Description

The present invention relates to a curtain wrinkle forming / stabilizing apparatus for forming a hook shape on a curtain and stabilizing the hook shape.

In recent years, from the point of having a high-grade and elegant appearance, a brazing curtain in which the upper end side of the fabric is tacked and a plurality of vertical folds having a cross-sectional arc shape in the length direction is preferred. As a method for forming a wrinkle on a curtain, for example, a method is known in which steam is applied in a state in which a curtain is attached to the curtain to stabilize the shape of the wrinkle (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In the curtain brazing method described in Patent Document 1, a thermoplastic curtain fabric sealed in the inner space of the sealable upper mold and lower mold, a beam heater fixed to the upper mold, and a lower mold A fixed beam-shaped heater is alternately pressed to bend the curtain fabric into a corrugated shape, and the curtain fabric is heated by heating the beam-shaped heater from the inside while supplying superheated steam in the inner space, After that, while supplying cold air into the inner space, the beam heater was cooled from the inner side to quench the curtain fabric and braze the curtain.
JP 9-316773 A

Since the curtain brazing method of Patent Document 1 is a process in which a curtain is arranged in a corrugated shape in one sealed space, the heating / steaming process, and the cooling process are collectively performed in this order. Brazing requires a total time of the time for placing the curtain in the sealed space, the heating / steaming time, the cooling time, and the curtain removal time. As a result, the brazing apparatus is used until one curtain has been brazed. As a result, the efficiency is inferior, and particularly when brazing a large number of curtains, it takes a long time and the practicality is low.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and one object of the present invention is to improve the efficiency of curtain crease formation and stabilization, and to continuously crease and stabilize a large amount of curtains. Another object is to provide an apparatus for forming and stabilizing curtains that can be used effectively.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention is a curtain fold forming / stabilizing device that alternately and repeatedly forms a plurality of ridges and ridges to stabilize the form, and forcibly applies to an untreated curtain Kb. The shaped unit forming part 12 which is held in a state where the bowl shape is attached, is assembled as a structure and can be freely moved, and the shaped unit 18 which holds the untreated curtain Kb is received and filled with steam. A steam processing unit 14 that stabilizes the curtain shape of the curtain by steaming for a required time in the closed space S, and a drying unit 16 that dries the curtain of the shaping unit 18 processed by the steam processing unit 14, The shaped unit forming part 12 includes a plurality of first single-piece members 20 arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval so as to receive the untreated curtain Kb from below in a state where the untreated curtain Kb is spread out in a substantially horizontal plane. On the heel member 20 A plurality of second single rod members 21 arranged on the spread untreated curtain Kb in parallel at a predetermined interval between the first single rod members 20, and between the individual single rod members 20, 21 The diameter of the single rod member arranged on the upper surface side is set so that the adjacent gap width between the single rod members arranged on the lower surface side of the untreated curtain Kb is moved in the lateral direction so that the single rod members are brought closer to each other with the interval narrowed And the forming unit forming part 12 is arranged in series at regular intervals so as to receive the individual single-piece members 20 and 21 from the lower surface side. The hung forming support means 32 includes a drive mechanism 38 that has a plurality of receiving pieces arranged and is driven to extend and contract in the lateral direction in synchronization with the interval between the receiving pieces 34 and 35 and is supported in a contracted state. The first and second single-piece members 20, 21 and The curtain forming / stabilizing device 10 is characterized in that the shaped unit 18 is formed by assembling together the unprocessed curtain having the shape of the saddle by the single rod members 20 and 21 as one structure. The The curtain wrinkle forming / stabilizing device 10 can be configured by dividing the means carrying the functions for each processing, and the processing steps can be performed in parallel as in the flow operation. The temperature of the steam in the steam processing unit, the time required for the processing, and the like are appropriately set depending on the fabric of the curtain, the material, and the like.

At this time, the untreated curtain Kb is preferably mounted and held on the shaping unit 18 so that the untreated curtain Kb to be held forms a portion exposed to the outside of the shaping unit 18. In particular, it is preferable that the hook-shaped holding portion is brought into contact only with the inner side of the curtain ridge so that substantially the entire portion that is outside the ridge is exposed.

