Description
ハウジング内に、点火器、ガス発生剤、クーラントフィルタを有するガス発生器であって、ハウジングの天井面及び底面の少なくとも一方に、予め内側に凸状に形成されたクーラントフィルタの位置決め部を有し、前記位置決め部でクーラントフィルタが位置決めされている、ガス発生器を提供する。

Claims (4)
- ガス排出口(14)を有するハウジング(13)内に、点火器(23)、ガス発生剤、筒状のクーラントフィルタ(15)を有するディスク形状のガス発生器(10)であって、
ハウジング(13)が、ガス排出口(14)を有するクロージャシェル(11)とディフューザシェル(12)が、それらのフランジ部(11a,12a)で溶接一体化されたもので、ハウジングの天井面(13a)において内側に凸状に形成された環状突起又は複数の独立した突起の組み合わせであるクーラントフィルタの位置決め部(40)を有しており、
前記位置決め部(40)で筒状のクーラントフィルタ(15)が位置決めされ、ハウジング(13)のガス排出口(14)を有する壁面との間に間隔をおいて配置されているものである、ガス発生器。 - 筒状のクーラントフィルタ(15)が、両端面がハウジング天井面(13a)とハウジング底面(13b)に形成された上部環状傾斜面(16)と下部環状斜面(17)に圧接された状態で配置されている、請求項1記載のガス発生器。
- 前記位置決め部が、ハウジングの所定位置を外側からプレスすることで形成されたものである、請求項1又は2記載のガス発生器。
- 前記位置決め部が、ハウジング天井面において内側に凸状に形成された環状突起であり、クーラントフィルタの位置決めと、クーラントフィルタとハウジング内表面との接触部分から燃焼残渣が漏れるショートパスを防止する機能を有するものである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のガス発生器。
