Description
国際公開第95/31280号には、触媒活性金属を含浸させられた、γ−アルミナ基材をベースとする触媒およびそのような触媒を製造する方法が開示されている。また、その特許には、触媒組成物をキレート剤によって濡らし、そのように濡らされた基材を熟成させ、次いで、乾燥および仮焼することによって、そのような触媒組成物の活性を改善するための方法も開示されている。
欧州特許出願公開第1043069A1号には、水素化処理触媒にスルフィド化ステップを受けさせて、スルフィド化された水素化処理触媒を調製するための方法が開示されている。水素化処理触媒は、少なくとも50%のアルミナ、水素化金属および有機化合物を含む担体を備えている。
米国特許第6218333号には、含浸された支持体の揮発性成分が、硫黄含有化合物の存在下で低減される、触媒を調製するための方法が開示されている。
RVA=(評価された触媒の速度定数)/(新しい参照触媒の速度定数)
であり、水素化脱硫(HDS)RVAの場合は、速度定数は、1.3のHDS反応次数を仮定して計算され、水素化脱窒素(HDN)RVAの場合は、速度定数は、1.0のHDN反応次数を仮定して計算される。
Claims (9)
- 使用済み水素化処理触媒の触媒活性を回復させる方法であって、
3重量%を超える第1の炭素濃度を有する前記使用済み水素化処理触媒を提供すること;
前記使用済み水素化処理触媒上の炭素濃度を低減させ、それにより、1重量%から1.75重量%の範囲にある第2の炭素濃度を有する炭素低減触媒を提供するために、炭素燃焼条件下で前記使用済み水素化処理触媒を、酸素を含む酸素含有気体と接触させ、前記使用済み水素化処理触媒から除去される炭素の量を調節することによって、前記第2の炭素濃度を有する前記炭素低減触媒を提供すること;
前記炭素低減触媒を、キレート剤および溶媒を含む溶液と接触させることによって、前記キレート剤を前記炭素低減触媒中に取り入れること;
前記溶液を内部に取り入れた前記炭素低減触媒を、熟成時間の間熟成させて、それにより、熟成触媒をもたらすこと(ここで、前記熟成時間は、前記炭素低減触媒に回復された触媒活性を付与するのに十分なものである。);
前記熟成触媒を乾燥して前記溶媒の一部を前記熟成触媒から除去し、それにより、乾燥熟成触媒を提供すること、及び
前記乾燥熟成触媒を硫黄処理し、こうして、再活性化触媒を提供することを含む、前記方法。 - 前記キレート剤が、アミノカルボン酸、ポリアミン、アミノアルコール、オキシム、およびポリエチレンイミンからなる群から選択される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記溶液の前記溶媒が水である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記キレート剤が、エチレンジアミン四酢酸(EDTA)、ヒドロキシエチレンジアミン三酢酸(HEDTA)、およびジエチレントリアミン五酢酸(DTPA)からなる群から選択される請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記熟成時間が10時間を超える請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の炭素濃度が、5重量%から25重量%の範囲にある請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記炭素低減触媒中に取り入れられた前記キレート剤の50%超が、前記乾燥熟成触媒中に留まる、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記キレート剤が、ジエチレントリアミン五酢酸(DTPA)であり;前記熟成時間が、20時間を超え;前記第1の炭素濃度が、6重量%から20重量%の範囲にあり;前記炭素低減触媒中に取り入れられた前記キレート剤の75重量%超が、前記乾燥熟成触媒中に存在する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記炭素低減使用済み触媒中に取り入れられた前記キレート剤の50重量%未満が、前記乾燥ステップの間に前記熟成触媒から除去される、請求項1に記載の方法。
