Claims (4)
- 液圧を出力する液圧供給源(M,18)と、車輪ブレーキ(BA,BB)の液圧を調整可能として前記液圧供給源(M,18)および前記車輪ブレーキ(BA,BB)間に介設される液圧制御ユニット(5)と、前記車輪ブレーキ(BA,BB)の液圧を検出するブレーキ液圧検出手段(23,24)と、前記車輪ブレーキ(BA,BB)の目標液圧を設定する目標車輪ブレーキ圧設定手段(30)を含むとともに前記車輪ブレーキ(BA,BB)の液圧が前記目標車輪ブレーキ圧設定手段(30)で設定される目標液圧となるように前記液圧制御ユニット(5)の作動を制御するコントローラ(C)とを備え、
前記液圧制御ユニット(5)が、前記液圧供給源(M,18)の液圧を前記車輪ブレーキ(BA,BB)に作用せしめる増圧モード、前記車輪ブレーキ(BA,BB)の液圧を解放する減圧モード、ならびに前記車輪ブレーキ(BA,BB)の液圧を保持する保持モードを切換え可能である車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置において、
前記コントローラ(C)は、前記目標車輪ブレーキ圧設定手段(30)で設定される目標液圧に基づいて前記車輪ブレーキ(BA,BB)の目標液量を求める目標液量演算手段(31)と、前記ブレーキ液圧検出手段(23,24)で検出された液圧に基づいて前記車輪ブレーキ(BA,BB)の実液量を求める実液量演算手段(32)と、前記目標液量演算手段(31)で得られた目標液量ならびに前記実液量演算手段(32)で得られた実液量に基づいて前記車輪ブレーキ(BA,BB)の目標流量を求める目標流量演算部(34)とを含み、
前記コントローラ(C)が、前記目標流量演算部(34)で得られた目標流量の符号および絶対値に基づいて前記増圧モード、前記減圧モード及び前記保持モードを切換えるようにして前記液圧制御ユニット(5)の作動を制御することにより、該目標流量が所定の増圧閾値を超えたときは前記増圧モードに、また所定の減圧閾値未満となったときは前記減圧モードに、更に前記増圧閾値と前記減圧閾値の間では前記保持モードにそれぞれ切換わるようにしたことを特徴とする、車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置。 - 前記液圧制御ユニット(5)が、電流制御されるリニアソレノイド弁(7,9,10,14,15)を含み、前記コントローラ(C)は、前記ブレーキ液圧検出手段(23,24)で検出された液圧ならびに前記目標車輪ブレーキ圧設定手段(30)で設定される目標液圧の差と、前記目標流量演算部(34)で得られた目標流量とに基づいて前記リニアソレノイド弁(7,9,10,14,15)の印加電流を制御することを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置。
- 前記液圧供給源(18)が、電動モータ(17)で駆動されるポンプであり、前記コントローラ(C)は、前記目標流量演算部(34)で得られた目標流量に基づいて前記ポンプ(18)の目標吐出量を求める目標吐出量演算手段(47)と、該目標吐出量演算手段(47)で得られた目標吐出量に基づいて前記電動モータ(17)の目標回転数を求める目標回転数演算手段(37)とを含むとともに前記目標回転数演算手段(37)で得られた目標回転数に基づいて前記電動モータ(17)を制御することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置。
- 前記コントローラ(C)が、前記増圧モードから前記減圧モードまたは前記保持モードへの移行時にカウント値を「0」にクリアする以外のときにカウントアップする増圧タイマ(57)と、前記減圧モードから前記増圧モードまたは前記保持モードへの移行時にカウント値を「0」にクリアする以外のときにカウントアップする減圧タイマ(58)とを含むとともに、前記増圧タイマ(57)および前記減圧タイマ(58)のカウント値のハイセレクト値が大きくなるにつれて前記液圧制御ユニット(5)の制御量を大きくすることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の車両用ブレーキ液圧制御装置。
