. The base end portion of the lattice member 6 is connected to the frame body 5 so as to be swingable and slidable. The frame body 5 is provided with a guide groove 17 that guides the sliding movement of the lattice member 6. The swing shaft 11 of the lattice member 6 is inserted into the guide groove 17. Thereby, when the lattice member 6 is in the rescue position, the position and orientation of the lattice member 6 can be changed, for example, as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG.

Next, the operation will be described. For example, when a passenger in a car room is rescued from the top of the car, for example, when the car stops between the floors, the worker moves from the landing on the nearest upper floor onto the canopy 2 and opens the rescue outlet 2a. Then, the illumination cover 9 on the grid member 6 is removed through the rescue outlet 2a, and the grid member 6 is swung to the rescue position.

When the lattice member 6 is lowered into the car room, the passenger is cautioned so that the lattice member 6 does not hit the passenger in the car room. Thereafter, the passenger climbs the lattice member 6 and escapes from the rescue exit 2a.

In such an elevator cab, a design frame is provided with a lattice member 6 that can swing between a storage position located at the top of the cab main body 1 and a rescue position whose tip is lowered into the cab main body 1. Since it is provided on the body 4, a dedicated space for storing the ladder is not required. Therefore, it is possible to easily rescue the passengers in the car room from the ceiling while preventing the thickness of the ceiling from increasing and securing the degree of freedom in arranging the lighting fixture 10. Further, since the lattice member 6 which is a part of the design frame 4 has a ladder function, it is not necessary to provide a rescue ladder separately, and the number of parts can be reduced and the cost can be reduced.

In addition, since the lock mechanism 12 that holds the lattice member 6 in the storage position is used, it is possible to more reliably prevent the lattice member 6 from being displaced into the car room at the normal time.
Furthermore, since the holding state of the lattice member 6 by the lock mechanism 12 is released by displacing one of the short side members 8, the operation part of the lock mechanism 12 can be made inconspicuous, It is possible to improve the performance and prevent the lattice member 6 from being displaced due to mischief.

Furthermore, since the base end portion of the lattice member 6 is connected to the frame body 5 so as to be swingable and slidable, the position and orientation of the lattice member 6 can be easily changed. It is possible to make passengers move more efficiently using the.
In addition, since the overall length of the lattice member 6 is adjustable, the tip of the lattice member 6 can reach the car floor even when the depth or width of the car is shorter than the height. At the same time, the inclination angle of the lattice member 6 when in the rescue position can be adjusted.

Note that a spring that urges the rod 13 in a direction protruding from the tip of the lattice member 6 may be provided in the lock mechanism 12, thereby more reliably preventing the lock mechanism 12 from being erroneously released due to vibration or the like. be able to.

Embodiment 2. FIG.
Next, FIG. 16 is a perspective view showing a ceiling portion of an elevator cab according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention (a view looking up obliquely from below), and FIG. 17 is a diagram in the middle of displacing the lattice member of FIG. 16 to the rescue position. FIG. 18 is a perspective view showing a state after the stage of FIG. 17, FIG. 19 is a perspective view showing a state in which the lattice member of FIG. 16 is displaced to the rescue position, and FIG. 20 is a perspective view of the lattice member of FIG. It is explanatory drawing for demonstrating the assembly method.

In this example, the short side member 8 is embedded in the long side member 7 when the lattice member 6 is in the storage position, and is passed between the long side members 7 when the lattice member 6 is in the rescue position. For this reason, the base end part of each short side member 8 is connected with one long side member 7 so that rotation is possible. The other long side member 7 is provided with a locking portion (not shown) that receives the short side member 8. Other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment.

In such an elevator cab, since the short side member 8 is normally embedded in the long side member 7 and is not exposed, the degree of freedom in the ceiling design can be improved.

The number of lattice members is not limited to one, and a plurality of lattice members may be provided in one cab.
Further, when the total length of the lattice member is adjustable, the total length may be adjustable continuously or may be adjustable in stages.