Further, the shaping unit 18 is detachably attached to a plurality of aligned single rod members 20 and 21 for alternately winding the unprocessed curtain Kb so as to meander, and both ends of these aligned single rod members 20 and 21. It is preferable to provide a holding bracket 22 that detachably holds the entire shaping unit 18 as one structure in a state where the untreated curtain Kb is hung. The single rod members 20 and 21 and the holding bracket 22 are formed of a heat-resistant material because they are moved to the steam processing unit together with the curtain. The shape of the single rod member 20, 21 may be a shape corresponding to any other desired ridge shape, such as a circular, elliptical, semicircular, spindle shape, or an arbitrary shape having an arc portion in the cross section. In particular, in the case of a round pipe having a circular cross section, the direction of the cross section to be mounted on the curtain is not limited and mounting is easy.

Further, the steam processing unit 14 performs steam processing by continuously passing the shaped unit holding the curtain in the closed space S filled with steam so as to exist in the space S for a required time. It is good. It is preferable to provide an in-case moving mechanism 60 that moves in the closed space S upward, downward, front and rear, left and right, and other arbitrary directions. In this case, the in-case moving mechanism may be, for example, a chain conveyor, a belt conveyor, a roller conveyor, other arbitrary conveyor devices, a slide device, a lift device, or any other arbitrary transport mechanism. Furthermore, when carrying, the shaping unit 18 may be in any other supported state such as vertically placed, horizontally placed, or suspended.

Further, the shaping unit 18 holding the curtain (Kb, Ka) is transported between the shaping unit forming unit 12 and the steam processing unit 14, and between the steam processing unit 14 and the drying unit 16; It is good also as including the other conveyance means (96) which returns only the single collar member 20 (21) to the shaping unit formation part 12, after separating the collar members 20 and 21 from a holding bracket and removing a curtain. . The conveyance means (72, 88) or other conveyance means (96) may be, for example, any other conveyance mechanism such as a chain conveyor, a belt conveyor, a roller conveyor, any other conveyor device, a slide device, a lift device, or the like. Furthermore, the shaping unit 18 may be in any other supported state such as vertically placed, horizontally placed, or suspended. Moreover, you may comprise a conveyance means or another conveyance means by one or some conveyance apparatus.

Moreover, it is good also as providing the return apparatus 108 which installs the single hook member 20 (21) collect | recovered from the other conveyance means (96) in the shaping unit formation part 12. FIG.

According to the curtain wrinkle forming / stabilizing device of the present invention, a curtain wrinkle forming / stabilizing device that stabilizes the form by alternately and repeatedly forming a plurality of ridges and ridges, Forcibly held in a bowl-shaped state, assembled as a structure and received a shaped unit forming part that can be moved freely and a shaped unit holding an untreated curtain, and filled with steam The shaping unit includes a steam processing unit that stabilizes the curtain shape of the curtain by steaming for a required time in a closed space, and a drying unit that dries the curtain of the shaping unit processed by the steam processing unit. Each processing unit including the forming unit, the steam processing unit, and the drying unit is divided for each function, and freely moved as a transported body that holds the unprocessed curtain in a bowl shape between them. In each process It is possible to improve the processing efficiency by carried out line. In particular, it is advantageous when a large number of curtains are continuously formed and stabilized, and the processing time can be greatly shortened while maintaining reliable curtain stabilization.

Further, by adopting a configuration in which the untreated curtain is mounted and held on the shaping unit so that the untreated curtain to be held forms a part exposed to the outside of the shaping unit, for example, steam is generated in the steam treatment unit. Alternatively, wind can be applied directly and easily to the curtain in the drying section, and processing can be performed reliably in a short time.

In addition, the shaping unit has a plurality of aligned single member members that are alternately wound so as to meander the untreated curtains, and is detachably attached to both ends of these aligned single member members, and the untreated curtains are wrapped around By providing a holding bracket that detachably holds the entire shaping unit as one structure in a state, it is possible to configure a shaping unit that can form a reliable bowl shape and hold the form. For example, the single rod member may have a simple structure such as a round pipe, and the structure is simple and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. Moreover, since the shaping unit from which the curtain is detached can be reused after the curtain is dried, it is highly practical and economical. In addition, by hanging the untreated curtain, it is possible to easily realize a state in which the curtain is exposed to the outside of the shaping unit.

