Description
本発明は、第1段階において燃焼排ガスを急冷し、第2段階において急冷した燃焼排ガスを洗浄する2段階システムを使用して、SOX濃度を低減する燃焼排ガス処理の構成および方法を対象にしている。第1および/または第2段階が、洗浄段階において正味の水の凝縮が実質的に起こらないように構成および/または運転されることが最も好ましい。その結果として、高い洗浄溶剤濃度を保つことによって、高いSOXの除去を達成し、これはさらに洗浄溶剤および水の損失が低減し有利である。
図1は、本発明の主題による2段階急冷洗浄装置の例示的な構成を示す。
本発明者らは、SOXおよび他の汚染物質を除去して低レベルにし、洗浄媒体および資源としての水の両方を節約するやり方で、燃焼排ガスを効果的に処理できることを思いがけず見出した。最も一般的に、企図されたシステムは別個の溶剤循環システムを使用し、ここで燃焼排ガスは最初に第1システム中の急冷媒体でもって急冷され、急冷された燃焼排ガスは、第2システム中の苛性アルカリ水性溶剤を使用して洗浄される。両方のシステムが、コストおよびプロット面積の最小化のために、単一カラム構成において運転されることが最も好ましい。
Claims (14)
- 燃焼排ガスを第1の温度において急冷セクションに供給し、前記燃焼排ガスを急冷セクションにおいて水を急冷媒体として使用して第2の温度に急冷し、水で飽和された急冷した燃焼排ガスを製造すること、
ここで、急冷媒体は、急冷回路中で循環され、急冷セクションに再度入る前に冷却機によって冷却され、
急冷された燃焼排ガスの温度は35〜50℃であり、急冷セクションを出る急冷媒体の温度は45〜65℃であり;
前記急冷した燃焼排ガスを洗浄セクションに供給し、苛性アルカリを洗浄媒体として使用して、洗浄した燃焼排ガス中のSOXおよびNOX含有量の少なくとも1つを所定の濃度10ppm以下に低減するように、洗浄セクション中の前記急冷した燃焼排ガスを洗浄することを含み、
急冷セクションおよび洗浄セクションが、単一の塔内にあり、
洗浄セクション中の水の正味の凝縮がない、燃焼排ガスの処理方法。 - 燃焼排ガスが、石炭だき焼却炉、炭化水素燃料だき焼却炉、天然ガスだき焼却炉からなる群から選択される供給源から提供される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1の温度が、100℃と300℃の間である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 全SO2の10%未満が、急冷セクションにおいて吸収される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 苛性アルカリが、アルカリ土類金属水酸化物、アルカリ金属水酸化物およびアンモニウム水酸化物の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 苛性アルカリの濃度が、10重量%以上の苛性アルカリの初期添加に相当する濃度において維持される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 中和した急冷媒体を、下水道またはプラントのプロセス構成要素に排出する段階をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 燃焼排ガスを、洗浄セクション中の洗浄媒体が急冷された燃焼排ガスからの水の凝縮で希釈されないように、急冷セクション中の急冷媒体を用いてある温度へ急冷すること、
ここで、急冷媒体は、急冷回路中で循環され、急冷セクションに再度入る前に冷却機によって冷却され、
急冷された燃焼排ガスの温度は35〜50℃であり、急冷セクションを出る急冷媒体の温度は45〜65℃であり;
前記急冷した燃焼排ガスを、洗浄セクションにて苛性アルカリを洗浄媒体として使用して洗浄すること;
を含み、急冷された燃焼排ガスが急冷媒体で飽和されており、
急冷セクションおよび洗浄セクションが、単一の塔内にある、
燃焼排ガス中のSOXおよびNOXの少なくとも1つを所定の濃度10ppm未満に低減する方法。 - 急冷媒体が水である、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 急冷が、全SO2の10%未満が急冷セクションにおいて吸収されるように実施される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 洗浄媒体の濃度が、10重量%以上の苛性アルカリの初期添加に相当する濃度に維持される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 燃焼排ガスを第1の温度で受け入れる急冷セクションと;
ここで、急冷セクションは、水を急冷媒体として使用して燃焼排ガスの温度を第2の温度へ低減し、水で飽和された急冷した燃焼排ガスを製造し、急冷媒体は急冷回路中で循環され、急冷回路は急冷セクションに再度入る前に急冷媒体を冷却する冷却機を含む;
急冷セクションと流体的に連結しており、急冷された燃焼排ガスを第2の温度で受け入れる洗浄セクションと;
ここで、洗浄セクションは、急冷された燃焼排ガスを洗浄媒体である苛性アルカリ溶剤と接触させる;
を含み、
急冷された燃焼排ガスの温度は35〜50℃であり、急冷セクションを出る急冷媒体の温度は45〜65℃であり;
急冷セクションおよび洗浄セクションは、単一の塔内にあり、
洗浄セクション中の燃焼排ガスからの水の凝縮がなく、苛性アルカリ溶剤は、20ppm未満のSOX濃度を有する洗浄した燃焼排ガスを生成するために有効な濃度を有する燃焼排ガス処理システム。 - 洗浄媒体が、10重量%以上の苛性アルカリの初期添加に相当する濃度で苛性アルカリを含む、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 急冷セクションが、燃焼排ガスからの凝縮水を収容する、請求項12に記載のシステム。
