Claims (2)
- 二次電池の両端の電圧を監視し、前記二次電池の充放電を制御するバッテリー状態監視回路において、
前記二次電池の両端を接続する端子間に電流を消費するスイッチ回路と定電流回路を備えた消費電流回路を設け、前記二次電池の充電を禁止する過充電検出状態において、前記スイッチ回路を制御して充電器から流れ込む漏れ電流を前記定電流回路が消費することによって、前記漏れ電流が前記二次電池に流れないことを特徴とするバッテリー状態監視回路。 - 充電器または負荷を接続する外部端子と、
前記外部端子間に直列に接続した二次電池および充放電制御スイッチと、
前記二次電池の両端の電圧を監視して前記充放電制御スイッチを制御するバッテリー状態監視回路とを備えたバッテリー装置において、
前記バッテリー状態監視回路は、前記二次電池の両端を接続する端子間に電流を消費するスイッチ回路と定電流回路を備えた消費電流回路を設け、
前記二次電池の充電を禁止する過充電検出状態において、前記充放電制御スイッチがオフになると前記スイッチ回路をオンして、前記充電器から流れ込む漏れ電流を前記定電流回路が消費することによって、前記漏れ電流が前記二次電池に流れないことを特徴とするバッテリー装置。