In addition, the shaping unit forming section includes a first mode in which an untreated curtain is spread in the middle and individual single members are arranged in a different shape from the upper and lower sides thereof, and the untreated curtain is forcibly formed into a bowl shape. In the second aspect, the entire shaped unit is held as a single structure by holding the state with the untreated curtain, so that the untreated curtain can be installed in a horizontally spread state. For example, compared to the case where the curtain is hung, the saddle shape can be formed very easily, saving labor and in a short time. Furthermore, it is easy to handle the curtain and the single-piece member easily without carrying out a complicated operation of guiding the untreated curtain between the single-piece members in a meandering manner.

In addition, the shaping unit forming unit narrows the interval between the receiving unit that receives the untreated curtain and the single-piece member from the lower surface side and executes the first aspect, and the individual single-piece members arranged in a different manner. The above-mentioned first aspect and the above-mentioned first aspect and the above-mentioned first aspect and The second aspect can be specifically executed. Moreover, it can carry out easily when performing them manually. Furthermore, it is possible to easily hang the untreated curtain on the single-sided member through the wrap formation support means.

The receiving means is composed of a plurality of receiving pieces arranged in series at regular intervals so as to receive the individual single-piece members from the lower surface side. By adopting a configuration including a drive mechanism that is driven to extend and contract in the horizontal direction and support in the contracted state in synchronism, the curtain can be easily and smoothly hung from the first embodiment. At that time, by narrowing the interval while synchronizing the single rod member, it is possible to form a saddle shape so that there is no variation in the size of the untreated curtain, variation in the interval, wrinkles, etc., so the commercial value of the curtain is high . Further, by holding the spacing between the receiving pieces in a contracted state, the holding bracket can be easily and reliably attached to the single hook member disposed on the receiving piece.

In addition, the steam processing unit is configured to perform steam processing by continuously passing a shaped unit holding a curtain in a closed space filled with steam so as to exist in the space for a required time. Thus, it is possible to continuously steam-process a plurality of shaped units, thereby improving the processing efficiency of the entire apparatus and shortening the time. Furthermore, many curtains can be processed with a simple structure having only one steam processing section, and the cost of the apparatus can be reduced.

In addition, the shaping unit holding the curtain is transported between the shaping unit forming part and the steam processing part, the steam processing part and the drying part, and the curtain is removed by separating the single-piece member from the holding bracket after drying. By including other conveying means that later returns only the single-piece member to the shaping unit forming section, the shaping unit is automatically conveyed to reduce the labor of the operator and to produce a large amount in a short time. Processing can be performed and the efficiency of the apparatus can be improved.

In addition, by providing a return device for installing the single hook member collected from other transport means on the receiving means of the shaping unit forming portion, the collected single hook member can be automatically installed on the receiving piece, and labor Reduction and efficiency improvement can be achieved.

Hereinafter, a curtain wrinkle forming / stabilizing apparatus according to this embodiment will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The curtain wrinkle forming / stabilizing apparatus of the present invention is used, for example, when forming a wrinkle shape of a curtain with curtain K as shown in FIG. It is a device that is formed to stabilize its form.

In the present embodiment, the shaping unit forming unit 12, the steam processing unit 14, and the drying unit 16 are sequentially arranged toward the front side and assembled in a machine frame. In the present embodiment, the direction corresponding to the right side of FIG. 1 is the front side, and the direction corresponding to the direction perpendicular to the paper surface of FIG. 1 is the width direction. In this embodiment, the curtain is formed and stabilized in a state before the upper end side is tacked.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the shaping unit forming portion 12 is held in a state where the unprocessed curtain Kb is forcibly shaped into a bowl shape, and is assembled as a structure to be freely transferred, that is, Forming unit 18 is formed. The shaping unit 18 is a portable structure that can be easily moved in a state where an untreated curtain having a ridge formed thereon is supported. Each process is performed while the curtain is easily moved to the steam processing unit 14 and the drying unit 16, which will be described later, through the shaping unit 18 holding the curtain, thereby stabilizing the saddle shape.

