Description

The present invention relates to an apparatus for packaging an article having a recess on the surface of a main body.

When a device is stored, transported, handled, or stored in a packaging box, a portion that is vulnerable to the impact of the device may be deformed or damaged due to the impact from the outside. In order to avoid this, the device is protected by arranging a cushioning material along the shape of such a portion.

For example, since the concave partition wall of a device having a concave portion on the surface of the main body is thin, the portion is vulnerable to impact and may be deformed or damaged by external impact. An example of a device having such a shape is a hand dryer shown in FIG. When this equipment is transported, an external force is prevented from being directly applied to the surface having the recess by, for example, sandwiching a cushioning material between the equipment and the packaging box.

Various methods have been studied for packing equipment having irregularities on the surface of the main body using a cushioning material. For example, in Patent Document 2, inner flaps having through holes are provided on the upper and lower sides of a packaging box, cushioning materials provided with convex portions are arranged on the upper and lower sides of the device, and the convex portions of the cushioning materials are arranged. A method is disclosed in which a device is fixed in a packaging box by being fitted into the through hole of the inner flap.

特開2006−142107号公報(1頁、第1図)JP 2006-142107 A (1 page, FIG. 1) 特開2005−212815号公報(13頁、第5図)Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2005-212815 (page 13, FIG. 5)

In the invention described in Patent Document 2, since the buffer material is used, there are problems that the time and cost for molding the buffer material increase and the packaging work becomes complicated.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems. By inserting a part of the packaging device into the recess, the device is supported in the packaging device, and this portion allows the space between the packaging device and the device. The provided cushioning space serves as a cushioning material, and provides a packaging device that prevents an external force from being directly applied to a surface having a recess.

The packaging device according to the present invention is a rectangular tube shaped box formed by bending a single packaging material. The front plate of the packaging device facing the surface with the concave portion of the device is composed of first and second front plates, and the first front plate is connected to the side plate covering the device via a bend line, The main body surface on which the concave portion of the device is formed is covered by folding the folding line. The first front plate is provided with a first pair of tongue pieces at a position facing the concave portion of the device, and after the first front plate covers the surface of the main body of the device, the first front plate faces the concave portion of the device. And folded inside the packaging device. Next, the second front plate is connected to the side plate facing the side plate via a fold line, and the concave portion of the device is formed on the first front plate by bending the fold line. Cover the surface of the main unit. The second front plate is provided with a second pair of tongue pieces at positions facing the concave portion of the device, and after the second front plate covers the main body surface of the device, the second front plate faces the concave portion of the device. Then, the first tongue piece is folded inwardly in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which the first tongue piece is folded. The first and second pair of tongue pieces bent inwardly into the concave portion are engaged with an end edge portion of the second tongue piece portion on the surface of the first tongue piece portion. A frame-like body is formed.

According to the packaging device of the present invention, it is possible to easily fix the device in the packaging device as compared with the case of using a cushioning material or the like. By fixing the device, it is possible to arrange a buffer space around the concave surface of the device, and the use of the buffer material can be reduced. Reducing the use of the cushioning material leads to resource saving and can provide an environment-friendly packaging device.

Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The following embodiment is one form when the present invention is embodied, and is not intended to limit the present invention within the scope thereof.

Embodiment 1 FIG.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a packaging device including an apparatus according to the first embodiment. In the following embodiment, for convenience of explanation, the surface of the packaging device that faces the concave portion of the device is the front surface, the surface that faces the front surface is the rear surface, the left side when viewed from the front side is the left side, and the right side when viewed from the front The right side is defined as the right side, the surface closing the upper opening of the box is the upper surface, and the surface closing the lower opening of the box is the lower surface.

Similarly, with respect to the device, the surface with the recess is the front surface, the surface facing the front surface is the rear surface, the left side surface when viewed from the front surface is the left side surface, the right side surface when viewed from the front surface is the right surface, and the surface facing the upper surface of the packaging device Is the upper surface, and the surface facing the lower surface of the packaging device is the lower surface.

FIG. 1 shows a device 1, a packaging device 2, formed on the front surface of the packaging device 2, and formed by engaging tongue pieces 3 a to 3 d that are bent inward of the packaging device 2, and edge portions of these tongue pieces. Frame-like body 4, upper buffer space 5 between the upper surface of device 1 and upper surface of packaging device 2, lower buffer space 6 between the lower surface of device 1 and lower surface of packaging device 2, front surface of device 1 and packaging It is constituted by a front buffer space 7 between the front surface of the device 2.

In FIG. 1, the outline of the device 1 is indicated by a broken line. The shape of the device 1 in the first embodiment is the same as the shape of the hand dryer shown in FIG. 1 of Patent Document 1, and FIG. 2 shows the outer shape of the device 1. A is a front view of the device 1, and B is a side view thereof. The device 1 has a concave portion on the front surface 1a, and the concave portions reach both side surfaces 1b and 1c.

