The joint portion engages with the engaged portion of the housing body, and is supported by being sandwiched between the housing body and the cap. Thus, since the power supply video module and the camera module are directly supported by the housing body, a special support member for supporting them is not required, wiring is easy, the housing body is downsized, and the structure is simplified.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 shows an assembled state of an explosion-proof camera according to an embodiment of the present invention. This explosion-proof camera includes a camera module 1, a power supply video module 2, a housing body 3, a cap 4 and a clamp 5.

As shown in FIG. 2, the camera module 1 includes a lens unit 6, a substrate unit 7, a cord 8, and a guide member 9. The lens unit 6 forms an image of a subject on a non-illustrated image sensor such as a CCD, and has two annular engaging projections 10a and 10b with different thicknesses on the outer periphery. . Either one of the engaging portions 10a and 10b may be used, and the engaging portions 10a and 10b are not limited to an annular shape, and may be a plurality of protrusions arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. The engaging portions 10a and 10b can be used as spacers for changing the position in the axial direction of the camera by exchanging the front and rear positions. The substrate unit 7 performs image processing and the like of an image formed on the image sensor, and is composed of a pair of rectangular substrates arranged to face each other. The substrate unit 7 is integrally attached to the rear end of the lens unit 6 so as to be parallel to the optical axis of the lens unit 6. The cord 8 is pulled out from the rear end of the substrate portion 7 and has a connector 11 at the front end. The guide member 9 is an L-shape composed of a guide portion 9a and an attachment portion 9b, and is attached by screwing the attachment portion 9b to the rear end of the substrate portion 7 so that the guide portion 9a is parallel to the substrate portion 7. Yes. The width W 1 of the guide portion 9 a is wider than the width W of the substrate portion 7.

As shown in FIG. 3, the power video module 2 includes a substrate portion 12, three terminals 13, and a cord 14. The substrate unit 12 performs power supply processing and video signal processing, and is formed of a rectangular substrate. The width W 2 of the substrate part 12 is the same as the width W 1 of the guide part 9 b of the camera module 1. The three terminals 13 are clip-shaped and are provided on the substrate portion 12 so that the power cable 15 and the video cable 16 are connected to each other. Instead of the three clip-shaped terminals 13, a terminal block in which these terminals are combined into one may be used. The cord 14 is pulled out from the front end of the board portion 12 and has a connector 17 at the tip.

As shown in FIG. 4, the housing body 3 has a cylindrical shape with an open front end and a rear end, and is made of stainless steel. A female screw portion 18 is formed at the front end portion of the housing body 3. At the rear end of the female screw portion 18, an engaged portion 19 is formed which is recessed in an annular shape to form a stepped portion. An O-ring 20 is attached to the rear end of the female screw portion 18. A female screw portion 21 is formed at the rear end of the housing body 3. On the inner surface of the housing body 3, two grooves 22, 22 are formed in the longitudinal direction so that both side edges of the guide portion 9 a of the camera module 2 and the substrate portion 12 of the power supply video module 2 can be fitted and slid. ing. Width W3 between the two grooves 22, 22 is slightly larger than the width W 2 of the width of the camera module 1 of the guide portion 9a W 1 and the substrate portion 12 of the power supply video module 2. Two flat seats 23 for fixing the camera are formed on the outer surface near the rear end of the housing body.

The cap 4 has a front end and a rear end that are open and has the same outer shape as the housing body 3 and is made of stainless steel. A window glass 24 is inserted and attached to the front end portion of the cap 4 from the front end side. The window glass 24 is inserted into the glass accommodating recess 30 at the front end of the cap 4 via a packing 31. The window glass 24 is pressed by a ring-shaped glass presser 33 screwed into the front end portion of the cap 4 via a packing 32. Two through holes 34 communicating with the glass accommodating recess 30 are formed on the outer periphery of the front end portion of the cap 4. After the glass presser 33 is mounted, the window glass 24 is fixed by injecting a resin 35 (see FIG. 1) around the glass of the glass housing recess 30 through the through hole 34. The resin 35 may be an epoxy resin adhesive, but is preferably an elastic adhesive such as a two-liquid mixed type silicon resin because of its flexibility and impact resistance. This window glass 24 fixing structure is easier to assemble than the structure in which the window side glass 24 is inserted from the rear end side, and the effective aperture of the window glass 24 can be increased even with the same outer diameter. A wide-angle lens can be used by the lens unit 6 of the module 1. At the rear end of the cap 4, a male screw portion 25 that is screwed with the female screw portion 18 of the housing body 3 is formed.

