Description

The present invention relates to an automobile deck board opening / closing structure that opens and closes a storage portion that forms a storage space in an automobile with a deck board.

On the floor of the luggage compartment of an automobile, a recess having an upper surface is provided for storing spare tires, tools, small parcels, and the like. As such a recess for storage, a floor panel that forms a floor surface of a cargo compartment, a concave shape, or a synthetic resin storage box having a recess is installed on the floor panel is known. ing.
By installing the deck board in the opening of the recess for storage so that it can be opened and closed, the deck board covers the opening and partitions the recess from the luggage compartment, or the deck board is supported by one end of the deck board as a support shaft. By allowing it to rotate, it can function as a lid, or a deck board can be provided with a function to ensure the flatness of the floor of the cargo compartment.
As such a deck board, what is reinforced by blow molding synthetic resin to form a hollow shape and inserting a relatively light metal such as aluminum into the inside is known. This prevents the deck board from being deformed or cracked even when a local load is applied to the deck board. Moreover, by making the deck board into a hollow shape, it is possible to give the deck board an appropriate thickness to ensure strength and rigidity, and to reduce the weight of the deck board.

There is a motor vehicle in which a luggage compartment is formed.

The automobile deck board opening / closing structure ST1 of the present embodiment opens and closes the storage section 10 that forms the storage space SP2 in the automobile with the deck board 30. In the example shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the deck board that partitions the storage space SP2 that is the lower part in the luggage compartment SP1 on the upper side is divided into two parts, a front deck board 30 and a rear deck board 39, and the front deck board The present invention is applied to 30. The deck boards 30 and 39 constitute a floor surface of the deck which is a luggage storage space formed behind the rear seat 2. A concave storage portion 10 that is partitioned by the partition wall 12 is provided at a lower portion of the front deck board 30. The storage unit 10 of the present embodiment is disposed on the floor panel 14 so as to surround the front, rear, left and right of the container space SP2 in accordance with the shape of the metal floor panel 14 and the deck board 30 constituting a part of the vehicle body panel. It has a partition wall 12, a first bearing member 22 provided on the front side of the storage space SP2, and a second bearing member 26 provided on the rear side of the storage space SP2, and includes spare tires, tools, parcels, etc. It is possible to store. The front deck board 30 functions as a lid of the storage unit 10, and both deck boards 30, 39 have a function of ensuring the flatness of the floor surface of the deck.

The deck board 30 is formed in a substantially rectangular plate shape, and has a front edge portion (first edge portion) 30c and a rear edge portion (second edge portion) 30d that are parallel to each other. As shown in FIGS. 7 to 9, a pair of first support shaft members 42 that can advance and retreat along the longitudinal direction (vehicle width direction D <b> 2) of the front edge portion 30 c are formed on the front edge portion 30 c of the deck board. 42 is provided. In addition, a pair of second support shaft members 52, 52 that can advance and retreat along the longitudinal direction (vehicle width direction D2) of the rear edge portion 30d is provided on the rear edge portion 30d of the deck board. On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the first support shaft member 42 is inserted in the advance direction D3 (vehicle width direction D2) on the front side of the storage portion 10, and the advance direction D3 is set as the first rotation axis. As AX1, a pair of first fitting holes 24, 24 which are fitted to the first support shaft member 42 so as to be rotatable are provided. Further, a second support shaft member 52 is inserted in the advancing direction D4 (vehicle width direction D2) on the rear side of the storage unit 10, and the advancing direction D4 is set as the second rotation axis AX2 to the second support shaft member 52. And a pair of second fitting holes 28 and 28 which are fitted so as to be rotatable. In the present embodiment, the longitudinal directions of the front and rear edge portions 30c, d are parallel, the advance directions D3, D4 of the front and rear support shaft members 42, 52 are parallel, and the front and rear rotation axes AX1, AX2 are parallel. However, the present invention can be applied even if they are not parallel.
The deck board 30 can be operated to open and close the rear edge 30d around the first rotation axis AX1 when the second support shaft members 52, 52 are retracted from the second fitting holes 28, 28. When the first support shaft members 42 and 42 are retracted from the first fitting holes 24 and 24, the front edge portion 30c can be opened and closed around the second rotation axis AX2.

Since the deck board 30 to which the present opening / closing structure ST1 is applied is capable of rotating around both the front edge and the rear edge, the deck board 30 can be operated not only from the side of the luggage compartment door 4 at the rear of the automobile but also from the deck. It is also possible to open and close the deck board 30 from the side of the rear seat 2 in front of the board 30 so that the luggage can be taken in and out of the storage unit 10.

The partition wall 12 is made of metal, resin, or the like, and is configured of, for example, a substantially rectangular plate-like member that extends upward from the floor panel 14 on the front side, rear side, left side, and right side of the storage space. The partition wall 12 is fixed to the floor panel 14 by screws or the like. And the space partitioned by the partition wall 12, the floor panel 14, and the deck board 30 in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape becomes the container space SP2.

