Claims (3)
- アルミニウムあるいはアルミニウム合金からなる部品の鋳造を行い、その後、鍛造を行うことによって得られる部品を取り出すための方法であって、
未完成の前記部品の周側面のへり(2a)に沿って、応力を受けない領域に、未完成の前記部品を型から離脱させるためのエゼクタを受け止める部位を、鋳造段階において、立設しておくとともに、
鍛造段階では、前記型から未完成の前記部品の取り出しを可能にする前記部位(2b)が鍛造部品のバリとなるように鍛造し、該バリとなるように鍛造された部位(2b)を、鍛造段階の後に、バリとして切断し、取り除くことを特徴とする部品取り出し方法。 - 前記未完成部品(2)は、周側面のへり(2a)に沿って、かつ製造される部品の外側に、型から前記未完成部品を離脱させる一揃いのエゼクタのためのスラストコンタクトを受ける面(2c)を形成できる、一つあるいは二つ以上の連続的な、あるいは離れ離れになった突出部位(2b)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の部品取り出し方法。
- 前記突出部位(2b)を付属物として形成することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の部品取り出し方法。