As shown in FIGS. 3, 4, and 5, in the present embodiment, the shaping unit 18 includes a plurality of aligned single rod members 20 and 21, and holding brackets 22 attached to both ends of the single rod member. It is equipped with. The single eaves members 20 and 21 are shaped means for forming the required eaves shape by causing the untreated curtains Kb to alternately meander while the longitudinal axis direction thereof is along the length of the curtain. It is. In the present embodiment, the plurality of single-piece members 20 and 21 are serially arranged in two rows, and the single-row members 20 in the first row and the single-piece members 21 in the second row are misaligned to each other. Are aligned. Single row members in each row are arranged relatively close to each other, and the untreated curtain is hung in a state of being folded in the width direction. In the present embodiment, the single row member 20 in the first row contacts the back side of the untreated curtain, and the single row member 21 in the second row contacts the front side of the untreated curtain. Each single scissors member 20, 21 is formed of a single straight member that has an arcuate portion that forms a scissors shape of an arc-curved surface and rigidity on the curtain, and can be handled freely independently of each other. In this embodiment, the single gutter members 20 and 21 are made of a metal material such as stainless steel, for example, and are formed of a hollow round pipe having a circular cross section while opening both ends. Therefore, the untreated curtain Kb hung around the single rod member is mounted in a state where the hook-shaped arc convex surface side is exposed to the outside. Since the curtain is exposed to the outside, the curtain can be directly exposed to steam in the steam treatment described later, and the bowl shape can be reliably stabilized. Further, the single rod members 20 and 21 are provided longer than the length of the curtain, and the portions protruding to the outer sides of the untreated curtain are used as the engagement portions with the auxiliary transport device 48 described later. In the present embodiment, for example, an auxiliary holder such as the clip member 23 for attaching and holding the untreated curtain to the single rod member is attached. The clip member 23 is attached by sandwiching the curtain from the outside of the untreated curtain to the outermost single-piece member 20.

The holding bracket 22 is detachably attached to both ends of the single rod member 20, 21, and holds the entire shaping unit 18 as one structure in a state where the untreated curtain Kb is wound around. That is, the holding bracket 22 constitutes a detachable assembling mechanism for assembling and holding the independent single-piece members 20 and 21 integrally in an aligned state. 3 and 5, the holding bracket 22 is provided by projecting a plurality of protrusions 26 corresponding to the positions of the single hook members 20, 21 aligned with the rectangular vertical plate portion 24, for example. . In the state where the single hook members 20 and 21 are laid down, the protrusions 26 of the holding bracket 22 are inserted into the single hook members 20 and 21 from the end openings of the single hook members 20 and 21, respectively. Is supported. Furthermore, a side plate portion 27 and a bottom plate portion 28 that are integrally provided in the protruding direction of the protruding portion 26 are formed on both sides and the lower side of the vertical plate portion 24 of the holding bracket 22. The side plate portion 27 and the bottom plate portion 28 are portions that are engaged with a first transport mechanism 72 and the like to be described later in the shaping unit 18. In addition, the holding bracket is not limited to the configuration having the protruding portion as in the present embodiment, but the end portion of any other single rod member such as a plurality of recesses or holes that receive the end portion of the single rod member in a fitting shape. The structure which receives and supports may be sufficient.

Returning to FIGS. 1 and 2, the shaping unit forming unit 12 hangs the untreated curtain Kb around the single rod members 20 and 21, and then attaches the holding bracket 22 to the single rod members 20 and 21. The shaping unit 18 is formed. More specifically, the shaping unit forming portion 12 includes a first mode X in which the untreated curtain Kb is spread in the middle and the individual single-walled members 20 and 21 are arranged in a different shape from the upper and lower sides thereof. A second mode Y in which the processing curtain Kb is forced to have a saddle shape and the entire shaping unit 18 is a single structure. And the shaping unit formation part 12 is the state which hung the untreated curtain from the receiving means 30 which performs the 1st aspect X, and the single rod members 20 and 21 from the 1st aspect X (hanging aspect Y0) ) And the formation forming support means 32 for executing the second mode Y.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 11, in this embodiment, the receiving means 30 receives the unprocessed curtain Kb and the single rod members 20, 21 that are spread laterally from the lower surface side, and executes the first mode. To do. In this embodiment, the receiving means 30 includes a plurality of receiving pieces 34 and 35 arranged at regular intervals so as to receive the individual single-piece members 20 and 21 from the lower surface side. These receiving piece groups (34, 35...) Are arranged in series so as to oppose the both width sides of the machine frame, and the both ends of each single-piece member 20, 21 are arranged by a pair of widthwise receiving pieces. The single hook member is received in series. The receiving pieces 34 and 35 are set so as to be on substantially the same horizontal plane when receiving the untreated curtain Kb spread sideways, and support the single rod member 20 at the same height. An untreated curtain is placed on 20 in a substantially horizontal state. The receiving pieces 34 and 35 are made of, for example, an arc plate member made of strong metal or synthetic resin, and are fixed to the upper end side of the vertical support rod 36 supported on the machine frame side with the arc concave portion facing upward. Yes. In the present embodiment, when the shaping unit 18 described above is formed, the first receiving piece 34 that receives the single hook member 20 in the first row and the second receiving piece that receives the single hook member 21 in the second row. 35 are alternately arranged. In FIG. 6, the single receiving member 20 is received by the first receiving piece 34, the untreated curtain Kb is disposed on the single covering member 20, and the other single covering member 21 is further disposed on the untreated curtain Kb. The first mode X can be performed by arranging Note that the untreated curtain is held at its end by being sandwiched between the single member 20 by the clip member 23 (see FIG. 3) or the like.