The clamp 5 has a bolt head 27 having an outer shape equal to or smaller than that of the housing main body 3 and a male screw portion 28 that is screwed with the female screw portion 21 at the rear end portion of the housing main body 3. The clamp 5 is a general pressure-proof packing-type metal fitting that has a packing (not shown) inside and fixes the power cable 15 and the video cable 16.

Next, a procedure for attaching the cables 15 and 16 to the explosion-proof camera having the above configuration will be described.

At a site where an explosion-proof camera is used, first, the cap 4 of the explosion-proof camera is removed from the housing body 3, and the camera module 1 and the power supply video module 2 are taken out as shown in FIG. Subsequently, the clamp 5 is removed from the housing body 3, the power cable 15 and the video cable 16 are inserted into the clamp 5, the core wire at the tip of each cable 15, 16 is peeled off, and inserted into the rear end of the housing body 3, As shown in FIG. 5, the housing body 3 is pulled out from the front end. Next, the ends of the cables 15 and 16 are attached to the terminals 13 of the power supply video module 2, and the connector 11 of the cord 8 of the camera module 1 and the connector 17 of the cord 14 of the power supply video module 2 are coupled.

Then, both side edges of the substrate portion 12 of the power supply video module 2 are inserted into the groove 22 on the inner surface from the front end of the housing body 3 and inserted toward the back. Similarly, both side edges of the guide portion 9a of the guide member 9 of the camera module 1 are inserted into the groove 22 on the inner surface from the front end of the housing body 3 and inserted toward the back. At this time, the power supply video module 2 is positioned at a predetermined position in the back of the housing body 3 by pushing the rear end of the board portion 12 of the power supply video module 2 with the tip of the guide portion 9a of the guide member 9 of the camera module 1. be able to. When the board portion 7 of the camera module 1 enters the inside of the housing body 3 and the engaging protrusions 10a and 10b of the lens portion 6 engage with the engaged portion 19 at the rear end of the female thread portion 18 of the housing body 3, In this state, the male screw part 25 of the cap 4 is screwed onto the female screw part 18 of the housing body 3 and attached.

As a result, the rear end of the male threaded portion 25 of the cap 4 and the housing body 3 are sealed by the O-ring 20. The back end of the male screw portion 25 of the cap 4 and the housing body 3 may also be sealed by an O-ring or the like (not shown). The camera module 1 has a guide portion 9 a of the guide member 9 that is supported by the groove 22 of the housing body 3, and the annular engagement protrusions 10 a and 10 b are engaged with the engaged portion 19 of the housing body 3. The cap 4 is pressed and fixed to the rear end surface of the cap 4 through an O-ring 20 g. Further, the power supply video module 2 is fixed with the rear end of the board portion 12 in contact with the inner end of the groove 22 of the housing body 3 and both side edges of the board portion 12 supported by the groove 22. The cables 15 and 16 pushed into the housing body 3 are accommodated in a space in the housing body 3.

Finally, when the clamp 5 is attached to the rear end of the housing body 3, the assembly is completed.

In the above-described embodiment, the guide member 9 is provided in the camera module 1 and the guide member 9 is supported by the groove 22 of the housing main body 3. The camera module 1 may be supported by simply sandwiching the engaging protrusions 10 a and 10 b between the housing body 3 and the cap 4. In this case, the rear end of the substrate portion of the power supply video module 2 may be pushed in at the rear end of the substrate portion 7 of the camera module 1.
In the above embodiment, the male threaded portion 25 of the cap 4 is screwed into the female threaded portion 18 of the housing body 3, but conversely, the housing main body 3 is provided with the male threaded portion and the cap 4 is provided with the female threaded portion. These may be screwed together.

FIG. 6 shows another embodiment of the present invention. Instead of using the guide member 9 of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, a connecting member 29 that connects the substrate portion 7 of the camera module 1 and the substrate portion 12 of the power video module 2 is used. In this embodiment, since the camera module 1 and the power supply video module 2 are integrated with each other through the connecting member 29, the camera module 1 can be pushed in when the power supply video module 2 is inserted into the housing body 3. Can be inserted easily and quickly.

As described above, the camera module 1 and the power supply video module 2 are accommodated in the longitudinal direction in the housing body 3 and are directly supported by the grooves 22 formed on the inner surface, so that a special support member for supporting them is provided. Is not required, wiring is easy, the housing body 3 is downsized, and the structure is simplified.
