Description

The present invention relates to a decorative lamp for a taxi used by being mounted on a taxi roof.

On the roof of the taxi, an on-roof indicator light (that is, a row lamp) in which a light source is disposed inside a translucent synthetic resin case on which a company mark or the like is displayed is attached.

This roof lamp not only enables taxi passengers to recognize taxis on the street, but also serves as an advertisement for each taxi company, so each taxi company is molded into a unique shape and used. The company can be appealed to customers.

Conventionally, a lamp using a filament has been used as a light source of a taxi rooftop display lamp. However, the lamp has a problem that the filament easily breaks and must be frequently replaced. For this reason, taxi rooftop indicator lamps have been developed that use low power consumption and long-life LEDs (light emitting diodes) as light sources to replace the lamps (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
JP 2007-114366 A

By the way, as described above, each taxi company uses a taxi rooftop indicator light that has been shaped into its own shape to appeal to its customers for its own taxi. Even if it is turned on, the brightness is dark compared to the brightness of the taxi headlight, so the difference in the shape of the indicator light on the roof of the taxi is buried, and the appeal effect to the passengers is diminished. there were.

Here, by attaching a small light source such as an LED to the taxi rooftop indicator lamp and lighting it, it is possible to improve the appeal effect to customers, but it is superior to the brightness of the headlight and attracts customers. In order to perform highly-designed electrical decoration that can be improved, a large number of LEDs must be arranged on the entire surface of the taxi rooftop indicator lamp, and there is a problem that the apparatus becomes complicated and large-scale. It was.

Moreover, the above-mentioned taxi rooftop indicator lamp using the LED is merely a replacement of the light source from the conventional lamp to the LED, and the effect of attracting customers at night cannot be improved.

Therefore, the main problem of the present invention is that, although the amount of LED used is small, it is possible to emit light with high design and excellent visibility from a distance, and to improve the effect of attracting customers at night. It is possible to provide a decorative light for a taxi.

The invention described in claim 1 is described as follows: “A light emitting portion (14) in which a plurality of LEDs (22) are arranged in an arch shape on a plate-like main body (20) made of a transparent synthetic resin; Is formed into an arch shape corresponding to the arrangement shape of the LED (22), and the surface thereof is set to face the light exit surface of the LED (22) and in the optical axis direction of the LED (22). It is composed of one or a plurality of light guide members (18) installed at intervals.

In this invention, the light emitted from the LED (22) arranged in an arch shape passes through one or more transparent light guide members (18) installed in the optical axis direction of the LED (22). However, at that time, a part of the light passing through the light guide member (18) is scattered. Here, since the light guide member (18) is disposed at a distance from the light exit surface of the LED (22) or the light guide member (18) provided adjacent thereto, the decoration for taxi in which the LED (22) is lit. When the lamp (10) is observed from the direction of the optical axis of the LED (22) (front and rear direction of the taxi when installed on the taxi roof), the LED (22) is provided on each of the light guide members (18). Can be visually recognized. In other words, when the taxi decoration lamp (10) with the LED (22) turned on is viewed from the optical axis direction side, the arch-shaped light emitted from the LED (22) overlaps several times so that a light tunnel appears. become.

In particular, as described in claim 2, when the “LED (22) is a bullet-type LED”, the bullet-type LED has high directivity (that is, the light irradiation angle is narrow, the optical axis Because it can irradiate more light in the direction), it is possible to see the tunnel of light emitted from the taxi lamp (10) even from a distance.

In addition, by using the LED (22) as a light source, an inverter or the like is not necessary at the time of lighting, and the apparatus can be easily configured, and the power consumption is low and economical.

The invention described in claim 3 is the taxi decoration lamp (10) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein “a blinking pattern or color tone of the LED (22) is mounted on the substrate (24) on which the LED (22) is mounted”. Incorporating such control means, for example, attaching a decorative lamp for taxi (10) to an existing taxi rooftop indicator light (12), Even if the lead wire (26) of the taxi decoration light (10) is connected to the lead wire of the indicator light (12), the lighting pattern and color tone of the taxi decoration light (10) are displayed on the taxi roof. It can be controlled independently from the lighting pattern of the lamp (12). For this reason, more highly designable light can be emitted from the decorative lamp for taxi (10).

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, although it is little LED usage, it can emit the light with the high design property excellent in the visibility from a distant place, and can improve the customer attraction effect at night Decorative lights can be provided.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail according to illustrated embodiments. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a usage state of a taxi decorative lamp (10) according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in this figure, the taxi decorative lamp (10) of this embodiment is used by being attached to a taxi rooftop indicator (12). FIG. 2 shows details of the taxi decorative lamp (10) of this embodiment, in which (a) is a front view, (b) is a right side view, and (c) is a plan view.

As shown in these figures, the decorative lamp for taxi (10) of the present embodiment is generally composed of a light emitting section (14), a light exit panel (16), a plurality of light guide members (18), and the like.

The light emitting section (14) has a main body (20) in which a transparent synthetic resin such as an acrylic resin is molded into a cutout disk shape. An LED housing portion (20a) for housing the LED (22) is provided inside the peripheral portion of the main body (20).

