Claims (3)
- 流路を横断する弁軸と、前記弁軸に設けられる板状の弁体とを備え、前記弁体を前記弁軸を中心に回動させて前記流路における流体の流量を調節するバタフライ弁であって、
前記弁体は、前記弁軸にほぼ直交する方向には、前記弁軸から外端へ向かって徐々に厚みを減少させるテーパ断面又は曲線断面をなし、前記弁軸に平行な方向には、前記テーパ断面又は曲線断面を同じくする複数のテーパ面又は曲面を表裏両側面に含み、
一つのテーパ面又は曲面の範囲では、任意な位置にて前記弁軸と直交する方向に切断したテーパ断面又は曲線断面は同じとなり、
前記複数のテーパ面又は曲面は、互いに異なった前記テーパ断面又は曲線断面をなしていること、
を特徴とするバタフライ弁。 - 前記弁体の前記表裏両側面には、中央を通り前記弁軸にほぼ直交する方向へ延びる溝を設け、
前記溝は、前記複数のテーパ面又は曲面のうちの前記弁体の中央を通り前記弁軸にほぼ直交する方向へ延びるテーパ面又は曲面により形成され、
前記溝を形成する前記テーパ面又は曲面では、前記弁軸に平行な方向について前記溝の両側に配置するテーパ面又は曲面よりも薄肉化を図っていること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載のバタフライ弁。 - 前記弁体の前記表裏両側面には、前記弁軸にほぼ直交する方向へ延び、かつ、前記テーパ面又は曲面に沿って傾斜する整流リブを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のバタフライ弁。