For example, as shown in FIG. 6, the bearing members 22 and 26 include bottom portions 22 a and 26 a, front extending portions 22 b and 26 b extending rearward from the bottom portions, rear extending portions 22 c and 26 c, and left extending portions 22 d. , 26d and right extension portions 22e, 26e can be used. The first bearing member 22 has through holes formed in the left and right extending portions 22d, e to form the first fitting holes 24, 24, and is provided, for example, in front of the front partition wall 12. The second bearing member 26 has through holes formed in the left and right extending portions 26 d and e to form the second fitting holes 28 and 28, and is provided, for example, after the rear partition wall 12. Both bearing members 22 and 26 are fixed to the floor panel 14 by screws or the like, for example. The front support shaft members 42 and 42 that have advanced have been inserted into the front fitting holes 24 and 24, and the support shafts are rotatable so that the vehicle width direction D2 connecting the fitting holes 24 and 24 can be rotated. The members 42 and 42 are fitted. The rear support shaft members 52 and 52 that have been advanced are inserted into the rear fitting holes 28 and 28, and can be rotated about the vehicle width direction D2 connecting the fitting holes 28 and 28 as the rotation axis AX2. The support shaft members 52 and 52 are fitted.
In addition, since the fitting holes 24 and 28 are made into the ellipse shape extended in the front-back direction D1 rather than the up-down direction, even if the position in the front-back direction of the support shaft members 42 and 52 arises, it fits smoothly. The support shaft member can be fitted into the hole.

The main body portion of the deck board 30 may be a board formed only by molding a synthetic resin, a board formed by molding a synthetic resin together with a skin material, a reinforcing metal fitting, or the like, or only a synthetic resin. A board formed by combining a skin material, a reinforcing metal fitting or the like with a molded product to be molded may be used. Synthetic resins for molding the deck board include thermoplastic resins such as acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin (ABS resin) and polypropylene (PP) (a type of synthetic resin), various thermosetting resins (a type of synthetic resin), Etc. can be used. And the deck board 30 is formed by shape | molding the raw material for deck boards in predetermined shape by shaping | molding, such as blow molding, injection molding, and press molding.

The front edge 30c of the deck board is formed with a notch 30g that is recessed rearward at an intermediate portion in the vehicle width direction. A first shaft support mechanism 40 is attached to the notch 30g, and the operation button 46 can be pressed from the surface (upper surface 30a) of the deck board. In addition, a notch portion 30h that is recessed forward at an intermediate portion in the vehicle width direction is formed in the rear edge portion 30d of the deck board. A second shaft support mechanism 50 is attached to the notch 30h, and the operation button 56 can be pressed from the surface side of the deck board.
As described above, the deck board 30 can be fitted into the storage portion 10 at a position along the edge portions 30c, d, and when the fitting between the rear edge portion 30d and the storage portion 10 is released, The rear edge 30d can be opened / closed around the rotation axis AX1 along the longitudinal direction, and the rear edge 30d is moved in the longitudinal direction when the fitting between the front edge 30c and the storage portion 10 is released. The front edge portion 30c can be opened and closed with the rotation axis AX2 along.

For example, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the shaft support mechanisms 40 and 50 include substantially box-shaped casings 41 and 51, support shaft members 42 and 52 that can advance and retract in the vehicle width direction D <b> 2, and these support shaft members. Helical springs (support urging means) 44, 54 for urging in the advancing direction D3, D4, operating buttons (operating portions) 46, 56 for retracting the advancing spindle member by pressing operation, The support member movement restricting portions 48 and 58 for restricting the movement of the support member in the vehicle width direction by sliding the support member and the support member positioning brackets 47 and 57 provided on the lower side of the operation button, It is possible to use a mechanism having metal movement restricting portions 49 and 59 for restricting the movement of the support member positioning metal fitting only in the pressing direction of the operation button by sliding the shaft member positioning metal fitting.
The casings 41 and 51 can be made of metal, resin, or the like. In the casings 41 and 51, holes through which the support shaft members 42 and 52 are formed are formed on the left and right side surfaces, and screw holes 41b and 51b are formed in the extending portions 41a and 51a extending from the left and right of the upper part to the vehicle width direction outside. Is formed. The casings 41 and 51 can be screwed to the lower surface 30b of the deck board through the screws.

The support shaft members 42 and 52 can be, for example, metal rod-like members whose longitudinal direction is in the vehicle width direction D2, and advance and retract in conjunction with the operation of the operation buttons 46 and 56. Each of the first support shaft members 42, 42 has a base portion 42a, 42a on the inner side in the vehicle width direction formed in a quadrangular prism shape, an outer side in the vehicle width direction from the base portions 42a, 42a formed in a substantially cylindrical shape, and an outer side in the vehicle width direction. Claw portions 42b, 42b having a shape in which the lower side is cut out in a tapered shape at the tip end portion are formed. Each of the second support shaft members 52, 52 also has a base 52a, 52a on the inner side in the vehicle width direction formed in a square column shape, and an outer side in the vehicle width direction formed from the bases 52a, 52a in a substantially cylindrical shape. Claw portions 52b and 52b having a shape in which the lower side is cut out in a tapered shape at the tip portion are formed. Since the base portions 42a and 52a are quadrangular prisms, the support shaft members 42 and 52 slide in the vehicle width direction D2 without rotating along the support member movement restricting portions 48 and 58. Further, since the outer side in the vehicle width direction from the base portions 42a and 52a is substantially cylindrical, the support shaft members 42 and 52 are fitted to the fitting holes 24 and 28 so as to be rotatable. Further, since the lower side of the claw portions 42b and 52b is tapered, when the deck board 30 is closed, the claw portions 42b and 52b are tapered at the upper ends of the left and right extending portions 22d, 22e, 26d and 26e of the bearing member. Against the force of the urging mechanisms 44 and 54, is pushed inward in the vehicle width direction, gets over the upper end portion, and is inserted into the fitting holes 24 and 28. Thereby, a spindle member and a fitting hole can be fitted, and it becomes possible to fix a deck board to a storage part in a closed position easily.

