Description
硬化促進剤の添加量としては、前記(A)+(B)100質量部に対して、0.1〜5質量部で、好ましくは0.1〜3質量部、より好ましくは0.3〜1質量部である。
温度計、攪拌機、不活性ガス導入口、空気導入口及び環流冷却器を備えた1リットルの四つ口フラスコに数平均分子量1000のポリテトラメチレングリコール(以下PTMGと略す)500gとトリレンジイソシアネート(以下TDIと略す)174gを仕込み、窒素気流下80℃で4時間反応させた。NCO当量が600とほぼ理論当量値となったので、50℃まで冷却した。空気気流下、ハイドロキノン0.07gを加え、2−ヒドロキシエチルメタクリレート(以下HEMAと略す)100gとペンタエリスリトールトリアリルエーテル56gを加え、90度で5時間反応させた。NCO%が0.1%以下となった時点で、ターシャリーブチルカテコール(TBCと略す)0.07g添加し、数平均分子量1666のウレタンメタクリレート樹脂(a)を得た。
上記合成例1と同様にして、数平均分子量1000のポリプロピレングリコール(PPGと略記)、TDI、HEMAを用いて、合成例1と同じ配合比で数平均分子量1608のウレタンメタクリレート樹脂(b)を合成した。
ウレタンメタクリレート樹脂(a)又は(b)70部に、メタクリル酸(MMAと略す)30部配合し、パラフィンワックス0.2部を溶解した。本配合物に8%オクチル酸コバルト0.5部、硬化促進剤(N,N−ビス−2−ヒドロキシエチル−p−トルイジン)1.0部配合したラジカル硬化性樹脂組成物に、ナイパーNS(日本油脂製品、ベンゾイルパーオキサイド40%) 2部を添加した際に、JIS K6901 5.10に準じたゲルタイムが15〜20分になる様に、重合禁止剤を添加した。
ゲルタイムを15〜20分に設定したウレタンメタクリレート樹脂組成物に、8%オクチル酸コバルト、硬化促進剤(N,N−ビス−2−ヒドロキシエチル−p−トルイジン)、40%ベンゾイルパーオキサイドを混合し、ディスパーにて1000rpm×60秒条件で攪拌。攪拌後の材料を、スレート板の上に、1.0kg/m2、2.0kg/m2刷毛にて塗り拡げる。タックフリーとなる時間を測定した。
◆塗膜の滑り性試験方法
塗膜乾燥確認1時間後に、塗膜面を指で擦り、ブリード物の有無を確認した。ブリード物がある場合は、塗膜表面硬化(乾燥)しており、指紋は付かないものの、ブリード物のあること、即ちヌメリを感じる。
ゲルタイムを15〜20分に設定した樹脂組成物に、8%オクチル酸コバルト、硬化促進剤(N,N−ビス−2−ヒドロキシエチル−p−トルイジン)、40%ベンゾイルパーオキサイドを混合し、ディスパーにて1000rpm×60秒条件で攪拌。攪拌後の材料を、スレート板の上に、1.0kg/m2、2.0kg/m2刷毛にて塗り拡げる。硬化、乾燥後に塗膜外観を観察する。
前記合成例のウレタンメタクリレート樹脂(a)及び(b)を表1に示す配合で、ウレタンメタクリレート樹脂組成物を作成し、これらをスレート板へ1.0kg/m2、2.0kg/m2刷毛で塗布し、厚み1mmと2mmの硬化塗膜層を形成した。塗膜の表面を目視観察することによる、表面乾燥性試験、塗膜の滑り性試験、耐ピンホール性試験をおこなった。
合成例に示すウレタンメタクリレート樹脂(a)、(b)を表2に示す配合で、樹脂組成物を作成し、これらをスレート板へ1.0kg/m2、2.0kg/m2刷毛で塗布して硬化塗膜層を形成した。下記の表面乾燥性試験、塗膜の滑り性試験、耐ピンホール性試験をおこなった。
HC−40:三井化学製品「ルーカント」、エチレン−α−オレフィンコオリゴマー、数平均分子量;1000
HC−100:三井化学製品「ルーカント」、エチレン−α−オレフィンコオリゴマー、数平均分子量;1500
8%オクチル酸コバルト:8%コバルト含有オクチル酸コバルト溶剤溶液
硬化促進剤:N,N−ビス−2−ヒドロキシエチル−p−トルイジン
40%BPO:ベンゾイルパーオキサイド40%液
合成例、実施例及び比較例において使用した、PTMG、PPG、ウレタンメタクリレート樹脂(a)、ウレタンメタクリレート樹脂(b)、HC−40及びHC−100の数平均分子量は、下記の測定条件により測定した。

Claims (4)
- (A)ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂と(B)重合性不飽和単量体とを含有するウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂組成物において、さらに(C)パラフィンワックスと(D)エチレン−α−オレフィンコオリゴマーとを含有し、前記(C)/前記(D)の質量比が0.05〜50であり、前記パラフィンワックスの添加量が、前記(A)、(B)の合計100質量部に対して、500ppm〜10000ppmであり、前記エチレン−α−オレフィンコオリゴマー(D)が、(A)ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂と(B)重合性不飽和単量体との合計100質量部に対して、0.01〜2重量部であり、前記ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂(A)と重合性不飽和単量体(B)との混合比率(質量%)が、(A)/(B)=30/70〜70/30であることを特徴とするウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂組成物。
- ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂(A)が、ポリエーテルポリオール(A−1)の末端水酸基にポリイソシアネート(A−2)を反応し、水酸基含有(メタ)アクリル化合物(A−3)を反応したものである請求項1記載のウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂組成物。
- 前記エチレン−α−オレフィンコオリゴマー(D)の数平均分子量が、500〜2500である請求項1記載のウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1記載のウレタン(メタ)アクリレート樹脂組成物を含むことを特徴とする被覆材。
