外側方より混練り軸16に外嵌せしめつつ、嵌合孔29を通して環状溝17に嵌合せしめ

成する混練り軸16の環状溝17に混練りボ−ル19を嵌合せしめる混練りボ−ル用嵌合
具で、該嵌合具1は混練り軸16に外側より着脱自在に外嵌せしめるべく軸線方向に沿っ
て分割形成された分割筒状の嵌合体2と、該嵌合体2を開閉作動自在に連結せしめる連結
軸3と、上記環状溝17に対応すべく嵌合体2の軸線方向に沿って長孔状に形成された所
要条の混練りボ−ル用嵌合孔4と、該各嵌合孔4の両側縁より各々内方へ向けて傾斜状に
突設された弾性を有する両側一対の板状逆止部材5と、嵌合体2を閉止せしめる閉止ピン
6とより構成されている。

先ず、押出し機11の経時的使用により汚損等を生じた場合には、図3A・Bに図示す
るように、前部シリンダ13を可動せしめ、中部シリンダ32との間に所定の間隔でもっ
て離間せしめると共に、スクリュ−軸15と共に混練り軸16を前中後部シリンダ13・
32・14より外側方に向けて抜き取る。このさい、水槽25を従来例のように他の個所
に移動保管せしめることなく抜き取り作業を容易に行なうことが出来るものである。そし
て、環状溝17より混練りボ−ル19を取出し、スクリュ−軸15や混練り軸16と共に
清浄化せしめる。

3より中部シリンダ32に向けてスクリュ−軸15と共に混練り軸16を挿入し、混練り
軸16を離間する前中部シリンダ13・32間に露出せしめる。
しかるのち、嵌合具1の嵌合体2を拡開して露出する混練り軸16に外嵌せしめ、止ピ
ンにより閉止せしめる(図4A及び図5参照)。次いで、各嵌合孔4に混練りボ−ル19
を嵌合せしめ、逆止部材5によりその脱出を防止せしめつつ、混練り軸16を中部シリン
ダ32に挿入してその環状溝17に嵌合保持せしめる(図6参照)。このさい、所定間隔
でもって離間せしめた前中部シリンダ13・32にスクリュ−軸15と共に混練り軸16
を挿入せしめつつ、離間する前中部シリンダ13・32間に露出する混練り軸16に嵌合
具1を外嵌せしめつつ、その環状溝17に混練りボ−ル19を嵌合せしめるものであるか
ら、常に混練りボ−ル19を混練り軸16の環状溝17に容易に、しかも、迅速かつ確実
に作業能率よく嵌合せしめることが出来るのみならず、従来例のように、水槽25や前部
シリンダ13を他の場所に移管して嵌合作業のスペ−スを確保する必要がなく、ひいては
、常に混練りボ−ル19を混練り軸16の環状溝17に容易に、作業能率よく嵌合せしめ
ることが出来るものである。
そして、混練りボ−ル19の嵌合が終了すると、前部シリンダ13を中部シリンダ32
に接合せしめ、使用に供する(図4B及び図7参照)。

なお、上記実施例において、混練りボ−ル用嵌合具1は、樹脂ペレットを製造する押出
し機11の混練り軸16に適用せしめるものとされているが、これに限定されるものでな
く、他の押出し成型機における押出し機の混練り軸にも適用せしめることが出来るもので
ある。
また、嵌合体2の嵌合孔4にはその両側縁より内方へ向けて両側一対の板状逆止部材5
が対向状に突設されているが、これに限定されるものではなく、各嵌合孔4の少くとも一
側縁に突設せしめてもよいものである。

押出し成型機用押出し機を構成する接離自在なシリンダ内に挿設された混練り軸の環状
溝に混練りボ−ルを嵌合せしめる混練りボ−ル用嵌合具であって、該混練りボ−ル用嵌合
具は混練り軸に着脱自在に外嵌せしめるべく軸線方向に沿って開閉自在に分割形成された
分割筒状の嵌合体と、上記環状溝に対応すべく該嵌合体の軸線方向に沿って長孔状に形成
された所要条の混練りボ−ル用嵌合孔と、該各嵌合孔の少なくとも一側縁より内方へ向け
て傾斜状に突設された弾性を有する板状の逆止部材とよりなることを特徴とする、混練り
ボ−ル用嵌合具。