The hanging formation support means 32 is in a state where the untreated curtains are alternately hung by narrowing the interval between the individual single members 20 and 21 arranged in a different manner in the first mode (hung mode Y0). In this state, the second mode Y is executed by assembling as a single structure with the holding bracket 22 and supporting the individual single-piece members 20 and 21. In the present embodiment, the hung forming support means 32 drives the drive mechanism 38 that drives the retractable pieces 34 and 35 that receive the single rod members 20 and 21 so that they can be expanded and contracted in the lateral direction and supported in a contracted state. In addition, the driving mechanism 38 shifts from the first mode to the winding mode Y0. In this embodiment, the drive mechanism 38 includes, for example, a pantograph-like link 40 that connects and supports the vertical support rods 36 that support the receiving pieces 34 and 35. 6 and 7, the vertical support rod 36 is connected to a slider 46 which is slidable in a lateral direction along a rail portion 44 provided on the machine frame so that the receiving pieces 34 and 35 can be moved laterally. I support it. In the figure, the vertical support rod which is the front end side is connected to a stator 47 fixed to the rail portion 44 and cannot be laterally moved. The vertical support rods 36 are arranged on both outer sides in the width direction from the ends of the single rod members 20 and 21, and the receiving pieces 34 and 36 are arranged inwardly facing each other. The pantograph-like link 40 expands and contracts in synchronization with the interval between the vertical support rods 36, and the receiving pieces 34 and 35 have the same height in the extended state, and there is a difference in height between the receiving piece 34 and the receiving piece 35 in the contracted state. It is linked so that it can be attached. Further, for example, a moving and holding device such as a cylinder 42 supported by the machine frame is provided for forcibly moving the vertical support rod 36 and holding the position thereof. Accordingly, the first aspect described above is executed in a state where the rod of the cylinder 42 is retracted and the pantograph-like link 40 is extended. Then, the rod is extended by extending the rod of the cylinder 42 and the interval between the receiving pieces is shortened via the pantograph-like link, and the unprocessed curtain Kb is hung in a meandering manner, and the state is maintained.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the hanging formation support means 32 attaches the holding bracket 22 at a position (Y) different from the support position of the single hook members 20, 21 by the receiving means 30. Thus, the individual single member is supported. In the present embodiment, for example, the unprocessed curtain Kb as described above is transported to the side of the first transport mechanism 72 (to be described later) provided side by side on the front side of the receiving piece while maintaining the state in which the unprocessed curtain Kb is wound around the single fence members 20 and 21. Then, the second mode Y is executed by mounting the holding bracket 22 from both sides of the single hook member by the operator's hand at the transfer position to form one structure. Note that the holding bracket may be assembled, for example, by mechanically attaching the holding bracket. In the present embodiment, an auxiliary transport mechanism 48 that moves the receiving pieces 34 and 35 to the holding bracket mounting position (Y) is provided. As the auxiliary conveyance mechanism 48, for example, it has an F-shaped rod 52 connected to a conveyance rail 50 fixed to the machine frame side via a slider 51. The F-shaped rod 52 is disposed on the inner side in the width direction than the receiving pieces 34 and 35 and can move up and down with respect to the slider 51 by, for example, a cylinder (not shown). The F-shaped hook 52 is retracted to the rear side in the first aspect described above. As shown in FIG. 8, when the untreated curtain Kb is transported in a state of being hung around a single rod member, the F-shaped horizontal support pieces 52a and 52b are moved to the front side and the first and second horizontal support pieces 52a and 52b are moved to the first side. The second row single rod members 20 and 21 are arranged below the both end portions protruding from the curtain. By moving the F-shaped hook 52 upward in the inserted state, the single hook members 20 and 21 are separated from the receiving pieces 34 and 35 while being supported from below, and then transported to the first transport mechanism 72 side.