In the first embodiment, the tongue pieces 3a to 3d are all bent at a substantially right angle toward the inner side of the packaging device, but the angle of bending can be independently changed for each tongue piece according to the shape of the recess. In this way, it is possible to cope with variously shaped recesses.

The frame-like body 4 is fitted in the concave portion of the device, and suppresses the vertical displacement of the device 1. In addition, the rear surface of the device 1 and the rear surface plate of the packaging device are brought into contact with each other, and the front end portion of the frame-like body 4 is positioned in the vicinity of the bottom portion of the concave portion, thereby suppressing the displacement in the front-rear direction. Accordingly, the front buffer space 7 can be provided in front of the concave partition wall.

FIG. 3 is a plan development view of the packaging device in the first embodiment. A broken line represents a folding line, and a solid line represents a cutting line. The procedure for packaging the device 1 will be described with reference to FIG. This packaging is so-called wrap round packaging in which packaging is performed by covering the periphery of the device 1 with a packaging material.

First, before packaging, the solid line portions on the outer periphery of the tongue pieces 3c and 3d in the first front plate 2j are cut, and a fold line is formed so that the valley can be folded along the broken line portion on the outer periphery. Similarly, the solid line portions on the outer periphery of the tongue pieces 3a and 3b in the second front plate 2f are cut, and a fold line is formed so that the valley can be folded along the broken line portion on the outer periphery. At this time, the angle formed by the fold lines of the tongue pieces 3a and 3b and the fold lines of the tongue pieces 3c and 3d is substantially a right angle. It is assumed that the fold line of the face plate other than the tongue piece has already been formed.

Next, the rear surface 1d of the device 1 is placed in contact with the rear surface plate 2h of the packaging device. Next, the left side plate 2g of the packaging device is folded along a folding line in contact with the rear side plate 2h and brought into contact with the left side surface 1b of the device 1. Similarly, the right side plate 2i of the packaging device is valley-folded along a folding line in contact with the rear plate 2h and brought into contact with the right side surface 1c of the device 1. It is also possible to fold the packaging device 2 to this state before placing the device 1 and then place the device 1 to start the packaging operation.

Next, the first front plate 2j of the packaging device is valley-folded along a fold line in contact with the right side plate 2i to cover the front surface 1a of the device 1. Further, the tongue pieces 3c and 3d are folded inwardly along the folding lines on the outer circumference of the tongue pieces 3c and 3d so as to contact the inner wall of the recess. Next, the second front plate 2f of the packaging device is valley-folded along a folding line in contact with the right side plate 2g, and is folded so as to overlap the first front plate 2j to cover the front surface 1a of the device 1. Further, the tongue pieces 3a and 3b are folded inwardly along the folding line on the outer periphery of the tongue pieces 3a and 3b. At this time, it is bent along the surface of the tongue pieces 3c and 3d which have been bent first, to the vicinity of the end edges thereof. The tongue pieces 3a and 3b of the second front plate 2f are held in a state of being bent by the restoring force of the tongue pieces 3c and 3d bent in advance, and are held in an engaged state by the friction thereof. 4 is formed. In order to further strengthen the engagement, an adhesive is applied in advance to a position to be engaged with the tongue pieces 3a and 3b on the surface of the tongue pieces 3c and 3d to be bent first, and the tongue pieces 3a and 3b to be bent later are applied. You may make it adhere | attach with an edge part.

Next, the upper surface plates 2a to 2e constituting the upper surface of the packaging device 2 are valley-folded along the folding lines of the respective surfaces in the order of the upper surface plates 2c, 2d, 2b, 2e, 2a, and the upper surface 1e of the device 1 Cover. Next, the lower surface plates 2k to 2o constituting the lower surface of the packaging device 2 are valley-folded along the folding lines of the respective surfaces in the order of the lower surface plates 2m, 2n, 2l, 2o, 2k, and the lower surface 1f of the device 1 Cover.

FIG. 4 is a schematic view showing the bending operation of the tongue piece portion after the surface having the concave portion of the device 1 is covered with the first front plate 2j. A is a top view of the tongue piece parts 3c and 3d of the 1st front plate 2j before bending inside a packaging apparatus. B is a plan view of the tongue pieces 3c and 3d after being bent inside the packaging apparatus. Here, the inside direction of the apparatus is the back side direction of the drawing. In A, the tongue pieces 3c and 3d are bent along a folding line represented by a broken line on the outer periphery. In B, the tongue piece 3c is bent in the upward direction as shown by the arrow, and in the direction toward the back of the paper. 3d is bent in the lower side direction indicated by the arrow in the direction toward the back of the paper. In other words, the tongue pieces 3c and 3d are bent in the device inner direction in opposite directions.

