Description

The present invention relates to a parting edge material.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a park or a garden, a parting edge material has been used to create a boundary line for lawn, sand, and planting, and is partitioned into a desired shape. For this parting edge material, (1) The parting edge (boundary line) can be set freely, (2) Easy construction, (3) Less subsidence and lifting of the ground, (4) Durability There are demands for a long and long life, and (5) low cost.
In order to realize the above-described object, various parting edges have been proposed. For example, as in Patent Document 1, a partition plate, an arm that supports the partition plate, and the partition plates are connected to each other. The joint includes a pair of fitting grooves formed at both ends in the vertical direction of the joint, and an angle setting means that is formed in both the fitting grooves and allows the joint to be bent at a desired angle. There is one in which the shape formed by connecting the plates can be freely set.
JP 2006-254842 A

By the way, the parting edge material of the above-mentioned patent document 1 has a substantially L-shaped cross section composed of a partition plate, an arm, and a support plate, and when installing the support plate, the soil is the width of the support plate. There was a problem that it was necessary to dig up more than this and the work was troublesome.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and provides a parting edge material that can freely set the boundary, reduce the lifting of the ground, and improve work efficiency. is there.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the invention described in claim 1 supports a partition member that partitions between adjacent soils, a connecting member that connects the partition members, and the partition member in the soil. In the parting edge material provided with a support member, the partition member is formed so that the concave portions are opposed to each other at a flat plate portion for partitioning between the adjacent soils and at both vertical ends of the flat plate portion. And a fitting portion that fits into the concave portion of the U-shaped portion is formed on the support member .

The invention described in claim 2 is characterized in that the U-shaped portion is formed in different shapes at both ends of the flat plate portion.

The invention described in claim 3 is characterized in that the connecting member is configured to be insertable into the concave portion of the U-shaped portion.

The invention described in claim 4 is characterized in that at least one of the inner surface of the U-shaped portion and the connecting member is formed with contact portions that can contact each other.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, one U-shaped portion is disposed as a parting edge so that the bottom surface of the U-shaped portion is exposed on the surface of the soil, and the concave portion of the other U-shaped portion is directed upward. Are arranged as follows. Therefore, when the soil is backfilled, the soil is filled in the concave portion of the other U-shaped portion, so that the partition member can be reliably held in the soil, and the partition member and the soil can be prevented from rising. effective. In addition, when the partition member is placed in the soil, it can be installed by digging up only the soil for the region in which the partition member is placed, so that the working efficiency can be improved. Furthermore, since the boundary is formed only by placing the partition member in the soil, there is an effect that the boundary can be set freely.
Moreover, a support member can be installed by driving in the soil so that the fitting part of a support member may be fitted in the recessed part of a U-shaped part. Therefore, since the support member can be installed at any position of the partition member (concave portion), the partition member can be reliably supported in the soil without being affected by obstacles in the soil, and the partition member can be lifted. There exists an effect which can be suppressed more certainly.

According to the invention described in claim 2, the shape exposed on the surface of the soil as a parting edge can be selected from both ends of the partition member. Therefore, there is an effect that the degree of freedom in designing the parting edge can be improved.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, when the adjacent partition members are connected to each other, the connection members can be connected only by being inserted into the concave portions of the partition members located on both sides. Therefore, the partition members can be easily connected, and the working efficiency can be improved.

According to the invention described in claim 4 , when the connecting member is inserted into the partition member, the partition member and the connecting member can be supported and fixed by the contact portion. Therefore, there is an effect that the partition member and the connecting member can be reliably supported and fixed with a simple configuration without being fixed with screws or the like.

Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 1, the parting edge material 10 of this embodiment supports the partition member 11 which partitions between adjacent soil, the connection member 13 which connects the partition members 11, and the partition member 11 in soil. And a support member 15 for this purpose.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the partition member 11 is made of, for example, a polyethylene resin mixed with about 20% of wood flour. The partition member 11 includes a flat plate portion 21 formed in a flat plate shape, and a large U-shaped portion 22 and a small U-shaped portion 23 formed at both ends in the height direction of the flat plate portion 21. The bottom portion 24 of the large U-shaped portion 22 and the bottom portion 25 of the small U-shaped portion 23 are connected to both ends of the flat plate portion 21. Further, the concave portion 26 of the large U-shaped portion 22 and the concave portion 27 of the small U-shaped portion 23 are formed to face each other.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the connecting member 13 is formed of polyethylene resin mixed with about 20% of wood flour, like the partition member 11. The connecting member 13 is formed in a substantially square shape when viewed from the front. A first contact portion 31 that can be inserted into the concave portion 26 of the large U-shaped portion 22 and abutted against the inner surface 28 of the concave portion 26 is substantially on the surface 13 a of the connecting member 13 with respect to the surface 13 a of the connecting member 13. It is formed to protrude in the vertical direction. A second contact portion 32 that can be inserted into the recess 27 of the small U-shaped portion 23 and can contact the inner surface 29 of the recess 27 is formed so as to protrude in a substantially vertical direction with respect to the surface 13 a of the connecting member 13. Yes. The first contact portion 31 and the second contact portion 32 are each formed at three locations. The connecting member 13 may be attached to only one side of the partition member 11 or may be attached to both sides.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the support member 15 is formed of a polyethylene resin mixed with about 20% of wood flour, like the partition member 11. The support member 15 is formed in a substantially pile shape, and the partition member 11 can be supported and fixed in the soil by inserting the distal end portion 15a into the soil. A fitting portion 35 is formed at the rear end portion 15 b of the support member 15. The fitting portion 35 is formed with two types of fitting portions. The first fitting portion 36 has a shape that can be fitted into the concave portion 26 of the large U-shaped portion 22 of the partition member 11. On the other hand, the second fitting portion 37 has a shape that can be fitted into the concave portion 27 of the small U-shaped portion 23 of the partition member 11. Further, a pull-out preventing portion 39 formed in a tapered shape is formed on the body portion 38 of the support member 15. The pull-out preventing part 39 is formed in a direction orthogonal to the direction in which the first fitting part 36 and the second fitting part 37 are formed in plan view. With this configuration, when the support member 15 is driven into the soil, the pull-out prevention unit 39 can be driven smoothly without interfering with the partition member 11.