The steam processing unit 14 receives the shaped unit 18 holding the untreated curtain Kb and performs steam treatment for a required time in the closed space S filled with steam, thereby stabilizing the shape of the bowl formed by the shaped unit 18. A steam treatment process is performed. As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 9, the steam processing unit 14 includes a box-shaped case body 54 that forms a closed space S, and a steam ejection device 55 that supplies steam into the case body 54. is doing. In the present embodiment, the case body 54 is provided in a size that allows the shaping unit 18 to move to some extent in the vertical direction in a horizontally placed state and that can receive a plurality of layers in a hierarchical manner. The case body 54 is provided with a carry-in port 56 and a carry-out port 57 through which the shaped unit 18 is loaded and unloaded in a horizontal state. Shutters 58 and 59 are attached to the carry-in port 56 and the carry-out port 57, respectively. It can be opened and closed freely. The carry-in port 56 is provided on the upper side of one side wall of the case body 54, and the carry-out port 57 is provided on the lower side of the side wall on the other end side. Then, the in-case moving mechanism 60 moves the shaping unit carried in from the upper carry-in port 56 while supporting it to the position of the lower carry-out port 57, and the movement time downward is processed. It's time. The steam ejection device 55 is provided on the inner wall surface side of the case body 54 and ejects, for example, steam having a temperature of about 200 ° C. from the steam generator such as a boiler (not shown) into the closed space S. Further, the case body 54 is provided with an exhaust port 61, and the inside of the closed space is always provided. The required steam atmosphere conditions such as temperature are kept constant. The steam exhausted from the exhaust port 61 is returned to the steam generator through a pipe (not shown).

The in-case moving mechanism 60 includes, for example, a chain type lift device 62 that is disposed facing both sides in the width direction inside the case body 54 and moves downward by synchronous rotation while supporting the holding bracket of the shaping unit 18. . The lift device 62 includes a pair of endless chains 66 that are hung on a sprocket 64 that is vertically opposed to a rotating shaft 63 supported in the front-rear direction on the case body 54 in the front-rear direction. A plurality of mounting rods 68 are fixed to the outer peripheral surface of 66 in a horizontally extending manner. In the lift device 62, the sprocket is rotationally driven via the rotation drive device 69 so that the inner side of the endless chain facing in the width direction moves downward. Then, the holding bracket 22 is placed on the facing inner support 68 and moved downward while supporting the shaping unit 18.

The drying unit 16 receives a shaping unit 18 processed by the steam processing unit 14 and performs a drying process of drying the curtain. In this embodiment, the drying unit 16 includes, for example, a base or frame that receives the shaping unit 18 from below, and a blower 70 that blows cold air or hot air onto the shaping unit. And finally, it cools to the extent which can handle the curtain processed with the high temperature steam with a wind with drying with a wind. As described above, since the curtain is supported so as to be exposed to the outside of the shaping unit 18, the drying air directly hits the curtain and can be reliably dried in a short time.

After the curtain is dried by the drying unit 16, the shaping unit 18 is taken out from the drying unit 16 to the front side. Then, at the unit detachment portion 71, the operator manually removes the holding bracket 22 from the single hook members 20 and 21, and the single hook members 20 and 21 are released from the processed curtain Ka.

As shown in FIG. 1, the 1st conveyance mechanism 72 which conveys the shaping unit holding a curtain between the shaping unit formation part 12 and the steam processing part 14 is provided. In the present embodiment, the first transport mechanism 72 moves the shaping unit from the mounting position of the holding bracket 22 to the height position of the carry-in port 56 of the case body 54 and the shaping unit at the height position. A carry-in lateral movement device 76 that is moved laterally and carried into the steam processing unit 14 from the carry-in entrance 56. The upper moving device 74 is disposed, for example, facing the width direction, and an endless chain 80 is wound around a sprocket 78 fixed to a rotating shaft that is spaced apart in the vertical direction and is pivotally supported in the width direction. A mounting rod 82 on which the holding bracket of the shaped unit 18 is placed on the endless chain 80 is fixed horizontally. The sprocket 78 is rotated in the forward and reverse directions by the rotation drive device 83 to move the loading rod up and down. The carry-in lateral movement device 76 includes, for example, a pinion rack mechanism provided with an arm portion 84 that pushes the shaping unit 18 forward from the rear side. Then, the shaping unit 18 is transported from the carry-in port 56 into the case body 54 by rotating the pinion 86 with a rotary drive device (not shown) and moving the rack 85 to which the arm portion 84 is fixed back and forth. Delivered to the inner movement mechanism 60.

