Description
Claims (35)
- 液体状、固体状若しくは半固体状であるか、又はペースト状粘度を持つ非乾燥粒子状の添加物又は被覆物質を、容器又は切断圧縮器(1)内で移動され混合される材料又は材料粒子に投入して添加する方法であって、前記非乾燥粒子状の添加物又は被覆物質が、前記容器又は切断圧縮器(1)内に存在する材料又は材料粒子の高さ位置よりも下で添加される方法において、前記非乾燥粒子状の添加物又は被覆物質は、前記材料又は材料粒子が、前記容器又は切断圧縮器(1)内で回転することにより前記容器又は切断圧縮器(1)の側壁に最大圧力を及ぼす、前記容器又は切断圧縮器(1)の範囲又は高さで添加されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記非乾燥粒子状の添加物又は被覆物質は、非乾燥状粉末状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記非乾燥粒子状の添加物又は被覆物質は、懸濁又は乳濁状であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記非乾燥粒子状の添加物又は被覆物質は、粘性があることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1に記載の方法。
- 前記非乾燥粒子状の添加物又は被覆物質は、過酸化物、脂肪、ワックス、粘度指数改良剤又はポリマーであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1に記載の方法。
- 前記材料又は材料粒子は、前記前記容器又は切断圧縮器(1)で、加熱され粉砕されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか1に記載の方法において、前記添加物は、前記容器(1)内での前記材料の充填高さ又は回転により生ずる混合渦の高さを3等分したうちの中央部分で添加されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1に記載の方法において、前記添加物は、前記容器(1)の側壁の内側に設けられ、又は 前記側壁を貫通して開口する、1個以上の供給装置を通じて添加され、前記供給装置は、同じ高さ位置に周方向に亘って配設され、又は上下一列になって配設されるとともに、前記供給装置は、複数個の供給開口又はノズルとして構成されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか1に記載の方法において、前記供給装置は、投入ポンプにより供給を受けることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項9に記載の方法において、前記投入ポンプは、ギアポンプ又はダイヤフラムポンプであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至10のいずれか1に記載の方法において、前記材料粒子又は前記容器(1)内での移動により形成される混合渦の高さは、前記供給装置(10)よりも絶えず上方となるように維持されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至11のいずれか1に記載の方法において、前記添加物は、前記容器(1)の側壁の内側に沿って通過又は回転する前記材料粒子により運ばれ又は投入されることによって、前記添加物は、前記材料粒子に添加されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至12のいずれか1に記載の方法において、前記添加物の添加前及び/又は添加中、前記容器(1)の側壁の内面は、前記容器(1)内に存在する前記材料の温度とは独立して、別個に加熱されることにより、供給される添加物の粘度を低下させて濡れ性を増すことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1乃至13のいずれか1に記載の方法において、前記添加物は、最大で、前記容器(1)内に存在する前記材料又は材料粒子の全表面を塗布するのに必要な量まで添加されることを特徴とする方法。
- 小なくとも1個の混合部材(4)であって、被処理材料又は材料粒子を移動又は回転し、混合し及び/又は加熱する混合部材が内部に設けられた少なくとも1個の容器又は切断圧縮器(1)を有する、請求項1乃至14のいずれか1に記載の方法を実施する装置であって、少なくとも1個の供給装置(10)が、非乾燥粒子状の添加物であって、液体状、固体状若しくは半固体状であるか、又はペースト状粘度を持つ添加物用に設けられ、前記供給装置(10)は、運転中、前記容器(1)内に存在する前記被処理材料又は被処理材料粒子の高さ位置よりも下に設けられる装置において、前記複数個の供給装置(10)は、前記容器(1)内で回転する前記被処理材料又は材料粒子により、前記容器(1)の側壁に最大圧力を及ぼす範囲又は高さに設けられることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項15に記載の装置において、前記少なくとも1個の混合部材(4)は、縦方向軸線を中心として回転自在であることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項15又は16に記載の装置において、前記少なくとも1個の混合部材(4)は、被処理材料粒子を粉砕することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項15乃至17のいずれか1に記載の装置において、前記被処理材料粒子は、非溶融状態のポリマー粒子の形をした合成樹脂、木材繊維又は粉砕紙であることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項15乃至18のいずれか1に記載の装置において、前記非乾燥粒子状の添加物は、懸濁又は乳濁状であることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項15乃至19のいずれか1に記載の装置において、前記非乾燥粒子状の添加物は、粘性があることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項15乃至20のいずれか1に記載の装置において、前記非乾燥粒子状の添加物は、過酸化物、脂肪、ワックス、粘度指数改良剤又はポリマーであることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項15乃至21のいずれか1に記載の装置において、前記前記材料粒子は、前記容器(1)内で回転されることにより前記容器(1)の側壁に最大圧力を及ぼすことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項15乃至22のいずれか1に記載の装置において、前記供給装置(10)は、前記容器(1)の側壁の内側に若しくは前記容器(1)内に側壁を貫通して開口するように設けられるか又は、前記容器(1)の側壁に形成されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項15乃至23のいずれか1に記載の装置において、前記複数個の供給装置(10)は、前記容器(1)の側壁の周囲に亘って同じ高さで又は上下一列になって配設されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項24に記載の装置において、前記複数個の供給装置(10)は、前記側壁の周囲に亘って同じ高さで均等に配設されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項15乃至25のいずれか1に記載の装置において、前記複数個の供給装置(10)は、前記容器(1)の底部から又は前記混合部材(4)から離れた高さに設けられ、前記複数個の供給装置(10)は、前記容器(1)内に存在し又は前記容器内で回転する前記被処理材料粒子の処理方法に応じた充填高さ、又は前記被処理材料粒子の移動又は回転により形成される混合渦の高さよりも絶えず低いことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項15乃至26のいずれか1に記載の装置において、前記複数個の供給装置(10)は、前記容器(1)内での前記材料の処理方法に応じた充填高さ又は混合渦の高さを3等分したうちの中央部分に設けられることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項15乃至27のいずれか1に記載の装置において、前記複数個の供給装置(10)は、開口又はノズルとして構成されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項28に記載の装置において、前記複数個の供給装置(10)は、投入ポンプにより供給されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項29に記載の装置において、前記投入ポンプは、ギアポンプ又はダイヤフラムポンプであることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項28乃至29のいずれか1に記載の装置において、前記複数個の供給装置(10)は、前記添加物を滴状に投入できるように構成されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項14乃至31のいずれか1に記載の装置において、前記複数個の供給装置(10)は、前記容器(1)の側壁と面一であり、前記容器(1)の内面から前記容器(1)の内側に突出し出っ張ることがないことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項15乃至32のいずれか1に記載の装置において、前記容器(1)の内側若しくは側壁、前記複数個の供給装置(10)、又は前記供給装置の供給ライン若しくは供給タンクを加熱して、前記供給される添加物の粘度を低下させて前記容器(1)の側壁において濡れ性を増すことができるようにすることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項15乃至32のいずれか1に記載の装置において、前記容器(1)の内側の表面は、耐粘着性被覆若しくはエンボス加工により、非濡れ性表面として構成され、又は、耐粘着性被覆又はエンボス加工により濡れ性が抑制されるように構成されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項15乃至34のいずれか1に記載の装置において、複数個の容器(1)が、特に連続して設けられ、前記複数個の供給装置(10)が、少なくとも最初の容器(1)内に設けられることを特徴とする装置。
