Description

The present invention relates to a washing / drying machine and can sufficiently discharge high-temperature and high-humidity air generated in a drying process to the outside of the housing without staying in the housing. The present invention relates to a washing and drying machine capable of preventing the occurrence.

Conventionally, fully automatic laundry dryers that automatically execute a series of processes such as a washing process, a rinsing process, a dewatering process, and a drying process for washing objects are known. In the process, vaporizing heat is applied while rotating the pulsator (stirring blade) while supplying air heated from outside the housing or inside the housing to the inside of the water tank while replacing the laundry in the water tank as needed. To vaporize the water.

However, in this type of washing and drying machine, the hot and humid air after the heat of vaporization is applied to the laundry, the space in the water tank, the space between the top of the water tank and the upper lid, or the side surface of the water tank The following problems have arisen because it tends to stay in the space between the casing and the peripheral side surface of the casing.
First, there is a problem that the drying efficiency of the laundry is deteriorated due to the influence of hot and humid air staying in the water tank.
Second, depending on the temperature difference between the outside of the casing and the hot and humid air that has accumulated in the space between the upper part of the water tank and the upper lid, or the space between the peripheral surface of the water tank and the peripheral surface of the casing, Condensed water tends to adhere to the inner surface of the upper lid and the inner peripheral side surface of the casing. Therefore, when the upper lid is opened, the condensed water adhered to the inner surface of the upper lid falls to the upper part of the water tank, or There is a problem that the condensed water adhering to the inner peripheral surface of the body falls down on the floor surface along the inner peripheral side surface of the housing.
In order to solve these first and second problems, it is necessary to sufficiently exhaust the hot and humid air in the water tank generated in the drying process outside the housing without staying in the housing. is there.

On the other hand, the washing and drying machine proposed in Patent Document 1 is provided with a plurality of slit grooves for discharging hot and humid air generated in the water tank to the outside of the water tank, and is integrated with the upper lid. A ventilation portion for discharging the high-temperature and high-humidity air discharged outside the water tank through the plurality of slit grooves to the outside of the housing is provided in the outer peripheral flange portion.
JP 2004-113709 A

However, in the washer / dryer proposed in Patent Document 1, natural exhaust of exhausting high-temperature and high-humidity air generated in the water tank to the outside of the casing through the plurality of slit grooves and the ventilation portion. Therefore, it cannot be said that high-temperature and high-humidity air generated in the water tank is sufficiently discharged out of the casing.
Therefore, it has still been possible to prevent a decrease in drying efficiency of the laundry due to the influence of hot and humid air staying in the water tank and adhesion of condensed water on the inner surface of the upper lid and the inner peripheral surface of the housing. Not in.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and the object of the present invention is to sufficiently exhaust the high-temperature and high-humidity air generated in the drying process outside the housing without staying in the housing. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a washing / drying machine capable of improving the drying efficiency of the laundry and preventing the generation of condensed water in the housing.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides:
A water tank having an opening in the upper part thereof and a washing and dewatering tank rotatably supported in the water tank, and heating the air outside or inside the case to heat the water inside the water tank. In the washing / drying machine in which the laundry in the washing and dewatering tub is dried,

That is, according to the present invention, the high-temperature and high-humidity air generated in the drying process can be efficiently discharged out of the housing without staying in the housing. Therefore, the drying efficiency of the laundry can be improved and Prevention of the generation of condensed water in the housing can be realized.

In addition, the washing and drying machine in the present invention,
A first air path from the air source to the predetermined space through the space in the water tank;
A second air passage from the air source through the predetermined space to the air discharge unit;
It is conceivable to comprise.
Since the drying efficiency can be improved by such a simple configuration of the two air passages, a great cost reduction can be achieved in terms of cost effectiveness.
Moreover, in this invention, it is possible that the heating means which heats the said air blown in the said 1st ventilation path is provided in the said 1st ventilation path.
With such a configuration, it is possible to efficiently heat all the air passing through the first blowing path.

Moreover, what the said 1st discharge means and the said 2nd discharge means in the washing-drying machine in this invention discharge | emit the said air by a common ventilation source is also considered.
Separately from a blast source for supplying hot and dry air into the water tank, a blast source for discharging the hot and humid air discharged from the water tank to the predetermined space to the outside of the casing. Even if it is not provided, the high-temperature and high-humidity air discharged from the water tank to the predetermined space can be discharged to the outside of the housing, and therefore, the cost can be reduced.
Moreover, the washing and drying machine in the present invention includes the air source,
A first air guide member for supplying the air into the water tank by the air source;
A second air guide member for sending the air to the air discharge section through the predetermined space by the air source;
It may comprise and comprise the drying unit comprised by.
In such a drying unit, high temperature and humidity air can be discharged out of the casing with a simple configuration of two air guide members, which can contribute to cost reduction and can be replaced as a drying unit. The two air guide members can be easily exchanged.