(Function)
Next, the installation method of the parting edge material 10 of this embodiment is demonstrated. In this embodiment, the case where the large U-shaped portion 22 is exposed on the ground surface will be described.
As shown in FIG. 8, the soil where the parting edge material 10 is installed is dug into a groove 51. The dug up soil is piled aside for use in backfilling (not shown).

As shown in FIG. 9, the partition members 11 are arranged in the grooves, and the partition members 11 are connected by the connecting member 13 (see FIG. 1). If the parting edge material 10 is to be arranged in a curved line, the side surfaces of the large U-shaped portion 22 and the small U-shaped portion 23 of the partition member 11 may be partially cut off with a saw or the like and bent.

As shown in FIG. 10, after arranging the partition member 11, the support member 15 is driven into the soil. At this time, the second fitting portion 37 of the support member 15 is driven so as to fit into the concave portion 27 of the small U-shaped portion 23. Here, since the support member 15 can be fitted at an arbitrary position of the recess 27, the partition member 11 is surely supported and fixed. Further, when the support member 15 is driven, it is preferable to hit a wooden piece and drive it with a hammer.

As shown in FIG. 11, the soil is backfilled while adjusting the height of the partition member 11. At this time, the concave portion 27 of the small U-shaped portion 23 is filled with soil to suppress the partition member 11 from rising.
As shown in FIG. 12, all the soil is backfilled, and the operation is completed.

According to the present embodiment, when one U-shaped part (for example, the large U-shaped part 22) is arranged as a parting edge so that the bottom surface of the large U-shaped part 22 is exposed on the soil surface, the other U-shaped part ( For example, the small U-shaped portion 23) is arranged so that the concave portion 27 is directed upward. Therefore, when the soil is backfilled, the soil is filled in the concave portion 27 of the small U-shaped portion 23, so that the partition member 11 can be prevented from rising. In addition, when the partition member 11 is placed in the soil, it can be installed by digging up only the soil for the region where the partition member 11 is placed, so that work efficiency can be improved. Moreover, since the amount of soil to be dug can be reduced, the settlement of the soil can be suppressed.

In addition, the large U-shaped portion 22 is formed on one of both ends of the partition member 11 and the small U-shaped portion 23 is formed on the other, so that the shape exposed to the soil surface as a parting edge can be changed from both ends of the partition member 11. Either one can be selected. Accordingly, the degree of freedom in designing the parting edge can be improved.

Moreover, the 1st fitting part 36 or the 2nd fitting part 37 of the supporting member 15 is selected according to the recessed part shape of a U-shaped part, and it drives in the soil so that a fitting part and a recessed part may fit. The support member 15 can be installed. Therefore, since the support member 15 can be installed at any position of the partition member 11 (the recess 26 or the recess 27), the partition member 11 can be reliably supported in the soil without being affected by the obstacle in the soil. At the same time, the lifting of the partition member 11 can be more reliably suppressed.

Further, when the adjacent partition members 11 are connected to each other, the connection members 13 can be connected only by being inserted into the concave portions 26 and 27 of the partition members 11 located on both sides. Therefore, the partition member 11 can be easily connected, and work efficiency can be improved.

When the connecting member 13 is inserted into the partition member 11, the partition member 11 and the connecting member 13 can be supported and fixed by the first contact portion 31 and the second contact portion 32. Therefore, the partition member 11 and the connecting member 13 can be reliably supported and fixed with a simple configuration without being fixed with screws or the like.

Moreover, in this embodiment, since the partition member 11, the connecting member 13, and the support member 15 are formed of polyethylene resin mixed with about 20% of wood flour, the large U-shaped portion is used when the parting edge design is to be curved. The side surfaces of 22 and the small U-shaped portion 23 can be easily bent by cutting with a saw. Therefore, a favorite curve shape can be easily realized and the boundary can be set freely. Further, since each member is formed of a resin material, the weight of the member can be reduced, transportation is easy, and workability can be improved. Further, since each member is formed of a resin material, the life of the member can be extended. Furthermore, since the member to be used is comprised only with a division member, a connection member, and a support member, it also becomes possible to suppress an increase in cost. And by adopting polyethylene resin mixed with about 20% of wood flour, it can contribute to the realization of environmentally friendly parks and gardens.

The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and the specific materials mentioned in the embodiment. The dimensions and configuration are merely examples, and can be changed as appropriate.
For example, in this embodiment, although the case where the large U-shaped part 22 and the small U-shaped part 23 were formed in the both ends of the division member 11 was demonstrated, you may form the large U-shaped part 22 in both ends (FIG. 13), and a small U-shaped portion 23 may be formed at both ends (see FIG. 14).
