Description
本実施例においては、上述の実施形態に係る太陽電池アレイ20における内気の温度上昇抑制の効果を、CAE(computer aided engineering)を用いた温度分布および空気の流れに関するシミュレーションによって確認した。なお、CAEには、Solid Works社製のCOSMOS FloWorksを用いて定常熱伝導解析を行った。
軒棟方向に4枚の太陽電池パネル1を配列させた太陽電池アレイを用いて、軒側から棟側に渡る温度分布を測定した。なお、比較例として、従来の太陽電池アレイについても、同様に温度分布の測定を行った。従来の太陽電池アレイとしては、図8に示すような、横ラックに穴を備える構造のものに代えて、横ラックが上下に分断されたものを用意した。
本発明は上記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の範囲内で多くの修正および変更を加えることが出来る。例えば、スレート材からなる屋根材を用いた屋根に代えてコンクリート材や鋼材のトラス構造等により構成された屋根を用いる場合であっても、冷却効果などの本発明の効果を得ることができる。
本変形例は、図7(a)に示すように、第2の太陽電池パネル1bの枠部の軒側端部に、受光面側に向けて突出する案内板14を設けたことを特徴とする。
本変形例は、図7(b)に示すように、太陽電池パネル1bの枠部の軒側端部に、裏面側に対し翼状に突出する翼状枠(膨出部)16を用いたことを特徴とする。
本変形例は、図7(c)に示すように、横ラック2の障風壁2aの部分に、傾斜部材17を設けたことを特徴とする。
Claims (7)
- 第1と第2の太陽電池パネルと、
傾斜面の傾斜方向に沿って、前記第1の太陽電池パネルの上側に前記第2の太陽電池パネルが位置するように設置するための設置部材と、を備える太陽電池アレイであって、
前記設置部材は、設置時において前記傾斜面と間隔を設けて配置され、前記第1の太陽電池パネルの上辺に沿った第1の端部と前記第2の太陽電池パネルの下辺に沿った第2の端部とに隙間を設けた状態で、前記第1と第2の太陽電池パネルを保持し、さらに
前記第1太陽電池パネルの前記第1端部を保持する部分と、前記第2太陽電池パネルの前記第2端部を保持する部分のうち、前記第1の太陽電池パネルの前記第1の端部を保持する部分のみから前記傾斜面に向けて突出する障風壁と、前記隙間を介して前記第1の太陽電池パネルの表面側の空間と前記第2の太陽電池パネルの裏面側の空間とを連通する連通部とを有している、
太陽電池アレイ。 - 前記設置部材が、前記障風壁を構成する部分と前記第1の太陽電池パネルの前記第1の端部を保持する部分とを含む第1の設置部材と、
前記第2の太陽電池パネルの前記第2の端部を保持する部分を含む第2の設置部材と、
から構成されてなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽電池アレイ。 - 前記第1の設置部材が、前記第1の太陽電池パネルの前記第1の端部の略全域を保持する、請求項2に記載の太陽電池アレイ。
- 前記第2の設置部材が、前記第1の設置部材に沿って間隔をおいて設けられる、請求項3に記載の太陽電池アレイ。
- 前記設置部材は、前記障風壁から前記第1の太陽電池パネルの前記傾斜面側の面に向かう傾斜部を有する、請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれかに記載の太陽電池アレイ。
- 前記第2の太陽電池パネルは、前記第2の端部から前記第2の太陽電池パネルの表面側空間へと突出する案内部材を有する、請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれかに記載の太陽電池アレイ。
- 前記第2の太陽電池パネルは、前記第2の端部の傾斜面側の面に膨出部を有する、請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれかに記載の太陽電池アレイ。