Moreover, as a washing dryer of the present invention,
The first discharge means includes the opening provided in the water tank, and the air supplied into the water tank becomes a rising air flow and is discharged to the predetermined space through the opening. It is done.
This is because hot and humid air can be guided to the predetermined space simply by providing an opening, which can contribute to cost reduction.
Furthermore, as a washing dryer of the present invention,
The water tank has a substantially closed space formed by the opening being closed by a water tank cover provided at an upper portion thereof.
The first discharge means includes an exhaust member for guiding the air in the water tank to the predetermined space and the air source;
It is also conceivable that the air in the water tank is exhausted to the predetermined space through the exhaust member by supplying air outside or inside the housing to the water tank by the air source.
This is because high-temperature and high-humidity air in the water tank can be forcibly guided to the exhaust member by the blower source, so that high-temperature and high-humidity air in the water tank can be efficiently discharged out of the water tank. .

Further, the air discharge part in the present invention is composed of a plurality of tapered slits formed in the casing,
It is conceivable that the second discharge means is constituted by an air flow outlet that urges the air discharged from the water tank by the first discharge means in the direction of any one of the tapered slits.
The hot and humid air in the water tank discharged into the predetermined space by the first discharge means can be forced to reach one of the tapered slits by being pushed by the air flow by the second discharge means, For this reason, the efficiency of discharging the hot and humid air to the outside of the casing is increased.

According to the present invention, the high-temperature and high-humidity air in the water tank is discharged outside the water tank to a predetermined space in the housing by the first discharge means, and is discharged to the predetermined space. Since the humid air is pushed by the flow of the air sent to the air discharge section by the second discharge means and forcedly discharged out of the housing, the hot and humid air generated in the water tank is The water tank is efficiently discharged outside the housing without staying in the space between the water tank, the space between the upper lid and the water tank, and the space between the water tank peripheral side surface and the housing peripheral side surface.
Therefore, the high-temperature and high-humidity air generated in the drying process can be forcibly discharged out of the housing by the first discharge means and the second discharge means, so that the drying efficiency of the laundry is improved. Can do.

In particular, according to the washing and drying machine of the present invention in which the first discharge means and the second discharge means discharge the air by a common air source, the air source for supplying high-temperature and dry air into the water tank. Separately from the water tank, the high temperature and high humidity air discharged from the water tank to the predetermined space may be discharged from the water tank to the predetermined space without being equipped with a blow source. The high-temperature and high-humidity air thus discharged can be discharged out of the casing, and the cost can be reduced.

Further, an opening 90 is formed in the upper part of the water tank 9, and the opening 90 is closed by the water tank cover 13 and an inner lid 14 attached to the water tank cover 13 by a hinge portion (not shown) so as to be opened and closed. The inside of the water tank 9 is configured as a closed space.
Further, the water tank cover 13 provided on the upper part of the water tank 9 is formed with an opening 31 as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, and the hot and humid air in the water tank 9 is supplied to the water tank 9 in the opening 31. An exhaust member 32 having a duct structure for guiding an air flow is attached outside the circuit 9 and discharged to a predetermined space 33 in the housing 1.
Here, as an example of the predetermined space 33, the formation position thereof is, as shown in FIG. 3, for example, an upper part of the water tank cover 13 and a space in the casing 1, and the exhaust member. A space near the air outlet opening 29 formed in the opening 320 formed in the opening 32 and the drying unit X1 described later can be considered. As shown in FIG. 3, the opening 320 is preferably provided with a dry lint filter 321 for collecting dry lint generated from the laundry.
Functionally, the air is blown out by a turbo fan 22 to be described later and flows toward the tapered slit 6 (indicated by a broken-line arrow F1 in the figure), and is blown out by the turbo fan 22 guided by the exhaust member 32. It is desirable that the space meets an air flow (indicated by a broken line arrow F2 in the figure) toward the part.
In the washing / drying machine X of the present embodiment, the first discharge means according to the present invention is embodied including at least the exhaust member 32 and a turbo fan 22 (an example of an air source in the present invention) described later. Then, the hot and dry air supplied into the water tub 9 by the turbofan 22 is blown into the closed space formed in the water tub 9, thereby depriving the laundry 12 of the water, Hot and humid air is generated in the water tank 9.
This hot and humid air is pushed by the flow of the high temperature and dry air supplied by the turbo fan 22 and is forced through the exhaust member 32, the dry lint filter 321 and its opening 320 for the predetermined air. It is discharged into the space 33.
Moreover, in the washing / drying machine X of this embodiment, it is also conceivable that the first discharging means in the present invention is embodied to include at least the opening 90 provided in the water tank 9. If the position of the predetermined space 33 is set in the vicinity of the outlet of the opening 90, the hot and humid air in the water tank 9 is discharged into the predetermined space 33 only through the opening 90 as an ascending current.
Furthermore, in the washing / drying machine X of the present embodiment, it is also conceivable that the first discharge means in the present invention includes only the exhaust member 32. In this case, high-temperature and high-humidity air in the water tank 9 becomes an ascending current and is discharged into the predetermined space 33 through the opening 320 of the exhaust member 32.