The first support shaft urging mechanism 44 and the second support shaft urging mechanism 54 are inserted in the housings 41 and 51 between the bottom of the housing and the lower ends of the metal fittings 47 and 57. 57 is urged upward. Needless to say, the support shaft biasing mechanism may have various configurations, and may be a spring that directly biases the support shaft member outward in the vehicle width direction.
The metal fittings 47 and 57 are formed with groove-like portions 47a and 57a that are slidably fitted to the metal fitting movement restricting portions 49 and 59 so as to be slidable only in the pressing direction of the operation button. A pair of first grooves 47b, 47b and a pair of second grooves 57b, 57b are formed. On the other hand, the base portions 42a and 42a of the support shaft member are formed with a pair of convex portions 43 and 43 that protrude rearward and are slidably inserted into the grooves 47b and 47b. , 52a are formed with a pair of convex portions 53, 53 protruding forward and inserted slidably into the grooves 57b, 57b. When the operation buttons 46 and 56 and the metal fittings 47 and 57 are on the upper side, the protrusions inserted into the grooves 47b and 57b are separated from each other, and as a result, the support members are advanced and engaged in the advancing directions D3 and D4. Insert into holes 24 and 28. When the operation buttons 46 and 56 and the metal fittings 47 and 57 are on the lower side, the projections inserted into the grooves 47b and 57b come close to each other. The fitting with 28 is released.

Here, since the springs 44 and 54 apply a force upward to the metal fittings 47 and 57, the springs 44 and 54 bias the support shaft members 42 and 52 in a direction to advance in the advance directions D3 and D4. On the other hand, the first operation button (first operation portion) 46 and the second operation button (second operation portion) 56 are pressed against the biasing force of the springs 44 and 54 from the surface 30a side of the deck board. When operated, the advanced support shaft members 42 and 52 are retracted. As a result, the support shaft members 42 and 52 advance and retract along the longitudinal direction of the edge portions 30c and 30d.

As shown in FIGS. 11 to 13, the connection urging means 60 is a connection mechanism 70 that connects the deck board 30 to the storage unit 10 by allowing the deck board 30 to open and close around the first and second rotation shafts AX1 and AX2. A connecting leg urging means 80 for urging the connecting board in a direction to open the deck board 30; and an angle regulating structure 90 for regulating an angle θ1 formed by the connecting legs 74 and 78 to a predetermined angle or less. ing. In the present embodiment, the connection urging means 60 is provided on each of the left side and the right side of the storage unit 10.
Since the deck board is connected to the storage unit by the above connection mechanism, the load resistance of the deck board is improved, and the deck board may come off or swing during driving, causing abnormal noise. Can be prevented as much as possible. In addition, since the deck board can be automatically rotated around the support shaft member only by pressing the operation button by the connecting leg urging means, an operation of opening the deck board is not necessary. Furthermore, since the above-described angle regulation structure allows the opened deck board to be held at a predetermined open position, the user does not need to support the deck board when taking in and out the luggage, and holds both hands. You can use it to put in and out the luggage.

The coupling mechanism 70 includes a first pedestal member 72 fixed to the back surface (lower surface 30b) of the deck board, and advance directions D3 and D3 of the first and second support shaft members 42 and 52 with respect to the first pedestal member. A first connecting leg 74 that is mounted so as to be rotatable about a vehicle width direction D2 parallel to D4 as a rotation axis AX3, a second pedestal member 76 fixed to the storage unit 10, and the second pedestal member Thus, the end 78b opposite to the second pedestal member 76 is attached to the first connecting leg 74 so as to be rotatable about the vehicle width direction D2 parallel to the advancing directions D3, D4 of the support shaft member. The second connecting leg 78 is connected to the end 74b opposite to the first pedestal member 72 in a rotatable manner. Each part of the coupling mechanism 70 can be made of metal, for example.

The first pedestal member 72 of the present embodiment has a shape including a base portion 72a that contacts the lower surface of the deck board, and extending portions 72b and c that extend from the left and right edge portions of the base portion toward the storage portion side. A cylindrical shaft member 73 whose direction is directed in the vehicle width direction D2 is stretched over and fixed to the extending portions 72b and 72c. The pedestal member 72 is fixed by attaching a base 72a to the deck board with screws. The first connecting leg 74 has an end portion 74a on the deck board side inserted between the extending portions 72b and 72c, and is attached to the shaft member 73 so as to be rotatable with respect to the end portion 74a.
The second pedestal member 76 of the present embodiment has a shape having a base portion 76a that contacts the upper surface of the floor panel 14, and extending portions 76b and c that extend from the left and right edges of the base portion to the deck board side. A cylindrical shaft member 77 whose longitudinal direction is directed in the vehicle width direction D2 is stretched over and fixed to the extending portions 76b and 76c. The pedestal member 76 is fixed by attaching a base portion 76a to the floor panel with screws. The second connecting leg 78 has an end 78a on the storage portion side inserted between the extending portions 76b, 76c, and is attached to the shaft member 77 at the end 78a so as to be rotatable.

