Description
また、本発明は、前記非水電解質を用いた非水電解質電池である。
エチレンカーボネート:エチルメチルカーボネート=4:6(体積比)の混合溶媒にLiPF6を1mol/l溶解することにより、非水電解質を調整した。
エチレンカーボネート:エチルメチルカーボネート=4:6(体積比)の混合溶媒にLiPF6を1mol/l溶解し、その総電解液量に対して1,3−プロペンスルトンを2.0wt%添加した。
エチレンカーボネート:エチルメチルカーボネート=4:6(体積比)の混合溶媒にLiPF6を1mol/l溶解し、その総電解液量に対して1,3−プロペンスルトン及びトリエチルアミンを表1に示す通りの重量比で添加した。
エチレンカーボネート:エチルメチルカーボネート=4:6(体積比)の混合溶媒にLiPF6を1mol/l溶解し、その総電解液量に対して1,3−プロペンスルトン及びトリブチルアミンを表2に示す通りの重量比で添加した。
前記初期充放電工程は、25℃にて、充電電流600mA、充電電圧4.20V、充電時間2.5時間の定電流定電圧充電を行った後、放電電流600mA、終止電圧2.75Vの定電流放電を条件で放電を行った。このときの放電容量を「初期放電容量(mAh)」とし、表1、2に併記した。また、1kHzのインピーダンスメーターを用いて、該放電後の電池の内部抵抗を測定した。ここで、1,3−プロペンスルトンを添加しトリエチルアミンを添加していない比較例2の非水電解質を適用した比較電池の内部抵抗の値に対する、それぞれの電池の内部抵抗の値の百分率を求め、「初期内部抵抗(%)」として表1、2に併記した。
完成した各電池に対して、高温サイクル試験を行った。高温サイクル試験は、60℃にて、充電電流600mA、充電電圧4.20V、充電時間2.5時間の定電流定電圧充電と、放電電流600mA、終止電圧2.75Vの定電流放電とからなる充放電を50サイクル繰り返した。ここで、50サイクル目の放電容量を「60℃充放電サイクル後放電容量(mAh)」として表1に併記した。各電池を25℃まで冷却し、上記と同様に、1kHzのインピーダンスメーターを用いて、放電後の電池の内部抵抗を測定した。ここでも、比較例2に係る電池の初期内部抵抗の値に対する百分率を「60℃充放電サイクル後内部抵抗(%)」として表1、2に併記した。

- 請求項1記載の非水電解質を用いた非水電解質電池。