FIG. 5 is a schematic view showing the bending operation of the tongue piece portion after the second front plate 2f covers the surface having the concave portion of the device 1. A is a top view of the tongue piece parts 3a and 3b of the 2nd front plate 2f before bending inside a packaging apparatus. B is a plan view of the tongue pieces 3a and 3b after being folded inside the packaging device. As in FIG. 4, the inner side direction of the apparatus is the rear side direction of the paper. In A, the tongue pieces 3a, 3b are bent along a folding line represented by a broken line on the outer periphery. In B, the tongue piece 3a is bent in the leftward direction and in the direction toward the back of the paper as indicated by the arrow. 3b is bent in the right side direction indicated by the arrow in the direction toward the back of the paper. That is, the tongue pieces 3a and 3b are bent in the device inner direction in opposite directions. Therefore, the direction in which the tongue pieces 3a and 3b are bent is a direction orthogonal to the direction in which the tongue pieces 3c and 3d are bent.

In the formation of the frame-like body 4, the tongue piece portion 3a has its edge portions 3k, 3l along the surface 3i of the tongue piece portion 3c and the surface 3j of the tongue piece portion 3d in FIG. The edge portion 3e and the tongue piece portion 3d are bent to the vicinity of the edge portion 3g. Similarly, the tongue piece portion 3b has its edge portions 3m and 3n along the surface 3i of the tongue piece portion 3c and the surface 3j of the tongue piece portion 3d in FIG. Bend to the vicinity of the edge 3h of the piece 3d.

Further, the width L ′ in the direction parallel to the folding lines of the tongue pieces 3a and 3b is the distance between the tongue pieces 3c and the tongue pieces 3d when the tongue pieces 3c and 3d are bent inward of the apparatus (see FIG. It is necessary to be the same as or wider than L) in 4. When the device 1 is transported, the tongue pieces 3a and 3b to be bent later are brought into contact with each other without any gap between the tongue pieces 3c and 3d to be bent first, so that the strength of the engagement is increased. It is possible to prevent the frame-like body 4 from collapsing.

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional front view of packaging apparatus 2 in the first embodiment. In the shape of the device in the first embodiment, the recessed portion reaches the both side surfaces 1b and 1c, so that even if the recessed portion and the frame-like body 4 are fitted, the displacement in the lateral direction cannot be suppressed. For this reason, the left side surface 1b of the device 1 and the left side plate 2g of the packaging device 2 are brought into contact with each other, and similarly, the right side surface 1c of the device 1 and the right side plate 2i of the packaging device 2 are brought into contact with each other. Thereby, the position shift of the side surface direction of the apparatus 1 can be suppressed. In the drawings of the embodiments shown below, the upper surface plate and the lower surface plate are simplified and represented by one sheet. In the plan development view of FIG. 2, the upper surface and the lower surface are each constituted by five face plates. This holds the product in the box when the frame 4 collapses due to some impact during transportation of the device 1. It is something that can be done. Note that the number of face plates is not limited to five, but may be a number corresponding to the load of the device.

7 is a cross-sectional side view taken along the line A-A ′ of FIG. 6 of the packaging device 2 according to the first embodiment. The positional displacement of the apparatus 1 in the front-rear direction is suppressed by fitting the concave portion of the apparatus 1 and the frame-shaped body 4 and the rear surface 1 d of the apparatus 1 in contact with the rear surface plate 2 h of the packaging device 2. Accordingly, the front buffer space 7 can be provided between the front surface 1a of the device 1 and the front plate 2j of the packaging device.

With the above-described configuration, the frame-like body 4 constituted by the tongue pieces 3a to 3d and the recess of the device 1 are fitted, and the rear surface, the left side surface, and the right side surface of the device 1 and the packaging device 2 are respectively abutted. The device 1 can be fixed in the packaging device 2 by being brought into contact, and buffer surfaces can be provided on the front surface, the upper surface, and the lower surface of the device 1 to protect the surface of the device 1 having the recesses.

Embodiment 2. FIG.
FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional front view of the packaging device 2 in the second embodiment. The form of the device 1 in the second embodiment is similar to the first embodiment described above, but the front surface 1a of the device 1 has a recess, but the recessed portion does not reach the side surfaces 1b and 1c.

In FIG. 8, a left side buffer space 8 is provided between the left side 1 b of the device 1 and the left side plate 2 g of the packaging device 2. Similarly, a right side buffer space 9 is provided between the right side 1 c of the device 1 and the right side plate 2 i of the packaging device 2. In the case of the second embodiment, the side surface side tongue pieces 3 a and 3 b of the frame-like body 4 abut against the inner wall of the concave portion of the device 1 to suppress the positional deviation in the side surface direction. For this reason, the left side plate 2g and the right side plate 2i of the packaging device 2 do not need to be in contact with the device 1, and buffer spaces can be provided on both side surfaces of the device 1. Further, since the inner wall of the recess and the upper and lower tongue pieces 3c and 3d of the frame-like body 4 are in contact with each other and the vertical displacement can be suppressed, the upper surface buffer space 5 and the lower surface buffer space 6 can be provided. Although not shown, the front buffer space 7 can be provided as in the first embodiment.