The second connecting leg 78 has extended portions 78b1 and 78b2 extending from the left and right edge portions of the end portion 78b opposite to the storage portion 10 to the deck board side, and the longitudinal direction is directed to the vehicle width direction D2. A cylindrical shaft member (connection part) 75 is stretched over and fixed to the extension portions 78b1 and 78b2. The first connecting leg 74 has an end 74b opposite to the deck board 30 inserted between the extending portions 78b1 and 78b2, and is attached to the shaft member 75 at the end 74b so as to be rotatable. . Thereby, the end part 74b of the first connecting leg and the end part 78b of the second connecting leg can rotate with respect to each other with the vehicle width direction D2 parallel to the advancing directions D3 and D4 of the support shaft member as the rotation axis AX5. The two connecting legs 74 and 78 are connected so as to be bent. In the present embodiment, both connecting legs are connected so as to bend in a direction that sharpens forward, but both connecting legs may be connected so as to bend in a direction sharpening backward. Further, in this embodiment, the advance directions D3 and D4 and the rotation axes AX3 to AX5 are parallel, but the present invention can be applied even if these are not parallel.
In the vicinity of the end portion 74b of the first connecting leg, a convex portion 74c that swells toward the connecting leg 78 and engages one end 80a of the spring 80 on the side opposite to the second connecting leg 78 is formed. Yes.

Since the directions of the rotation axes AX3 to AX5 of the connecting legs 74 and 78 are parallel to the advance directions D3 and D4 of the support shaft member, the deck board 30 uses the advance direction D3 of the first support shaft member as the rotation axis AX1. The rear edge portion 30d can be opened / closed, and the front edge portion 30c can be opened / closed with the advance direction D4 of the second spindle member as the rotation axis AX2.

Around the shaft member 75, a helical spring (connecting leg urging means) 80 is attached that urges the connecting legs 74 and 78 in the direction of expanding the angle θ1 formed by the connecting legs. The spring 80 has an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the shaft member 75, and the shaft member 75 is inserted inside. One end 80 a of the spring 80 is hooked on the convex portion 74 c of the first connecting leg, and the other end 80 b is hooked on the side of the second connecting leg 78 opposite to the first connecting leg 74. The spring 80 urges the deck board 30 in the direction to open the deck board 30 by applying a force to expand the angle θ1 formed by both connecting legs.

In addition, a first stopper 92 bulging from a connection portion (shaft member 75) with the second connecting leg 78 is formed at the end 74b of the first connecting leg. A second stopper 94 bulging from a connection portion (shaft member 75) with the first connecting leg 74 is formed at the end 78b of the second connecting leg. Both stoppers 92 and 94 constitute an angle restricting structure 90 that abuts each other at a predetermined angle to restrict the expansion when the angle θ1 formed by both connecting legs expands.
The bulging direction of the first stopper 92 bulging from the connection portion with the second connecting leg is a direction shifted from the direction opposite to the first base member 72 toward the deck board side. The bulging direction of the second stopper 94 that bulges from the connection portion with the first connecting leg is a direction shifted from the direction opposite to the second pedestal member 76 toward the storage portion. As the angle θ1 formed by the connecting legs increases, the storage portion side of the stopper 92 and the deck board side of the stopper 94 abut each other, so that the angle θ1 is less than 180 °, preferably 150 ° or less. regulate. As a result, the opening operation of the deck board 30 to be opened stops at a predetermined opening position corresponding to the angle regulated by the stoppers 92 and 94.

(2) Action and effect of car deck board opening / closing structure:
The deck board opening / closing structure ST1 may be formed as follows.
In order to form the shaft support mechanisms 40 and 50 shown in FIG. 9, first, the support members 42 and 52, the springs 44 and 54, the operation buttons 46 and 56 to which the metal fittings 47 and 57 are attached, these support members and The casings 41 and 51 into which springs and metal fittings can be inserted (for example, divided into two) are formed in a predetermined shape. Next, the springs 44 and 54 are inserted into the casings 41 and 51, and the supporting shaft members 42 and 52 and the brackets 47 and 57 are inserted into the casing 41, while the convex portions 43 and 53 are inserted into the grooves 47b and 57b of the bracket. It is inserted into a predetermined position in 51. Finally, when the casings 41 and 51 are closed, the shaft support mechanisms 40 and 50 are formed.
Further, when the main body portion of the deck board is formed in a predetermined shape, and the shaft support mechanisms 40, 50 are fixed to the main body portion with screws or the like at predetermined positions, the deck board 30 is formed.

In order to form the storage part 10, the floor panel 14, the partition wall 12, and the bearing members 22 and 26 are first formed in a predetermined shape. Next, the partition wall 12 and the bearing members 22 and 26 are fixed to predetermined positions on the upper surface of the floor panel 14 with screws or the like.

