Description
北村等:タテジマフジツボ幼生の飼育法およびキプリス幼生を用いた循環流水式の付着試験法,SESSILE ORGANISM 15(2)p15-21,1999
こととしている。したがって、珪藻を摂餌する植物プランクトンの飼育を行うことができる。
本発明の水生動物の飼育方法を用いて、タテジマフジツボの幼生の飼育を行った。まず、2L容ビーカーに洗浄したノープリウス幼生を3個体/ミリリットルの密度となるように投入し、抗生物質としてストレプトマイシンとペニシリンGをそれぞれ30マイクログラム/ミリリットル、20マイクログラム/ミリリットルとなるように海水に加えた。
Claims (5)
- 水生動物の初期生活段階である孵化直後から植物プランクトンを摂餌する期間における飼育において、前記水生動物と前記植物プランクトンと植物プランクトン培養用培地を同一の飼育水中に投入し、前記飼育水の換水及び給餌を行うことなく飼育することを特徴とする水生動物の飼育方法。
- 前記飼育水中に抗生物質を加えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水生動物の飼育方法。
- 前記水生動物は、フジツボ類であり、前記フジツボ類がノープリウス幼生からキプリス幼生に変態するまで飼育することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の水生動物の飼育方法。
- 前記植物プランクトンは、珪藻であり、前記飼育水に珪素化合物を添加することを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか1つに記載の水生動物の飼育方法。
- 少なくとも孵化直後から成体とほぼ同等の形態に成長するまでの期間に渡り植物プランクトンを餌とする水生動物と前記植物プランクトンと植物プランクトン培養用培地とを備え、前記水生動物と前記植物プランクトンと前記植物プランクトン培養用培地を同一の飼育水中に投入し、前記飼育水の換水及び給餌を行うことなく、前記水生動物を孵化直後から成体と同等の形態に成長するまで飼育するための水生動物の飼育キット。
