Claims (4)
- 流体が流れる流通管と、
前記流通管の一部を冷却する冷却装置と、
前記冷却装置により冷却される前記流通管の冷却領域の温度を検出する第1温度検出部と、
前記冷却装置の温度を検出する第2温度検出部と、
前記流通管において前記冷却領域よりも上流側の非冷却領域の温度を検出する第3温度検出部と、
前記第2温度検出部の検出温度と前記第3温度検出部の検出温度との差が所定値となるように前記冷却装置を制御するとともに、前記第2温度検出部の検出温度と前記第1温度検出部の検出温度との差に基づいて前記流通管を流れる流体の流量を算出する情報処理部と、を備え、
前記第2温度検出部が、前記冷却装置において、前記流通管に前記流体が流れることにより、前記流体から温度影響を最初に受ける部分近傍に配置されていることを特徴とする流量計。 - 前記冷却装置が、一方に吸熱面及び他方に放熱面を有するペルチェ素子と、前記吸熱面に設けられ、前記流通管の一部を覆う被覆部を有する高熱伝導性のプレート部材と、を備えている請求項1記載の流量計。
- 前記第2温度検出部が、前記プレート部材において、前記流通管に前記流体が流れることにより、前記流体から温度影響を最初に受ける部分近傍に設けられている請求項2記載の流量計。
- 前記情報処理部が、流量に応じて、前記第2温度検出部の検出温度と前記第3温度検出部の検出温度との差を変更するものである請求項1、2又は3記載の流量計。