Further, in the washing / drying machine X of the present embodiment, the second discharge means in the present invention is embodied to include at least the turbo fan 22 (an example of the air source) and the tapered slit 6. The turbo fan 22 sends the air outside the casing 1 or inside the casing 1 to the tapered slit 6 through the predetermined space 33, so that the predetermined discharge means from the inside of the water tub 9 by the first discharge means. The hot and humid air discharged into the space 33 is discharged out of the housing 1.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, a balancer 11 filled with salt water is attached to the upper part of the peripheral side surface of the washing and dewatering tub 10 in the washing / drying machine X in an annular shape.

Next, the positional relationship of the exhaust member 32, the drying unit X1, and the tapered slit 6 in the present embodiment in the housing 1 will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of the washing / drying machine X in FIG. 2, and is a side sectional view of a main part of the washing / drying machine X according to the embodiment of the present invention.
In FIG. 3, the positional relationship of the exhaust member 32, the drying unit X1, and the tapered slit 6 in the housing 1, the first air supply path (indicated by the solid line arrow R1 in the figure), and the second air supply path. In order to facilitate understanding (indicated by a broken line arrow R2 in the figure), a portion that cannot be expressed in the sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG. 2 is indicated by a broken line, and is expressed in FIG. The back panel 4, the back cover 5 and the upper lid 15 which are not present are indicated by solid lines.
As shown in the figure, the opening 320 of the exhaust member 32 faces the direction of the air flow outlet 29 of the drying unit X1. Further, the air flow outlet opening 29 of the drying unit X1 is directed in the taper direction of the tapered slit 6 by a bend 30 formed in the second air guide member 28.
Thus, the high-temperature and high-humidity air exhausted to the predetermined space 33 through the opening 320 of the exhaust member 32 by setting the exhaust member 32, the drying unit X1, and the tapered slit 6 in the positional relationship. Is sandwiched between the water tank 9 and the back panel 5 by high-temperature and dry air (indicated by a broken-line arrow F1 in the figure) sent from the air flow outlet opening 29 of the drying unit X1 toward the tapered slit 6. Therefore, the high-temperature and high-humidity air exhausted to the predetermined space 33 through the opening 320 of the exhaust member 32 is pushed by the air flow indicated by the broken-line arrow F1 and efficiently out of the housing 1. Discharged.
Further, the high-temperature and high-humidity air exhausted into the predetermined space 33 through the opening 320 of the exhaust member 32 has a space sandwiched between the back panel 5 in which the tapered slit 6 is formed and the water tank 9. Since the air flows, the air remaining without being discharged from the tapered slit 6 facing the air flow outlet opening 29 of the drying unit X1 is another tapered slit 6 formed below the tapered slit 6 (see FIG. 1). Therefore, the efficiency of discharging out of the housing 1 is further improved.

Next, with reference to FIG. 1 and FIG. 3, the configuration of the washing / drying machine X of the present embodiment having the drying unit X1 will be described focusing on the air flow.
In order to embody the above-described air flow, the washing / drying machine X of the present embodiment includes the first air flow path R1 from the turbo fan 22 through the space in the water tank 9 to the predetermined space 33; And the second air supply path R2 from the turbo fan 22 to the tapered slit 6 through the predetermined space 33.
According to the washing / drying machine X of such an embodiment, in the drying process, air (arrow a) taken into the first air guide member 24 from the intake port 23 is heated when passing through the heater 25. It becomes high-temperature and dry air of about 80 ° C., and is supplied into the water tank 9 through the inlet 27 (arrow b).
The hot and dry air supplied into the water tub 9 passes through the laundry 12 in the washing and dewatering tub 10 to evaporate the moisture in the laundry 12 (arrow c).
The hot and dry air that has evaporated the water passing through the laundry 12 in the water tank 9 becomes hot and humid air, and the dry waste litter filer 321 dries out of the laundry. After the lint is collected, it is discharged into the predetermined space 33 through the opening 320 of the exhaust member 32 (arrow d, arrow e, arrow f).
At that time, since dry air is sent out from the air flow blowing opening 29 of the drying unit X1 toward the tapered slit 6, the hot and humid air discharged to the predetermined space 33 is transferred to the back cover 5. It flows along (arrow g), and is discharged out of the housing 1 through the tapered slit 6 (arrow h).