In order to form the connection urging means 60 shown in FIGS. 11 to 13, first, the base members 72 and 76, the connection legs 74 and 78, the shaft members 73, 75 and 77, and the helical spring 80 are formed into a predetermined shape. Form. Next, the end 74b of the first connecting leg, the end 78b of the second connecting leg, and the helical spring 80 are arranged at predetermined positions on the axis AX5 of the shaft member 75, and the shaft member 75 is inserted into these. Thus, processing is performed to prevent the shaft member 75 from coming off at both ends. Furthermore, the end portion 74 a of the first connecting leg and the first pedestal member 72 are arranged at predetermined positions on the axis AX 3 of the shaft member 73, and the shaft member 73 is inserted into these at both ends of the shaft member 73. Perform processing to prevent disconnection. Further, the end portion 78a of the second connecting leg and the second pedestal member 76 are arranged at predetermined positions on the shaft AX4 of the shaft member 77, and the shaft member 77 is inserted into these at both ends of the shaft member 77. Perform processing to prevent disconnection.
In order to form the present opening / closing structure ST1, the base member 76 of the connection urging means is fixed with screws or the like at predetermined positions on the left and right sides of the storage portion 10 on the upper surface of the floor panel 14. Further, the base member 72 of the connection biasing means is fixed with screws or the like at predetermined positions on the left and right edges of the lower surface 30b of the deck board. Finally, when the support shaft members 42 and 52 are inserted into the fitting holes 24 and 28 of the bearing member, the opening / closing structure ST1 in a state where the deck board 30 is closed is formed.

Hereinafter, the operation and action of the opening / closing structure ST1 will be described with reference to FIGS.
In the case of opening the cargo compartment door 4 of the automobile and taking in and out of the goods in the storage space SP2, the user presses the operation button 56 on the rear side to open the rear edge 30d of the deck board, The edge 30d may be pushed down by hand and closed.
When the rear operation button 56 is pressed as shown in the third row from the top in FIG. 3, the rear support shaft members 52, 52 are urged by the spring 54 as shown in the lower row in FIG. 9. Against the inner side in the vehicle width direction, and the fitting with the rear fitting holes 28 is released. Here, the front support shaft members 42 and 42 are fitted in the fitting holes 24 and 24 so as to be able to rotate, and are urged by the helical spring 80 in a direction to widen the angle θ1 between the connecting legs 74 and 78. Thus, the deck board 30 has the trailing edge 30d opened with the advance direction D3 of the front support shaft members 42, 42 as the rotation axis AX1. When the stoppers 92 and 94 come into contact with each other, the angle θ1 formed by both connecting legs is regulated to a predetermined angle, and the opening operation of the deck board 30 is stopped at the predetermined opening position as shown in the lowermost stage of FIG. . Therefore, even if the rear side of the deck board is not held by hand, the deck board remains open, and it is possible to take in and out the luggage from the rear side using both hands.
When the pressing operation of the operation button 56 is released, the support shaft members 52, 52 advance in the advance direction D3 along the longitudinal direction of the front edge portion 30c by the biasing force of the spring 54.

Further, when a pressing force is applied to the rear edge 30d of the deck board, the deck board 30 rotates against the urging force of the connecting leg urging means 80 about the front rotation axis AX1. Then, the rear support shaft members 52 and 52 are configured such that the tapered portions of the claw portions 52b and 52b abut against the upper end portions of the left and right extending portions 26d and 26e of the bearing member and resist the urging force from the spring 54. It is pushed inward in the direction, gets over the upper ends of the extending portions 26d, 26e, and is inserted into the fitting holes 28, 28. As a result, the support shaft members 52, 52 and the fitting holes 28, 28 are fitted, and the deck board 30 is placed in the storage portion at a predetermined closed position covering the storage portion 10 as shown in the second row from the top of FIG. 10 is fixed.

In the case where an object is taken in and out of the storage space SP2 from the position of the rear seat 2 of the automobile, the user presses the operation button 46 on the front side to open the front edge 30c of the deck board, or opens the front edge 30c. You can close it by pushing it down with your hand.
When the front operation button 46 is pressed, as shown in the lower part of FIG. 9, the front support shaft members 42, 42 are retracted inward in the vehicle width direction against the urging force of the spring 44, The fitting with the fitting holes 24, 24 is released. Here, the rear support shaft members 52 and 52 are fitted in the fitting holes 28 and 28 so as to be able to rotate, and are attached to the direction in which the angle θ1 between the two connecting legs 74 and 78 is widened by the helical spring 80. Since the deck board 30 is biased, the front edge portion 30c opens with the advance direction D4 of the rear support shaft members 52, 52 as the rotation axis AX2. When the stoppers 92 and 94 come into contact with each other, the angle θ1 formed by both connecting legs is restricted to a predetermined angle, and the opening operation of the deck board 30 is stopped at a predetermined opening position as shown in the uppermost stage of FIG. . Therefore, even if the front side of the deck board is not held by hand, the deck board remains open, and it is possible to load and unload luggage from the front side using both hands.
When the pressing operation of the operation button 46 is released, the support shaft members 42 and 42 advance in the advance direction D4 along the longitudinal direction of the rear edge 30d by the biasing force of the spring 44.

Further, when a pressing force is applied to the front edge portion 30c of the deck board, the deck board 30 rotates against the urging force of the connecting leg urging means 80 about the rear rotation axis AX2. Then, the front support shaft members 42, 42 have the tapered portions of the claw portions 42b, 42b abut against the upper ends of the left and right extending portions 22d, 22e of the bearing member, and resist the urging force from the spring 44 in the vehicle width direction. It is pushed inward and gets over the upper ends of the extension portions 22d, 22e and is inserted into the fitting holes 24, 24. As a result, the support shaft members 42 and 42 are fitted into the fitting holes 24 and 24, and the deck board 30 is placed in the storage portion at a predetermined closed position covering the storage portion 10 as shown in the second row from the top of FIG. 10 is fixed.

