Claims (22)
- 共押出しで管状の熱可塑性樹脂でできた多層予備成形体を製造するための装置であって、
ほぼ同軸に設けられた複数の流路(FK1,FK2)を有する共押出しヘッド(10)を備え、
この複数の流路に各々、個々の流入開口部(ZF1,ZF2)から、分配環(26,28)内で環状に分配されかつ円錐切頭環に沿って流れる溶融材料が供給され、
この場合溶融材料が漏斗状に拡張している流路(12)内に流れ、
その内部において移動可能な環状ピストン(16)が往復直線運動可能な環状蓄圧室(14)と、
遮断可能な環状ノズル間隙(20)を有する、環状蓄圧室(14)に接続している引渡し−環状管路(18)を備えている装置において、
共押出しヘッドを通る縦断面で見て、各分配環(26,28)内の流入開口部(ZF1,ZF2)側の領域内における間隙幅(s1,s2)が、流入開口部(ZF1,ZF2)と反対側の領域内の間隙幅(s2,s6)よりも広いことと、
共押出しヘッドを通る縦断面で見て、各流路(FK1,FK2)内の流入開口部(ZF1,ZF2)側の領域内における流入間隙幅(s3,s7)が、流路(FK1,FK2)と反対側の領域内の間隙幅(s4,s8)よりも狭いことを特徴とする装置。 - 各分配環(26,28)の横断面面積(F26,F28)が、所属する流路(FK1,FK2)の横断面面積(FFK1,FFK2)よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 流路(FK1,FK2)は各々、第一シリンダ環(22;24)内に合流し、この場合第一シリンダ環(22;24)の各々の横断面面積(F22,F24)が、横断面面積(FFK1,FFK2)よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 第一シリンダ環(22;24)の各々の横断面面積(F22,F24)が、所属する分配環(26;28)の横断面面積(F26,F28)の最大で2倍の大きさであることを特徴とする請求項3記載の装置。
- 複数の溶融材料が互いに出会う合流箇所(30)と、一緒になった溶融材料を漏斗状に拡張された共通の流路(12)内に合流する拡張箇所(32)の間に、共通のシリンダ環(34)として形成されている緩衝区間が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 共通のシリンダ環(34)の横断面面積(F34)が第一シリンダ環(22,24)の横断面面積(F22,F24)の和に一致していることを特徴とする請求項5記載の装置。
- 共通のシリンダ環(34)の長さが所属するシリンダ環(22,24)の環間隙(s9,s10)の和の2倍と同じかあるいはそれより大きいことを特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。
- 漏斗状でかつ環状の共通の流路(12)が内側円錐切頭ジャケット面(36)と外側円錐切頭ジャケット面(38)により区画されており、
この場合共押出しヘッド(10)を通る縦断面で見て、垂直線と内側円錐切頭ジャケット面(36)との間の第一角度が、垂直線と外側円錐切頭ジャケット面(38)との間の第二角度よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の装置。 - 第一角度がほぼ0°であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 内側ジャケット面がシリンダ面として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 外側壁(40)における円錐切頭体の各流路(FK1,FK2)の領域内に、バッフル(44)を保持する環状のノッチ(42)が設けられており、このバッフルが溶融材料の貫流を絞るために円錐切頭環内に移動可能であるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 弾性的バッフル(44)の内径が調節装置により変更可能であるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。
- 流入開口部(ZF1,ZF2)が各々、供給装置(50,52)と接続しており、この供給装置が共押出しヘッド(10)と強固に接続しかつ供給凹部(54,56)を有しており、この供給凹部は環状ピストン(16)の行程時に溶融材料を流入開口部(ZF1,ZF2)に移送することと、
溶融材料が供給装置(50,52)に、溶融材料が強固に接続している共押出し導管を経由して供給されることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載の装置。 - 供給凹部(54,56)が環状ピストン(16)の行程に相当する長さを有していることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の装置。
- 供給装置(50,52)が環状セグメントとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の装置。
- 二つの異なる溶融材料のために、互いに正反対に設けられた二つの供給装置(50,52)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項13〜15のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 流入開口部(ZF1,ZF2)が各々、供給シリンダ(60)に接続しており、この供給シリンダが摺動可能な環状ピストン(16)に強固に固定され、かつこの供給シリンダ内では押出し導管(64)と不動に接続した空供給ピストン(62)が摺動可能に収容されており、この中空供給ピストンには溶融材料が中空供給ピストンと強固に接続された押出し導管(64)を経由して供給されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 摺動可能な環状ピストン(16)が液圧装置(70)と接続しており、この液圧装置が環状蓄圧室(14)が溶融材料で満たされる際に、環状ピストン(16)の重量の一部を受けることを特徴とする請求項1〜17のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
- 溶融材料を環状蓄圧室(14)から押出す際に、液圧装置(70)が作用しない状態で接続されているように手段が講じられていることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の装置。
- 液圧装置(70)がピストン(76)を備えた少なくとも一つのシリンダ(74)を備えており、シリンダ(74)が環状ピストン(16)と強固に接続しており、ピストン(76)が環状蓄圧室(14)を備えたケーシング(8)に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項18または19に記載の装置。
- 環状ピストン(16)の両側で環状ピストン(16)の周囲で点対称に存在するように、ピストン(76)を備えたシリンダ(74)が各々設けられていることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の装置。
- 環状ピストン(16)の上方に、収容装置(80)が設けられており、この収容装置がピストンロッドK1、K2を介して環状ピストン(16)と接続している、環状ピストン(16)のための液圧装置から滴下する液圧油および/またはスリーブ(6)のための液圧装置から滴下する液圧油を収容することを特徴とする請求項1〜17のいずれか一つに記載の装置。