Furthermore, the 2nd conveyance mechanism 88 which conveys the shaping unit holding a curtain between the steam processing part 14 and the drying part 16 is provided. The second transport mechanism 88 includes a carry-out lateral movement device 90 that laterally moves the shaping unit 18 that has been moved to the discharge port position by the in-case moving mechanism 60 and carries it out from the carry-out port. The carry-out lateral movement device 90 includes a pinion rack mechanism including an arm portion 92, and rotates the pinion 94 via a rotation driving device (not shown) to move the rack 93 to which the arm portion 92 is fixed. The shaping unit 18 is conveyed from the carry-out port to the drying unit 16 side.

In the present embodiment, the first and second transport mechanisms 78 and 88 and the in-case moving mechanism 60 are controlled by a sequencer (not shown). For example, when the shaping unit 18 is moved to the carry-in position by the uplift device 74 of the first transport mechanism 72, the control is detected by a limit switch or a sensor (not shown), and the uplift device 74 is stopped. Then, the shutter 58 of the carry-in port 56 is opened. At the same time, the in-case moving mechanism 60 stops with the loading rod aligned with the carry-in entrance, and the shaping unit 18 is conveyed into the case by the carry-in lateral movement device 76, and then the shutter 58 is closed to move in the case. The mechanism is activated. When the shaping unit is moved to the carry-out port by the in-case moving mechanism, it is detected by a limit switch or a sensor (not shown), the loading rod is stopped, and the carry-out shutter 59 is opened. Then, the shaping unit 18 is conveyed outside the case body by the carry-out lateral movement device 90 and conveyed to the drying unit, and then the shutter is closed. Continuous steam processing can be performed while moving in the closed space of the steam processing unit 18 by repeating the above control.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1, the curtain wrinkle forming / stabilizing device 10 is provided with a return mechanism 96 for the single wrinkle member 20. The return mechanism 96 is another conveying means that separates the single hook members 20 and 21 from the holding bracket at the unit detachment portion 71 and removes the curtain Ka and then returns only the first single hook member 20 to the shaping unit forming portion. is there. In the present embodiment, the return mechanism 96 includes a pair of chain type conveyor devices 98 disposed below the shaping unit forming unit 12, the steam processing unit 14, and the drying unit 16 and facing each other in the width direction. The intermediate two-point position of the member is continuously conveyed to the shaping unit forming portion side while being supported from below. The conveyor device 98 is configured such that a receiving portion 104 that receives a single rod member 20 at fixed intervals is fixed to an endless chain 102 that is hung on a pair of front and rear sprockets 100 that are rotated by a rotation driving device 99. The separation width of the receiving portion 104 is set to, for example, the separation width in the first mode of the receiving piece 34 that receives the first single flange member 20. 106 is a shooter that inputs the single hook member 20 to the conveyor device side, and extends downward from the unit detachment portion 71 to guide the input of the single hook member 20. The return mechanism may be configured to collect not only the first single hook member 20 but also the second single hook member 21 and the holding bracket and return them to the shaping unit forming portion side. Moreover, it is good also as a structure which conveys not only the lower side of an apparatus but the upper side of an apparatus.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, a return device 108 is provided for setting the single hook member 20 collected from the return mechanism 94 to the receiving piece 34 of the shaping unit forming portion 12. In the present embodiment, the return device 108 is disposed inside the conveyor device 98 and includes an elevating device that raises the single recovery member to the position of the receiving piece 34 at a predetermined interval. The lifting device includes, for example, a table lifter 110 that can support the table 109 with an X-shaped pantograph-shaped link arm 111 and can lift and lower the table 109 by extending and contracting the cylinder 113. On the upper surface side of the table 109 of the table lifter 110, a receiving frame 112 that receives the single hook member 20 is provided so as to be slidable in the lateral direction with respect to the table 109. The receiving frame 112 is interposed via a sliding cylinder 114. Moved. On the upper edge side of the receiving frame 112, a plurality of receiving recesses 115 for receiving the single-piece member 20 set at the same interval as the separation width of the receiving portion 104 (receiving piece 34) of the conveyor device 98 are formed. The table lifter 110 keeps the table 109 on the lower side until the single hook member 20 is returned by the conveyor device. When returning, the conveyor device is stopped below the receiving piece, the table 109 is raised, and the single frame member 20 is received from below by the receiving frame 112. Further, the single hook member 20 is raised to a position above the receiving piece 34 through the space between the receiving pieces 34 and 35 arranged in series. Thereafter, the receiving frame 112 is slid relative to the table 109 to align the single hook member 20 on the receiving piece 34. When the table 109 is lowered, the single hook member 20 is delivered to the receiving piece 34. Further, the table 109 is lowered to the lowest position and becomes the original state. The conveyor device 98 is driven again and waits until the next single member is returned. The return device may be automatically arranged on the receiving piece from above the receiving piece.