If the deck board is attached to the storage part by elastic force, the elastic force will weaken due to repeated opening and closing operations of the deck board, and it will swing and generate abnormal noise while the car is running, or the deck board will come off the storage part There is a possibility. In the present embodiment, when the deck board 30 is closed, if the support shaft members 42 and 52 are inserted into the fitting holes 24 and 28, both are fitted without needing to undergo a bending operation. However, the fitting of both does not become weak. Therefore, it is possible to more reliably fix the closed deck board.
Further, when the deck board is attached to the storage portion by an elastic force, a certain degree of elastic force must be applied so that the deck board does not come off while the automobile is running, and the opening / closing operation of the deck board is not easy. In the present embodiment, if the support shaft members 42 and 52 are retracted from the fitting holes 24 and 28, the fitting between them is released without having to undergo a bending operation. Therefore, the deck board having the double opening structure can be easily opened and closed. It becomes possible.

Furthermore, since the deck board is connected to the storage unit by a connection mechanism having a connecting leg, the opening / closing operation of the deck board having the double opening structure can be smoothly performed, and the deck board can be unintentionally detached from the storage unit. The load resistance of the deck board can be improved, and it is possible to prevent as much as possible the occurrence of abnormal noise by swinging while the vehicle is running or the disengagement from the storage part. be able to. In addition, it is possible to increase the rotation angle when opening and closing the deck board, making it easy to put in and out the luggage, and to arbitrarily set the rotation range of the deck board according to the shape of the connecting leg.
Further, since the connecting leg urging means for urging in the direction of expanding the angle formed by the two connecting legs is provided, the deck board is automatically opened even when either the front edge portion or the rear edge portion of the deck board is opened. As a result, the burden on the user accompanying opening and closing of the deck board is reduced, the deck board can be opened and closed very easily, and the operability of opening and closing the deck board that can be opened both sides can be improved.

Furthermore, since it is possible to hold the deck board in an opened state at a predetermined angle, the user does not need to support the deck board with his / her hand when putting in and out the luggage. As a result, the burden on the user is reduced, and the user can use his / her hands to take in and out the luggage, which can improve the convenience of loading and unloading the luggage.
Furthermore, since the mating of the deck board is released with a single touch only by pressing the operation unit, the operability of opening and closing the deck board can be improved.
In the structure described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 5-41975, the support shaft is exposed to the opening portion into which the object is placed, so that the appearance is not good, and the storage space of the opening portion is cut by the amount of the support shaft. In this embodiment, since the support shaft is not exposed in the storage portion, the appearance is good and the storage space of the storage portion is not cut.

(3) Modification:
The present invention can be modified in various ways.
For example, the deck board can be operated to open and close the right edge 30f around the first rotation axis along the longitudinal direction of the left edge 30e, and the second along the longitudinal direction of the right edge 30f. A deck board capable of opening and closing the left edge 30e around the rotation axis may be used.
If the support shaft member is on the deck board side, the structure provided with the operation portion is simplified, but the support shaft member may be provided in the storage portion. The deck board may be provided with a fitting hole that is fitted to the support shaft member so as to be rotatable. Of course, the first spindle member and the second fitting hole may be provided in the deck board, and the second spindle member and the first fitting hole may be provided in the storage portion. The support shaft member and the second fitting hole may be provided in the storage portion, and the second support member and the first fitting hole may be provided in the deck board. Further, a deck board side support shaft member and a deck board side fitting hole are provided in the same edge portion (for example, the front edge portion) of the deck board, and a storage portion side fitting hole for fitting with the deck board side support shaft member, You may provide the accommodating part side support shaft member fitted to the deck board side fitting hole.
Although it is preferable that the first support member is composed of a pair of support members that advance in opposite directions, the stability of the rotation operation of the deck board is improved, but a support member that advances only in one direction (for example, A single support shaft member) or three or more support shaft members may be used. The first fitting hole may also be constituted by a single fitting hole or may be constituted by three or more fitting holes. Further, although it is preferable that the second spindle member is composed of a pair of spindle members that advance in opposite directions, the stability of the rotation operation of the deck board is improved, but the spindle member that advances only in one direction. (For example, you may comprise with a single spindle member), and you may comprise with three or more spindle members. The second fitting hole may also be constituted by a single fitting hole or may be constituted by three or more fitting holes.
Although the structure is simplified when the fitting hole is a through hole, the fitting hole does not have to be a through hole, and may have a concave shape in which the support shaft member can be inserted in the advance direction.

