Description

The present invention relates to a water passage covering device for a groove that covers an upper portion of a groove such as a drainage groove so that water can flow.

It is a water-flow covering device that covers the upper part of a groove constructed using groove members such as U-shaped groove blocks so that it can harmonize with the scenery of parks and maintained streets. In addition, it is known that a large number of pebbles can be filled so as to be flowable (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In such a water flow covering device, a water permeable grating in which a lattice portion formed by assembling a large number of main bars and cross bars in a lattice shape is disposed at the bottom of a rectangular enclosure frame at an opening at the top of a groove. A structure in which a large number of pebbles are filled in a flowable manner on the lattice portion in the enclosure frame, and receiving frames that are opposed to each other are provided on the upper portions of both side walls of the groove, and a large number of main bars are provided below the receiving frames. And the water-permeable grating formed by assembling the crossbar in a lattice shape is stored to cover the opening at the top of the groove, and a large number of pebbles can flow in the space between the receiving frames on the upper surface side of this water-permeable grating It is configured to be filled.

In such a configuration, a large number of pebbles are filled on the lattice portion of the water-permeable grating or the lattice-like water-permeable grating so as to be flowable without being bonded to each other by an adhesive or the like. Water can flow into the channel through the gaps between the pebbles, and even if mud etc. enters, it is screened out by the movement of pebbles that can flow, and clogging is unlikely to occur. It can be held well over a long period of time. On the other hand, since the upper part of the ditch road is covered with a large number of pebbles, there is an advantage that there is no unnatural appearance and it is in good harmony with the scenery of parks and maintained streets.
JP 2002-235364 A

By the way, in the water flow covering device according to the above-described prior art, a metal grating structure in which main bars and cross bars are assembled in a lattice shape so as to withstand the weight of a large number of pebbles filled in the upper part is adopted. Therefore, it takes time and effort to manufacture, and there is a problem that the cost is high. After the construction, the entire permeable grating with metal grating structure is removed from the groove when cleaning the groove. In this case, since the water-permeable grating is quite heavy, a considerable amount of labor is required and the handling property is poor.

The present invention is a water-permeable covering device that can be filled with decorative laying material such as pebbles in the upper part, and can be manufactured easily and at low cost, and the water flow of a groove is excellent in handling at the time of cleaning the groove. The object is to provide a coating apparatus.

In the present invention, the left and right side plates facing each other at the upper part of the groove are connected to each other at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the both side plates, and both left and right ends are on the left and right side walls of the groove. A plurality of beam members mounted thereon, and a bottom plate member provided with a large number of water passage holes and disposed on the beam member between the left and right side plates and covering the upper portion of the groove. And a space surrounded by the left and right side plates form a filling space that can be filled with a granular or mat-like decorative laying material.

Here, as the bottom plate member, a flat metal thin plate having a large number of water holes, or a shallow box-shaped member having a peripheral wall portion on the outer periphery of the flat metal thin plate can be suitably used. In addition, decorative laying materials are laying materials with appearance characteristics that harmonize well with the surrounding landscape. As granular materials, pebbles such as Nachi Kuroishi, Ise gravel, crushed stone, glass and ceramics are used. Moreover, as a mat-like thing, the mat material which vegetated evergreen perennial grasses, such as moss and tamaryu, lawn, etc. can be used suitably.

Moreover, the structure by which the said baseplate member is detachably mounted on the beam member is proposed.

