支持部材(20)は、上記支持本体部(10)を外側から抱持するように湾曲された抱持枠体(21)と、この抱持枠体(21)の内側で内向きに延長し、その先端に設けた貫通孔にストッパーピン(22p)を取り付けた心棒(22)と、抱持枠体(21)の外側で外向きに延長する支持腕部(23)とからなり、
前記支持腕部(23)が横断面略円形形状の管体又は棒体から形成され、この支持腕部(23)が抱持枠体(21)から略水平方向に張り出すように延長形成され、その先端部には上方に形成された横断面略円形形状の突起部(24)からなる落下防止手段が設けられたものから成り、