Next, the operation of the curtain wrinkle forming / stabilizing apparatus according to this embodiment will be described together with the curtain wrinkle forming / stabilizing method with reference to FIG. First, as shown in FIG. 6, in the shaping unit forming portion 12, the first single rod member 20 is arranged on the first receiving piece 34 in a state where the interval between the receiving pieces 34 and 35 is extended. On top of that, for example, the worker unfolds and arranges the untreated curtain Kb before tacking so that the front and back surfaces are up and down. And the 2nd single rod member 21 is arrange | positioned with respect to the 1st single rod member 20 from the upper side of a non-processed curtain (p11). As shown in FIG. 7, the unprocessed curtain is hung around the single rod members 20, 21 by moving the single rod members 20, 21 arranged on the receiving piece through the drive mechanism 38 so as to narrow the interval. Forcibly hold the processing curtain in a bowl shape. As shown in FIG. 8, the both ends of the single hook members 20 and 21 are supported by the F-shaped hooks 52 of the auxiliary transport mechanism 48 and moved to the first transport mechanism 72 side. As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the holding bracket 22 is attached to both ends of the single rod member around which the curtain is hung (p12), and is assembled as a single structure and freely movable to carry the curtain. The shaping unit 18 is formed (shaped unit forming step P1). When the shaping unit is formed, the shaping unit is transferred to the upper moving device 74, and the receiving pieces 34 and 35 and the F-shaped rod 52 are returned to their original positions.

The shaping unit 18 supported by the first transport mechanism 72 is moved upward via the upper moving device and stops at the position of the carry-in port 56 of the steam processing unit 14. Then, the shutter 58 is opened, and is transported into the steam processing unit 14 filled with steam via the carry-in lateral movement device 76 and delivered to the in-case moving mechanism 60. In the steam processing unit 14, the in-case moving mechanism 60 moves over a required time, for example, about 1 to 2 minutes while supporting the shaping unit 18 from the upper carry-in port to the position of the carry-out port provided on the lower side. Then, the curtain is steamed to stabilize the shape of the bowl (steaming process P2). When the shaping unit is moved to the carry-out position, the in-case moving mechanism 60 is stopped and the carry-out shutter 59 is opened. Then, the shaping unit 18 is conveyed to the drying unit via the second conveyance mechanism 88, and the shutter 59 is closed again.

In the drying unit 16, for example, the shaping unit 18 is dried and cooled by applying air (drying process P <b> 3). After drying, the shaping unit is separated from the holding bracket by the operator's hand at the unit detaching portion 71, and the treated curtain is removed (shaping unit detaching step P4). In addition, as shown in FIG. 13, this processed curtain Ka is tucked off at the upper end side, finished with ears, hems and other necessary sewing, and is packaged and shipped as a product. The single hook member 20 separated from the holding bracket after the processing is transported to a position below the receiving piece of the shaping unit forming portion via a return mechanism 96 as another transport means (single hook member returning step P5). . Then, as shown in FIG. 10, the single hook member is placed on the receiving pieces 34 that are spaced apart from each other by the return device 108 (return step P <b> 6). And like the above-mentioned, it returns to the shaping unit formation process including installation of a non-processed curtain and another single rod member (21), etc., and repeats similarly after that, and the stable ridge is continuously formed in a curtain. . As described above, in this embodiment, each process (function) including soot formation, steam treatment, drying, and the like is divided and configured so that each process is performed in parallel like a flow work. It can be processed in a short time when brazing.
