Claims (4)
- 車体に搭載されたエンジンの排気ガス通路に設けられた上流筒体と、該上流筒体の下流側に設けられた下流筒体と、前記上流筒体と下流筒体との間に軸方向に直列に接続して設けられ排気ガスを浄化処理するための処理部材が内蔵された浄化部筒体とを備えてなる排気ガス処理装置において、
前記浄化部筒体内に収容される前記処理部材は、粒子状物質除去フィルタ、選択還元触媒、尿素水噴射弁、酸化触媒のうちの1個または複数個の組合せであり、
前記上流筒体は有蓋筒体となって開口側に接続用のフランジ部を有し、
前記下流筒体は有蓋筒体となって開口側に接続用のフランジ部を有し、
前記浄化部筒体は軸方向の両端が開口して接続用のフランジ部を有し、
前記上流筒体のフランジ部は前記浄化部筒体の一方のフランジ部と締結し、前記下流筒体のフランジ部は前記浄化部筒体の他方のフランジ部と締結する構成とし、
前記車体側には前記上流筒体と下流筒体を支持する支持部材を設け、
前記上流筒体と下流筒体とには前記支持部材に取付けるための取付脚をそれぞれ設け、
前記上流筒体の取付脚と前記下流筒体の取付脚のうち少なくとも一方の取付脚と前記車体側の支持部材との間には、前記上流筒体と下流筒体とに対して前記浄化部筒体を取付け、取外しするときに前記上流筒体および/または前記下流筒体を軸方向に移動させることができる筒体移動機構を設ける構成としたことを特徴とする排気ガス処理装置。 - 前記筒体移動機構は、前記取付脚のうち前記支持部材に当接する当接面に軸方向に長尺に形成された長孔と、該長孔に挿通された状態で前記取付脚の当接面を前記支持部材に締結する締結具とにより構成してなる請求項1に記載の排気ガス処理装置。
- 前記筒体移動機構は、前記支持部材に軸方向に長尺に形成された長孔と、該長孔に挿通された状態で前記取付脚を前記支持部材に締結する締結具とにより構成してなる請求項1に記載の排気ガス処理装置。
- 前記筒体移動機構は、前記支持部材に設けられ前記取付脚のうち前記支持部材に当接する当接面を軸方向に沿って移動させるガイド部材と、該ガイド部材に取付けられ前記取付脚の当接面を前記支持部材に押付けて固定する締結具とにより構成してなる請求項1に記載の排気ガス処理装置。