The support urging means (springs 44 and 54) is not provided in the support mechanisms 40 and 50, only the spring 44 is provided and the spring 54 is not provided, or only the spring 54 is provided and the spring 44 is not provided. Even if it does, the fundamental effect | action and effect of this invention are acquired. When the springs 44 and 54 are not provided, the support shaft member can be retracted by pressing the operation button, and the support member can be advanced by performing an operation of pulling the operation button. As a result, the deck board can be opened in both directions with the advance direction of the support shaft member as the central axis.
Further, the operation unit (operation buttons 46 and 56) is not provided in the shaft support mechanisms 40 and 50, only the operation button 46 is provided and the operation button 56 is not provided, or only the operation button 56 is provided and the operation button 46 is provided. Even if no is provided, the present invention can be applied. For example, if the upper side of the claw portions 42b and 52b of the support shaft member is also tapered, the bearing member 22 is attached to the claw portions 42b and 52b against the force of the support shaft urging mechanisms 44 and 54 when the deck board is opened. 26, the upper end portions of the left and right extending portions can be overcome and the engagement with the fitting holes 24, 28 can be released. When closing the deck board, the upper end portions of the left and right extending portions of the bearing members 22 and 26 are moved over the claw portions 42b and 52b against the force of the support urging mechanisms 44 and 54, so that the fitting holes 24 and 28 Can be fitted. As a result, the deck board can be opened in both directions with the advance direction of the support shaft member as the central axis.

Furthermore, even if the connecting leg urging means, the angle restricting structure, and the connecting mechanism are not provided, the basic operation and effect of the present invention can be obtained, and the deck board can be mounted with the advancing direction of the support shaft member as the central axis. Can be double-opened.
If both the support shaft members 42 and 52 are released from the fitting holes 24 and 28, the deck board 30 can be removed, and the luggage storage space of the luggage compartment SP1 can be expanded. . Further, if the deck board 30 is held upright in a state where both the support shaft members 42 and 52 are released from the fitting holes 24 and 28, the deck space (load) on the closed deck board 30 is loaded. By using both the room SP1) and the storage space SP2, it is possible to store tall luggage that cannot be stored in the deck space alone.
The various modifications described above are also applied to the following modifications.

14 and 15 show modifications of the deck board having the shaft support mechanism. In FIG. 14, the advancing positions of the support shaft members 142 and 152 are indicated by two-dot chain lines. The deck board 130 of the present modified example is formed with a first recess 132 that is recessed backward at the middle portion of the front edge portion 130c, and a second recess that is recessed forward at the middle portion of the rear edge portion 130d. A recess 134 is formed.
As shown in FIG. 14, the shaft support mechanisms 140 and 150 include substantially box-shaped housings 141 and 151, support shaft members 142 and 152 that can advance and retract in the vehicle width direction D <b> 2, and advance these support shaft members in the advance direction. Pivot urging means 144, 154 for urging in the direction of movement (vehicle width direction D2), a first handle 146 and a second handle 156 for advancing and retracting the pivot members 142, 152 in conjunction with the operation, Recesses 148 and 158 that are recessed so as to store the grip portions 146 and 156 after the return operation, and the movement of the support shaft member that restricts the movement of the support shaft member in the vehicle width direction by sliding the support shaft member. A mechanism having a regulating portion can be used. The grip portions 146 and 156 retract the support shaft members 142 and 152 in the direction opposite to the advance direction by a pulling operation, and advance the support shaft members 142 and 152 in the advance direction by a return operation.

When the shaft support mechanisms 140 and 150 are attached and fixed to the recesses 132 and 134 of the deck board with screws or the like, the support shaft members 142 and 152 advance and retract in the vehicle width direction D2 according to the operation of the handle portions 146 and 156. Here, when the grip portions 146 and 156 are pulled out from the recesses 148 and 158, the support shaft members 142 and 152 are retracted in the direction opposite to the advancing direction, and when they are fitted with the fitting holes, the fitting holes are provided. Is released from the mating. On the other hand, when the handle portions 146 and 156 are stored in the recesses 148 and 158, the support shaft members 142 and 152 advance in the advance direction, and if there is a fit hole in the advance direction, the rotation operation with the fitting hole is performed. Fit as possible.
In this modified example, the operation of scooping up the handle can provide a clue to open and close the deck board and disengage the support shaft members 142 and 152 from the bearing member. For this reason, in order to release the fitting between the support shaft member and the bearing member, the fitting can be released by a simple operation of grasping and lifting the handle portion without extra effort. In addition, since the fitting of the support shaft member and the bearing member is released only when the user grasps and pulls out the handle portion to open the deck board, the deck board can be placed even if luggage is placed on the handle portion. Is not released. Therefore, the operability for opening and closing the deck board can be improved.

Also, if both the first and second support shaft members are released from the mating with the first and second mating holes, and the deck board is lifted upward and held substantially horizontal, the cargo compartment can be moved in two stages. Can be partitioned. Therefore, as one aspect of the present invention, the deck board can be fitted into the storage portion at a position along the first and second edge portions opposed to each other, and the first and second edge portions and the storage portion are provided. Is closed to close the storage portion, and when the fitting between the second edge portion and the storage portion is released, the first edge portion along the longitudinal direction of the first edge portion is released. The second edge can be opened and closed about one rotation axis, and the length of the second edge when the fitting between the first edge and the storage is released. The deck can be opened and closed about a second rotation axis along the direction, and when the fitting between the first and second edges and the storage portion is released, the deck A holding member may be provided that holds the board from the closed position to a separated position on the side opposite to the storage portion.

