Description
Claims (20)
- a)金属材料のコア(100)をモールド成形する工程と、
b)動作状態デハモールド成形キャビティ(500)を規定するように組み合わされる2つのプレート(300,400)を有する鋳型(101)を準備する工程と、
c)前記鋳型(101)が開いた状態のときに、ブレーキバンド(10)を形成するための固形状の混合物の第1の層(900)を堆積させる工程と[0038]、
d)前記混合物の第1の層(900)の上面に、この混合物の第1の層を覆うと共に混合物の第1の層の中に沈まない状態に維持させてコア(100)を配置する工程と、
e)ブレーキバンド(10)を形成するための固形状の混合物の第2の層(901)を前記コア(100)上面に堆積させて、第1並びに第2の層とコアとからなる積層体を形成する工程と、
f)前記鋳型(101)を閉じる工程と、
g)前記第1並びに第2の層(900;901)が3次元構造を取るまで、第1並びに第2の層(900;901)の硬化を引き起こすような温度に鋳型(101)を加熱して、半仕上げの製品を製造する工程と、
h)前記工程(g)で製造された半仕上げの製品を鋳型(101)から取り出して、炉の中に配置する工程と、
i)前記半仕上げの製品をコア(100)の金属材料を溶融するような温度に加熱する工程と、
j)溶融されたコアを集める工程とを具備する、通気ダクトを有するブレーキバンドを製造するプロセス。 - 前記コア(100)は、150℃乃至450℃の温度で溶融し得る合金で形成されている請求項1のプロセス。
- 前記金属材料のコア(100)は、錫ベースの合金及び亜鉛ベースの合金から成るグループから選択された合金である請求項2のプロセス。
- 前記錫ベースの合金は、Sn-Pb及びSn-In合金である請求項3のプロセス。
- 前記錫ベースの合金は、共晶点で、37%w/wのPbを含むSn-Pb合金と、10乃至20%w/wのInを含むSn-In合金とである請求項4のプロセス。
- 前記錫ベースの合金は、共晶点で37%w/wを含むSn-Pb合金である請求項5のプロセス。
- 前記錫ベースの合金は、共晶点で37%のPbを含むSn-Pbである請求項6のプロセス。
- 前記亜鉛ベースの合金は、Zn-Al合金である請求項3の方法。
- 前記亜鉛ベースの合金は、4%w/wのAlを含むZn-Al合金である請求項8のプロセス。
- 前記工程(g)において、前記加熱は、80乃至180℃の温度と0.1乃至5N/cm2の圧力とで行われる請求項1乃至9のいずれか1のプロセス。
- 前記加熱は、ほぼ150℃の温度とほぼ1N/cm2の圧力とで行われる請求項10のプロセス。
- 前記工程(g)で、前記第2の加熱は、150乃至450℃の温度で行われる請求項1乃至11のいずれか1のプロセス。
- 前記コア(100)は、錫ベースの合金であり、第2の加熱は、150乃至250℃の温度で行われる請求項12のプロセス。
- 前記工程(i)での加熱は、180乃至220℃の温度で行われる請求項13のプロセス。
- 前記コア(100)は、亜鉛ベースの合金であり、前記工程(i)での加熱は、250乃至450℃の温度で行われる請求項12のプロセス。
- 前記前記工程(i)での加熱は、300乃至400℃の温度で行われる請求項15のプロセス。
- 前記工程(j)の後に、コア(100)を構成する溶融金属材料を再使用する工程が行われる請求項1乃至16のいずれか1のプロセス。
- セラミック材料でできたボディ内にキャビティを形成するための金属材料のコア(100)であって、請求項4乃至7及び13並びに14のいずれか1に記載の錫ベースの合金であることを特徴とするコア。
- セラミック材料でできたボディ内にキャビティを形成するための金属材料のコア(100)であって、請求項8並びに9及び15並びに16のいずれか1に記載の亜鉛ベースの合金であることを特徴とするコア。
- 請求項1乃至17のいずれか1に記載のプロセスで製造され得るブレーキバンド。
