また、請求項11にかかる発明の要旨とするところは、請求項1の車両用駆動装置の制御装置において、前記スタンバイ制御手段は、前記電気式差動部に入力される前記エンジンの入力トルクの変化量または該エンジンの回転速度の変化量が、予め設定されている変化量よりも大きい場合、スタンバイ制御に切り換えることを特徴とする。

Claims (11)
- エンジンと、差動機構の回転要素に動力伝達可能に連結された電動機の運転状態が制御されることにより前記エンジンに連結された入力軸の回転速度と出力軸の回転速度の差動状態が制御される電気式差動部と、前記差動機構を差動作用が働く差動状態と差動作用を不能とするロック状態とに選択的に切り換えるための係合要素からなる差動状態切換装置とを、備えた車両用駆動装置の制御装置であって、
車両の走行状態に応じて予め設定された、前記差動機構の差動作用が働く差動領域と前記差動機構の差動作用が不能となるロック領域とを区別する切換線図に基づいて、差動状態の切換を実行する差動状態切換制御手段と、
前記差動領域とロック領域との間に前記差動状態切換装置をパック詰め状態とするスタンバイ領域が形成された切換線図に基づいて、前記差動状態とロック状態との間の前記パック詰め状態とするスタンバイ制御に切換制御するスタンバイ制御手段とを、備え、
前記スタンバイ制御手段は、前記切換線図のスタンバイ領域の面積を、前記差動状態切換装置の応答性が低下するほど前記差動領域側に広くする領域変更手段を備えることを特徴とする車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記スタンバイ制御手段は、前記差動状態切換装置の応答性に基づいてスタンバイ制御に切り換えることを特徴とする請求項1の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記差動状態切換装置の応答性は、前記電気式差動部から駆動輪への動力伝達経路の一部を構成する変速部の作動油温に基づいて判定されることを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記スタンバイ制御手段は、前記電気式差動部へ入力される入力トルクの応答性に基づいてスタンバイ制御に切り換えることを特徴とする請求項1の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記スタンバイ制御手段は、前記電気式差動部に入力される前記エンジンのトルク変化量に基づいてスタンバイ制御に切り換えることを特徴とする請求項1の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記スタンバイ制御手段は、前記電動機の反力トルクに基づいてスタンバイ制御に切り換えることを特徴とする請求項1の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記スタンバイ制御手段は、前記エンジンの回転速度の変化量に基づいてスタンバイ制御に切り換えることを特徴とする請求項1の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記差動状態切換装置は、車両状態が予め設定された車両の高速走行を判定するための高速走行判定値を超えるような高車速時のとき、および/または車両状態が予め設定された車両の高出力走行を判定するための高出力走行判定値を超えるような高出力時のときに前記差動機構をロック状態に切り換えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかの車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記電気式差動部は、前記電動機の運転状態が制御されることにより、無段変速機構として作動することを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかの車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記変速部は、有段式の自動変速機であることを特徴とする請求項3の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記スタンバイ制御手段は、前記電気式差動部に入力される前記エンジンの入力トルクの変化量または該エンジンの回転速度の変化量が、予め設定されている変化量よりも大きい場合、スタンバイ制御に切り換えることを特徴とする請求項1の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
