Claims (4)
- 流体入口(53)及び流体出口(53)を形成するハウジング手段(19)と、
拡大及び収縮する流体容積チャンバー(33)を形成する流体エネルギー伝達変位機構(15)と、
前記拡大及び収縮する流体容積チャンバー(33)に連通する流体通路手段(65)を形成し、バルブ面(67)を有する固定バルブ部材(17)と、
前記流体入口(53)及び前記流体出口と前記流体通路手段(65)との間を連通させるバルブ通路手段(61、63)を形成し、前記固定バルブ部材(17)の前記バルブ面(67)にスライド、シール係合するバルブ面(69)と、さらに反対側の面(81)とを有する回転バルブ部材(51)とを備えた回転流体圧装置(11)であって、
(a)前記反対側の面(81)に係合するバルブ突合せ面(79)を有する外側バランスリング部材(75)を備え、該外側バランスリング部材(75)は、前記ハウジング手段(19)に対する前記外側バランスリング部材(75)の回転を規制する固定部材(100)を含み、該固定部材(100)は、前記外側バランスリング部材のピン孔(99)及び前記ハウジング手段の第1ピン孔(103)に挿入されるピン部材(100)であり、
前記外側バランスリング部材(75)には、外径D1を有する第1軸端部(89)及び外径D2を有する第2軸端部(91)を備えた環状溝部(87)が形成され、前記環状溝部(87)の前記第1軸端部(89)の外径D1は、前記環状溝部(87)の前記第2軸端部(91)の外径D2より大きく設定され、
(b)前記反対側の面(81)に係合するバルブ突合せ面(111)を有する内側バランスリング部材(77)を備え、
(c)前記外側バランスリング部材(75)及び前記内側バランスリング部材(77)が協働して形成され、前記流体入口(53)または前記流体出口と前記バルブ通路手段(61)との間で流体連通される流体通路(71)を備えたことを特徴とする回転流体圧装置。 - 前記内側バランスリング部材(77)は、前記ハウジング手段(19)に対する前記内側バランスリング部材(77)の回転を規制する固定部材(122)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転流体圧装置。
- 前記固定部材(122)は、前記内側バランスリング部材のピン孔(121)及び前記ハウジング手段の第2ピン孔(125)に挿入されるピン部材(122)であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の回転流体圧装置。
- 前記流体入口(53)と前記流体出口(53)との間の流体の流れを規制すべく外側バランスリング部材(75)の前記環状溝部(87)内に配置されたシール部材(93)を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転流体圧装置。
