Description
帯状の光学フィルムを搬送する過程で所定長さの枚葉に切断し、
次の切断部位が切断作用位置に達するまで所定長さの光学フィルムを送り出しながら、切断後の前記光学フィルムを間欠的に搬送するとともに、当該間欠搬送過程の先頭にある光学フィルムの後端が、次の間欠搬送時に当該間欠搬送過程を越えて送り出され、当該間欠搬送過程の下流側に続く連続的に光学フィルムを搬送する連続搬送過程に光学フィルムを受け渡すことを特徴とする。
帯状の前記光学フィルムを供給する供給手段と、
前記光学フィルムを所定長さの枚葉に切断する切断手段と、
前記切断された枚葉の光学フィルムを間欠的に搬送する間欠搬送装置と、
前記間欠搬送装置から搬送されてくる光学フィルムを受け取りながら連続的に搬送する連続搬送装置と、
前記切断手段によって順次に切断される切断対象の光学フィルムの切断部位が切断作用位置に達するまで供給手段によって所定長さの光学フィルムを送り出しながら、切断後の光学フィルムを間欠搬送装置によって間欠的に搬送するとともに、当該間欠搬送装置の先頭にある光学フィルムの後端が、次の間欠搬送時に当該間欠搬送装置を越えて送り出され、当該間欠搬送装置の下流側に続く連続搬送装置に受け渡されるように制御する制御手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 枚葉の光学フィルムを搬送する光学フィルムの搬送方法であって、
帯状の光学フィルムを搬送する過程で所定長さの枚葉に切断し、
次の切断部位が切断作用位置に達するまで所定長さの光学フィルムを送り出しながら、切断後の前記光学フィルムを間欠的に搬送するとともに、当該間欠搬送過程の先頭にある光学フィルムの後端が、次の間欠搬送時に当該間欠搬送過程を越えて送り出され、当該間欠搬送過程の下流側に続く光学フィルムを連続的に搬送する連続搬送過程に光学フィルムを受け渡す
ことを特徴とする光学フィルムの搬送方法。 - 請求項1に記載の光学フィルムの搬送方法において、
前記間欠搬送過程と連続搬送過程との間を通過する光学フィルムの下方から当該光学フィルムに向けて気体を吹き付ける
ことを特徴とする光学フィルムの搬送方法。 - 枚葉の光学フィルムを搬送する光学フィルムの搬送装置であって、
帯状の前記光学フィルムを供給する供給手段と、
前記光学フィルムを所定長さの枚葉に切断する切断手段と、
前記切断された枚葉の光学フィルムを間欠的に搬送する間欠搬送装置と、
前記間欠搬送装置から搬送されてくる光学フィルムを受け取りながら連続的に搬送する連続搬送装置と、
前記切断手段によって順次に切断される切断対象の光学フィルムの切断部位が切断作用位置に達するまで供給手段によって所定長さの光学フィルムを送り出しながら、切断後の光学フィルムを間欠搬送装置によって間欠的に搬送するとともに、当該間欠搬送装置の先頭にある光学フィルムの後端が、次の間欠搬送時に当該間欠搬送装置を越えて送り出され、当該間欠搬送装置の下流側に続く連続搬送装置に受け渡されるように制御する制御手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする光学フィルムの搬送装置。 - 請求項3に記載の光学フィルムの搬送装置において、
前記制御手段は、前記間欠搬送装置の先頭にある光学フィルムの後端が、次の間欠搬送時に当該間欠搬送装置の下流側に続く連続搬送装置に載りきるように制御する
ことを特徴とする光学フィルムの搬送装置。 - 請求項3または請求項4に記載の光学フィルムの搬送装置において、
前記間欠搬送装置と連続搬送装置との間を通過する光学フィルムの下方から当該光学フィルムに向けて気体を吹き付ける気体吹付け手段を備えた
ことを特徴とする光学フィルムの搬送装置。