In the present invention, as described above, the left and right side plates facing each other in the upper part of the groove are connected to each other at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the both side plates, and both left and right end portions of the groove are A plurality of beam members mounted on the left and right side walls, and a bottom plate member that is provided with a plurality of water passage holes and is disposed on the beam members between the left and right side plates and covers the upper portion of the groove. The filling space is a grooved water passage covering device in which a space surrounded by the bottom plate member and the left and right side plates is filled with a filling space in which a granular or mat-like decorative laying material can be filled. While filling the decorative laying material to cover the upper part of the groove, water such as rainwater can flow into the groove through the gap formed between the decorative laying material in the form of particles or mats, Park and maintenance by covering the upper part of the ditch with decorative laying material Landscape not inhibit such a street, it becomes capable of satisfactorily harmonized. And, as a bottom plate member that supports the decorative laying material on the top surface, a flat metal thin plate having a large number of water holes, or a shallow box-like shape having a peripheral wall portion on the outer periphery of the flat metal thin plate Since a predetermined load-bearing strength can be obtained by arranging the bottom plate member on the beam member, the structure becomes simpler than that using a conventional metal grating structure. Can be manufactured easily and at low cost.

In the configuration in which the bottom plate member is detachably mounted on the beam member, only the bottom plate member can be removed or reattached when cleaning the groove. Here, since the bottom plate member can be a flat metal thin plate having a large number of water holes, or a shallow box with a peripheral wall portion on the outer periphery of the flat metal thin plate, It is lighter than water-permeable gratings with a grating structure and can be easily removed and re-attached compared to when the whole water-permeable grating is attached and detached, and has excellent handling properties. Become.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 2, the groove 1 includes a plurality of groove members 2 formed of a U-shaped groove block formed in a substantially U-shaped cross section by a bottom wall 3 and left and right side walls 4, 4. It is constructed by embedding in a row at the depth position.

As shown in FIG. 1, the water passage covering device 5 for a groove according to the present invention includes left and right side plates 6 and 6 that face each other at the upper part of the groove 1. The side plates 6, 6 are arranged on the left and right side walls 4, 4 of the groove 1 or close to the inner side surfaces 11 a, 11 a of the left and right side walls 4, 4. Water passage portions 7 having a substantially equal interval with the upper opening of the groove 1 are formed. Moreover, the both side plates 6 and 6 are made of a metal plate material made of steel or stainless steel, and the length thereof is the length of the plurality of groove members 2 in a line as shown in FIG. It has a predetermined length across the direction. Note that the side plates 6 and 6 may be formed to be bent in an L-shaped cross section as shown in the figure, or only the vertical edges in the vertical direction.

As shown in FIG. 2, the left and right side plates 6, 6 are connected by a plurality of beam members 10 disposed at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the side plates 6, 6. Each beam member 10 is made of a metal square pipe having excellent strength, and the length thereof is a predetermined length that protrudes slightly outward from the outer surfaces 11b and 11b of the left and right side walls 4 and 4 constituting the groove 1. It has become. Each beam member 10 is arranged in a state orthogonal to both side plates 6, 6, and each beam member 10 and the side plates 6, 6 are connected to the insertion openings 12, 12 formed in the side plates 6, 6. Are firmly joined by welding in a state where they are respectively inserted. The left and right ends of each beam member 10, in which the left and right side plates 6, 6 are immovably connected, are directly mounted on the upper end surfaces of the left and right side walls 4, 4 constituting the groove 1.

In addition, a bottom plate member 8 that covers the upper opening of the groove 1 is disposed in the water flow portion 7 formed between the side plates 6 and 6. The bottom plate member 8 is made of a steel or stainless steel flat metal thin plate having a plurality of small holes, and is formed on the upper surface of each beam member 10 exposed to the water flow portion 7. It is detachably mounted. The water passage hole 9 may be a narrow long hole other than a circular small hole, and the opening diameter or the opening width thereof is formed to be smaller than the diameter of a granule to be described later. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the bottom plate member 8 may be formed in a shallow box shape by providing a peripheral wall portion 15 rising upward on the outer periphery. Thereby, it is not necessary to completely remove the decorative laying material 14 to be described later when the bottom plate member 8 is attached or detached during the cleaning of the groove 1, and even if the decorative laying material 14 remains a little, the fall is prevented. can do.

