Claims (7)
- 特にタンク内に設置されるクリーニングヘッドであり、
加圧された洗浄液の流入口付きの固定ハウジング部(2)を備え、
固定ハウジング部(2)では、回転流がギア(11)を通じて、ノズル(18)付きのノズルハブ(4)を有するハウジング(3)の回転部に向けて運ばれると共に、運ばれた回転流によりノズルハブ(4)が回転され、
連動する両方の回転動作により、タンク内側を洗浄する洗浄液が、ノズルハブ(4)内のノズル(18)を通じて噴射されるクリーニングヘッドにおいて、
ノズルハブ(4)はハウジング(3)内のリング(15)内に、スライドベアリング(15、20)により取り付けられ、その取り付け部はノズルハブ(4)の外側を洗浄する液体の流れの通路を形成することを特徴とするクリーニングヘッド。 - 回転可能なハウジング(3)が固定ハウジング(2)に取り付けられており、その取り付け部はクリーニングヘッドの外側を洗浄する液体の流れの通路を形成する請求項1に記載のクリーニングヘッド。
- 液体の流れが、ボールベアリング(8)を通過する流出孔(7)を通じて、クリーニングヘッドの外側を洗浄するための液体(10)を噴射する流路(9)に至る請求項2に記載のクリーニングヘッド。
- スライドベアリング(15、20)が、流路(16)を通じてノズルハブ(14)の周縁領域へ向けて噴射する注水を生成するように液体の流れを制御するギャップ(14)を有する請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のクリーニングヘッド。
- スライドベアリング部(15、20)が、高硬度で耐食性及び耐摩耗性を有する金属合金からなる請求項1又は2に記載のクリーニングヘッド。
- スライドベアリング部(15、20)が、AISI316L及びNitronic60である金属合金からなる請求項5に記載のクリーニングヘッド。
- スライドベアリング部(15、20)のそれぞれが、互いに異なる材料からなる請求項5又は6に記載のクリーニングヘッド。
