・ASH5%,HFD:普通の水抽出エゾウコギエキス0.5%入り高脂肪食(630 kcal/100g)自由摂取ラット 6匹(図中、「通常水抽出」と表示)

高脂肪食投与ラットは、普通食投与ラットに比べ1日あたり平均約1.9倍の体重増加が認められた。高脂肪食条件下、通常の水抽出ASHエキスは、高脂肪食単独投与ラットに比べ1日あたり平均約27%の体重抑制を示した。一方、アルカリ電解水抽出エキスは、高脂肪食単独投与ラットに比べ1日あたり平均約42-49%の体重抑制を示し、アルカリ電解水抽出エキスによる作用の増強効果が明らかとなった。
