Description

ポリプロピレン繊維(2.5デニール、長さ10mm)
普通ポルトランドセメント68.6重量部、水28.9重量部、乳化剤を25wt%、重合開始剤を1.0wt%を溶解させたスチレン溶液3.1重量部及びセメント、水、スチレン溶液の合計量に対して1.5wt%の補強繊維の割合で連続ニーダーに供給して逆エマルジョン組成物を連続的に形成し、それを押出機に投入して押出成形した。次いで得られた成形体の表面にロールコーターを用いて表1に示す液状物質を固形分換算で表1に示す量塗布して塗膜を形成し、しかる後に蒸気養生法にて養生硬化させて無機質成形体を得た。なお、ビニル単量体として使用したスチレンの揮発量については、成形体の表面に液状物質を塗布した直後に、該成形体表面の一定面積(10cm×15cm)が露出するようにポリエステルフィルムで被覆し、表面からの高さが3cmの所でガステック検知管を用いてスチレン濃度を測定した。更に、表面硬化性については得られた無機質成形体を23℃、50%RH条件下で24時間養生させた後、ショアー硬度計(D型)を用いて表面硬度を測定することにより評価した。その結果を表1に示す。
Claims (4)
- 水硬性無機物質、水及びビニル単量体を混練してなる逆エマルジョン組成物を成形した後、該成形体の表面にポリビニルアルコールからなる液状物質を塗布して塗膜を形成し、次いで養生硬化せしめることを特徴とする無機質成形体の製造方法。
- 上記ビニル単量体が、スチレン、α−メチルスチレン、ジビニルベンゼン、メタクリル酸メチル、エチレングリコールジメタクリレート、トリメチロールプロパントリメタクリレート及びアクリルニトリルから選択される少なくとも一種であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無機質成形体の製造方法。
- 上記ビニル単量体が、スチレンであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の無機質成形体の製造方法。
- 水硬性無機物質、水及びビニル単量体を混練してなる逆エマルジョン組成物を押出成形することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の無機質成形体の製造方法。