FIGS. 16-18 has shown an example of the deck board opening-and-closing structure which can partition a luggage compartment in two steps. In the present deck board opening / closing structure ST2, the deck board 230 is held from the closed position to the upper position (separated position) when the fitting between the front edge portion 30c and the rear edge portion 30d of the deck board and the storage portion 10 is released. A plurality of receiving members (holding members) 238 are provided. The receiving member 238 is, for example, a deck side (a side surface of the luggage compartment SP1) at each of the left and right end portions of the front edge portion 30c of the deck board and the left and right end portions of the rear edge portion 30d. It can be attached to interior materials and body panels. As shown in FIG. 17, each receiving member 238 has a mounting surface 238 a on which the four corners of the deck board 230 can be mounted on the upper surface, and the deck board is locked from the mounting surface outward in the vehicle width direction. A hole 238b into which the member 233 can be inserted is formed. On the other hand, at the four corners of the deck board 230, locking members 233 capable of moving forward and backward in the vehicle width direction are provided, and operation portions 232 for performing an operation of moving the locking members forward and backward are respectively provided on the upper surface. Yes. When the knob 232a of each operation unit 232 is slid outward in the vehicle width direction, the locking member 233 advances, and when the knob 232a is slid inward in the vehicle width direction, the locking member 233 is retracted.

When the deck board 230 is in the closed position, both the first and second support shaft members are released from the mating with the first and second fitting holes, and the deck board 230 is moved to the front and rear receiving members 238 and 238. The deck board 230 is pulled out from above, and the four corners of the deck board 230 are placed on the placement surface 238a of each receiving member, and the operation member knob 232a is slid outward in the vehicle width direction so that the locking member 233 is The deck board 230 can be held substantially horizontally at the upper position by moving outward in the direction and inserting it into the hole 238b of the receiving member. On the other hand, when the deck board 230 is in the upper position, an operation of sliding the knob 232a of the operation unit inward in the vehicle width direction is performed to retract the locking member 233 inward in the vehicle width direction and remove it from the hole 238b of the receiving member. When the deck board 230 is lowered from between the front and rear receiving members 238 and 238 and the first and second support shaft members are fitted in the first and second fitting holes, the deck board 230 is closed. Can be held. The locking member 233 may be retracted when the deck board 230 is in the closed position, but the locking member is advanced if a portion for storing the advanced locking member is formed on the storage portion side. In this state, the deck board can be brought into the closed position.

As described above, since the deck board is held at an upper position away from the storage unit, the height of the deck board can be changed according to the shape of the luggage. Therefore, the convenience when using the luggage compartment is improved.
From the viewpoint of separating the deck board from the storage portion as much as possible, the stoppers 92 and 94 may be eliminated or the stoppers 92 and 94 may be formed so that the angle θ1 is close to 180 °.

FIGS. 19-21 has shown another example of the deck board opening-and-closing structure which can partition a luggage compartment in two steps. In this deck board opening / closing structure ST3, a plurality of receiving members 338 having a J-shaped cross section are provided as receiving members (holding members). The receiving member 338 is attached to, for example, an interior material or a vehicle body panel on the deck side (side surface of the luggage compartment SP1). As shown in FIG. 20, each receiving member 338 is formed with a mounting surface 338a on which the four corners of the deck board 330 can be mounted on the upper surface, and a portion bent upward from the front-rear direction outer side of the mounting surface is formed. Has been. The tip end portion 338b of the part is a position in contact with the elastic member 332 of the deck board when the deck board 330 is placed. On the other hand, flexible elastic members 332 such as rubber (rubber) are provided at the four corners of the deck board 330, respectively. Each elastic member 332 is press-fitted into each receiving member 338.
In addition, from the viewpoint of separating the deck board from the storage portion as much as possible, the connection biasing means 360 is not provided with a stopper.

FIG. 21 shows how the deck board 330 in the closed position L1 is moved to the upper position L5.
When the deck board 330 is in the closed position L1, both the first and second support shaft members are released from fitting with the first and second fitting holes, and one of the front and rear edges of the deck board 330 (see FIG. Then, the front edge portion) is drawn upward from between the front and rear receiving members 338, 338 (positions L2 to L3 in the figure). When the deck board 330 is completely pulled upward from between the front and rear receiving members 338, 338, first, one of the front and rear edge portions (the front edge portion in the figure) of the deck board 330 is placed on the placement surface 338a of the receiving member. Let Then, after the elastic member 332 attached to the other of the front and rear edge portions (the rear edge portion in the figure) of the deck board 330 is brought into contact with the front end portion 338b of the member and elastically deformed, the front and rear edge portions of the deck board 330 are When the other is also placed on the placement surface 338a of the receiving member, the deck board 330 can be held substantially horizontally at the upper position. On the other hand, when the deck board 330 is in the upper position, the deck board 330 is removed from the receiving member 338 while the elastic member 332 is elastically deformed, and the deck board 330 is lowered from between the front and rear receiving members 338 and 338 downward. When both the second support shaft members are fitted in the first and second fitting holes, the deck board 330 can be held in the closed position.

Even in the modified example described above, the height of the deck board can be changed according to the shape of the luggage and the like, so that the convenience when using the luggage compartment is improved.

Furthermore, by providing a locking member that can be moved back and forth on the deck side side, placing the deck board on the locking member, or inserting and engaging the locking member that has advanced into the hole formed in the deck board The deck board may be held in an upper position by holding the deck board. Even in these cases, the convenience in using the cargo space is improved.