Embodiment 3 FIG.
FIG. 9 is a sectional side view of the packaging device 2 according to the third embodiment. As in the first embodiment described above, the device 1 in the third embodiment has a recess on the front surface 1a of the device, and the recessed portion reaches both side surfaces 1b and 1c. However, a convex portion is further provided at the bottom of the concave portion.

As shown in the figure, the tongue piece 3b is shaped to fit into the concave shape. Although not shown, the tongue piece portion 3a paired with the tongue piece portion 3b has the same shape. The tongue pieces 3c and 3d may remain rectangular. By matching the shape of the tongue piece with the shape of the concave portion, the frame-like body 4 can be accurately fitted into the concave portion, and the positional deviation in the vertical direction can be effectively suppressed. In addition to the present embodiment, the shape of the tongue piece can be appropriately selected so as to match the shape of the recess.

Embodiment 4 FIG.
In FIG. 10, A is a plan view of the tongue pieces 3a and 3b in Embodiment 4, and B is a plan view of the tongue pieces 3c and 3d. The tongue pieces 3a and 3b of the second front plate 2f are provided with notches 10a to 10d at the edge portions near the cutting line, and similarly cut into the tongue pieces 3c and 3d of the first front plate 2j. Extending portions 11a to 11d are provided at positions that are edge portions in the vicinity of the line and are fitted to the cutout portions when the frame-like body 4 is formed. At the time of forming the frame-like body, the notch portions and the extension portions of these 10a and 11a, 10b and 11b, 10c and 11c, 10d and 11d are fitted.

FIG. 11 shows a side view of the frame-like body 4 showing the engagement of the tongue pieces in the fourth embodiment. As shown in the drawing, it is a side view seen from the tongue piece portion 3c side, and the cutout portion 10a of the tongue piece portion 3a and the extending portion 11a of the tongue piece portion 3c are fitted. Further, the cutout portion 10b of the tongue piece portion 3b and the extending portion 11b of the tongue piece portion 3c are fitted. These fittings strengthen the engagement between the tongue pieces and prevent the frame-like body 4 from collapsing due to vibrations during transportation after the device 1 is stored.

Embodiment 5 FIG.
In FIG. 12, A is a plan view of the tongue pieces 3a and 3b in Embodiment 5, and B is a plan view of the tongue pieces 3c and 3d. The tongue pieces 3a and 3b of the second front plate 2f are provided with through holes 12a to 12d at the edge portions near the cutting line, and the tongue pieces 3c and 3d of the first front plate 2j are similarly cut lines. Extending portions 11a to 11d are provided at positions close to the through-holes when the frame-like body 4 is formed in the vicinity of the edge portion. At the time of forming the frame-like body, the extending portions of 11a and 12a, 11b and 12b, 11c and 12c, 11d and 12d, and the through hole are fitted.

FIG. 13 shows a side view of the frame-like body 4 showing the engagement of the tongue pieces in the fifth embodiment. As shown in the drawing, it is a side view seen from the tongue piece portion 3c side, and the through hole 12a of the tongue piece portion 3a and the extending portion 11a of the tongue piece portion 3c are fitted. Further, the through hole 12b of the tongue piece portion 3b and the extending portion 11b of the tongue piece portion 3c are fitted. These fittings increase the strength of the engagement between the tongue pieces, and prevent the frame-like body 4 from collapsing due to vibration during transportation after the device 1 is stored.

Embodiment 6 FIG.
When the device 1 is packaged in the first embodiment, the packaging device 2 has holes at positions corresponding to the tongue pieces 3a to 3d. Since the recessed portion is in a position that is reserved, it is a portion that is less susceptible to external impacts during transportation than the recessed partition wall, but it is also possible to close the hole to enhance protection of the recessed portion of the device 1 is there.

FIG. 14 is a plan development view of the packaging device 2 according to the sixth embodiment. The third front plate 2p is connected to the lower surface plate 2m via a folding line in the plan development view of FIG. 2 of the first embodiment. The area of the third front plate 2p only needs to be larger than the area capable of closing the hole, and can be connected to a face plate other than the bottom plate 2m so as to face the position of the hole. After packaging the device 1 by the packaging procedure described in the first embodiment, the third front plate 2p is valley-folded along a fold line contacting the lower surface plate 2m constituting the lower surface of the packaging device, Overlay on the second front plate 2f. Thereby, the hole of the packaging device 2 formed by bending the tongue pieces 3a and 3b on the second front plate 2f can be closed, and the recessed portion of the device 1 can be protected.
