Description
Claims (9)
- ドロップ・レッグ(26)、及びボイラー炉(12)の前壁(14)の長さの大部分で、流動床ボイラーの炉の下に配置された、多数の水平入口ヘッダ(30、48、50、52、54)を含み、
前記前壁(14)及び後壁(38)の水管(16)のパネル(18)と、前記水管の延長(44、46)が前記入口ヘッダに直接連結され、
各入口ヘッダが前記入口ヘッダの端部に連結された入口管(28)のみを通してドロップ・レッグ(26)と流体連通していて、
前記入口ヘッダが前記炉の前記前壁(14)の下の前壁チャンバ(48)、及び前記炉の前記後壁(38)の下に配置された後壁チャンバ(50)、及び前記流動床ボイラーの風箱(20)内の前記炉のグリッドの中心部の下の少なくとも1つのグリッド・チャンバ(52、54)を含むボイラー水サイクルにおいて、
前記前壁(14)内の水管の前記延長(44)の一部分が前記前壁チャンバ(48)に直接連結され、
前記後壁(38)内の水管の前記延長(46)の一部分が前記後壁チャンバ(50)に直接連結され、
前記前壁内の前記水管の別の部分(54’)及び前記後壁内の前記水管の別の部分が前記グリッド・チャンバ(52、54)に連結されたグリッド管(42)として前記炉のグリッドに平行に延びることを特徴とする、ボイラー水サイクル。 - 請求項1に記載のボイラー水サイクルにおいて、前記ボイラー水サイクルが超臨界貫流サイクルであることを特徴とする、ボイラー水サイクル。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のボイラー水サイクルにおいて、各入口ヘッダがただ1つのドロップ・レッグ(26)と流体連通していることを特徴とする、ボイラー水サイクル。
- 請求項3に記載のボイラー水サイクルにおいて、各入口ヘッダが共通のドロップ・レッグ(26)と流体連通していることを特徴とする、ボイラー水サイクル。
- 請求項1に記載のボイラー水サイクルにおいて、前記前壁(14)及び後壁(38)内の前記水管(54)の直径が前記グリッド管(42)の直径より小さく、前記前壁及び後壁の前記水管の前記別の部分の各水管が接続金具部材(56)を使用して前記グリッド管に連結されることを特徴とする、ボイラー水サイクル。
- 請求項1に記載のボイラー水サイクルにおいて、前記入口ヘッダが2つのグリッド・チャンバ(52、54)を有し、前記前壁(14)内の前記水管の前記延長の前記別の部分が前記第1のグリッド・チャンバ(52)に連結され、前記後壁(38)内の前記水管の前記延長の前記別の部分が前記第2のグリッド・チャンバ(54)に連結されることを特徴とする、ボイラー水サイクル。
- 請求項1に記載のボイラー水サイクルにおいて、前記入口ヘッダの内径が少なくとも200mmであることを特徴とする、ボイラー水サイクル。
- 請求項7に記載のボイラー水サイクルにおいて、前記入口ヘッダの内径が少なくとも300mmであることを特徴とする、ボイラー水サイクル。
- 流動床ボイラー(10)であって、請求項1から8までの一項に記載のボイラー水サイクルを含むことを特徴とする、流動床ボイラー(10)。