A filling space 13 is formed by a space surrounded by the bottom plate member 8 and the left and right side plates 6, 6, and the filling space 13 is filled with a decorative laying material 14 in a granular or mat shape. Yes. Here, as the granular decorative laying material 14, pebbles such as Nachi Kuroishi, Ise gravel, crushed stone, and particles made of glass and ceramics are preferably used, and as the mat-shaped decorative laying material 14, Further, a mat material having water permeability in which evergreen perennial grasses such as moss and tamaryu, lawn and the like are vegetated can be suitably used.

Fixing rods 16 joined by welding are suspended downward from both ends of each beam member 10 along the outer surfaces 11b and 11b of the side walls 4 and 4 of the groove 1, respectively. Fixing screws 17 whose tips are press-contacted to the outer surfaces 11b and 11b of the side walls 4 and 4 of the groove 1 are respectively screwed into the flange 16 from the outside. Then, each beam member is operated through its tightening action by screwing each fixing screw 17 in the tightening direction to press-contact the distal end portion of each fixing screw 17 to the outer surfaces 11b, 11b of the side walls 4, 4. 10 is fixed to the side walls 4 and 4 of the groove 1.

Here, at the time of construction, after placing the water-permeable covering device 5 on the side walls 4, 4 of the groove 1, each beam member 10 is moved to the groove through a tightening action by a screwing operation of each fixing screw 17. 1 is fixed to the side walls 4 and 4. In this fixed state, the decorative laying material 14 having a granular shape or a mat shape is placed in the filling space 13 surrounded by the bottom plate member 8 and the left and right side plates 6, 6 and substantially the upper ends of the left and right side plates 6, 6. Fill to the same level. At this time, the granular decorative laying material 14 is filled so that the particles can flow in a non-bonded state. In addition, a decorative laying material 14 that is the same as the decorative laying material 14 filled in the filling space 13 or a pavement material in which tiles are pasted on concrete are selectively laid on the upper periphery of the groove 1. The Rukoto.

In such a configuration, a decorative space 14 is filled with a decorative laying material 14 in a filling space 13 surrounded by the bottom plate member 8 and the left and right side plates 6, 6 to cover the upper part of the groove 1, thereby providing a granular or matte decoration. Water such as rainwater can be allowed to flow into the groove 1 through the gap formed between the decorative laying materials 14, while the upper part of the groove 1 is covered with the decorative laying material 14, so that parks and maintenance can be performed. It will be able to harmonize well without obstructing the scenery of the streets and the like. And the predetermined load-proof strength is obtained by the bottom plate member 8 which supports this decorative laying material 14 on the upper surface being disposed and supported on each beam member 10. Thereby, compared with what employ | adopted the conventional metal grating structure, the structure of the water flow covering apparatus 5 becomes simple, and it can manufacture easily and at low cost.

Further, since the bottom plate member 8 is detachably mounted on the beam member 10, only the bottom plate member 8 can be removed or reattached when the groove 1 is cleaned. Here, since the bottom plate member 8 can be a flat metal thin plate having a large number of water passage holes, or a shallow box-like one having a peripheral wall portion on the outer periphery of the flat metal thin plate, It is lighter than water-permeable gratings with metal grating structures, and can be easily removed and re-attached compared to when the whole water-permeable grating is attached and detached, and it is easy to handle. It will be.

In addition, this invention is not limited to the structure of the Example mentioned above, A various change is possible in the range which does not deviate from the summary of this invention. For example, instead of the metal square pipe, the beam member 10 can be constituted by a vertical metal strip having a predetermined thickness. In this case, higher strength is obtained as compared with the square pipe. be able to. Further, the bottom plate member 8 may be formed in a substantially chevron shape so that the central portion is slightly higher to provide a water gradient.

It is a longitudinal cross-sectional view which shows the construction state of the water-flow covering apparatus 5 of the groove path concerning this invention. It is an external appearance perspective view of the water flow covering apparatus 5 same as the above. It is an external appearance perspective view of the water flow covering apparatus 5 provided with the bottom plate member 8 of the shallow box shape.