Here, the LED (22) accommodated in the LED accommodating portion (20a) serves as a light source of the taxi decorative lamp (10), and is specifically configured as follows. That is, a plurality of bullet-type LEDs (22) are mounted in a row in the longitudinal direction of the flexible substrate (24) formed into a narrow tape shape so that the optical axes are substantially parallel to each other. Therefore, when the LED (22) having such a configuration is accommodated in the LED accommodating portion (20a), the LED (22) is arranged in an arch shape.

In addition, a lead wire (26) is connected to the flexible substrate (24) on which a plurality of LEDs (22) are mounted, and power is supplied to the LED (22) via the lead wire (26). It has become.

The light-emitting panel (16) is the part where most of the light emitted by the LED (22) finally exits from the taxi decoration light (10), just like the main body (20) of the light-emitting part (14) This is a plate-like member obtained by molding a transparent synthetic resin such as an acrylic resin into an outer shape (that is, a cutout disk shape) substantially the same as that of the main body (20).

The light-emitting panel (16) protrudes upward from the roof indicator light (12) in cooperation with the main body (20) when the taxi decorative lamp (10) is attached to the taxi roof indicator light (12). The part (12a) is clamped (see FIG. 1).

The light guide member (18) is a thin plate member made of a transparent synthetic resin such as acrylic resin and formed in an arch shape (in the present embodiment, a horseshoe shape) corresponding to the arrangement shape of the LED (22). (See FIGS. 2 and 3). The light guide member (18) is disposed such that the surface thereof faces the light exit surface of the LED (22), and one or a plurality of light guide members (18) are disposed at intervals in the optical axis direction of the LED (22). In the present embodiment, seven light guide members (18) are installed between the main body (20) and the light output panel (16) through the spacer (28) so as to be substantially equidistant from each other.

In the decorative lamp for taxi (10) of this embodiment, the main body (20), the spacer (28), and the three light guide members (18) constituting the right part in FIG. The light emitting panel (16), the spacer (28), and the four light guide members (18) constituting the left side portion in FIG. 2 (b) are integrally molded using the known resin molding method. Are integrally molded using a known resin molding method such as injection molding. The taxi decorative lamp (10) is configured by connecting the left and right side parts, which are configured separately, with screws (30).

Next, when using the taxi decoration lamp (10) of the present embodiment, the taxi decoration lamp (10) is fixed to the existing taxi rooftop indicator lamp (12). Here, as shown in FIG. 1, the taxi roof indicator lamp (12) has an upper protrusion (12a), and the upper protrusion (12a) is formed by the main body (20) and the light emitting panel (16). If the taxi decorative lamp (10) can be fixed to the taxi rooftop indicator lamp (12) by clamping, it may be left as it is, but if there is no such upper protrusion (12a), the adhesive The decorative lamp for taxi (10) is fixed to the indicator lamp (12) for taxi using a fixing means such as. The taxi decoration lamp (10) can also be used as a taxi rooftop indicator lamp.

Then, the lead wire (26) of the taxi decorative lamp (10) and the lead wire (not shown) of the taxi rooftop indicator lamp (12) are electrically connected. By doing so, the LED (22) of the taxi decoration lamp (10) emits light in conjunction with the lighting of the taxi rooftop indicator lamp (12).

According to the decorative lamp for taxi (10) of the present embodiment, the light emitted from the LED (22) arranged in an arch shape is a transparent light guide that is installed in the optical axis direction of the LED (22). The light passes through the members (18) one after another. At this time, a part of the light passing through the light guide member (18) is scattered. In other words, when the taxi decoration lamp (10) with the LED (22) turned on is viewed from the optical axis direction side, the arch-shaped light emitted from the LED (22) overlaps several times so that a light tunnel appears. become.

Further, in the taxi decoration light (10) of the present embodiment, since the bullet-shaped LED (22) having high directivity is used as the LED (22), the taxi decoration light (10) can be used even from a distance. You can see the tunnel of emitted light.

Therefore, in spite of a small amount of LED used, a decorative light for taxi (10) that can emit light with high design and excellent visibility from a distance, and can improve the effect of attracting customers at night (10 ) Can be provided.

In the taxi decorative lamp (10) of the present embodiment, the LED (22) is shown in a cut-out arc shape. However, the LED (22) may be arranged in an arch shape. For example, it is not limited to such a notch arc shape, and may be arranged in a substantially U shape, for example.

Further, the color of light emitted from the LED (22) may be any color, and a single color LED (22) may be used, or a plurality of color LEDs (22) may be used. Good.

Further, a control circuit (not shown) such as a control circuit or a timer for controlling the blinking pattern or color tone of the LED (22) may be incorporated in the flexible substrate (24) on which the LED (22) is mounted. By incorporating such control means, for example, a taxi decorative lamp (10) is attached to an existing taxi rooftop indicator lamp (12), and the taxi decorative lamp (10) is connected to the lead wire of the indicator lamp (12). Even if the lead wire (26) is connected, the lighting pattern and color tone of the taxi lamp (10) can be controlled independently from the lighting pattern of the taxi rooftop indicator light (12), etc. This is because light with higher designability can be emitted from the taxi decorative lamp (10).

It is a perspective view which shows the use condition of the decorative lamp for taxis of one Example in this invention. The details of the decorative lamp for taxi of this embodiment are shown, (a) is a front view, (b) is a right side view, and (c) is a plan view. It is the sectional view on the AA line in FIG.2 (c).
