Description
Claims (11)
- 印刷ヘッドの上流のチャネルの少なくとも一部における印刷圧力が10〜3,000バールの範囲内である印刷液により印刷するように構成および配置された高圧印刷ヘッドと、
印刷液入口と、前記印刷液を一定流量で供給するように構成および配置された複数の圧力シリンダとを備え、かつ前記複数の圧力シリンダが少なくとも一個の圧力バルブにより相互接続された圧力システムと、
前記圧力システムの出口と前記高圧印刷ヘッドとの間に接続され、前記圧力バルブのバルブ作用を緩衝するダンパーと、
を備え、
前記圧力バルブは、前記複数の圧力シリンダのうち上流側のシリンダの圧力が他のシリンダの圧力よりも高い場合に、各シリンダの圧力を等化する均圧弁として機能することを特徴とする高圧印刷システム。 - 圧力領域を前記ダンパーの動作圧力領域内とするように過圧バルブが配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧印刷システム。
- 前記ダンパーは液体ダンパーであり、動作圧力の範囲が50バールより高いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧印刷システム。
- 前記過圧バルブは50〜600バールの範囲内の圧力により作動されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の高圧印刷システム。
- 前記印刷圧力は100〜3,000バールの圧力であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧印刷システム。
- 前記印刷圧力は200〜3,000バールの圧力であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の高圧印刷システム。
- 前記印刷圧力は300〜3,000バールの圧力であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の高圧印刷システム。
- 前記印刷圧力は400〜3,000バールの圧力であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の高圧印刷システム。
- 印刷された印刷液を回収し、前記回収された液を前記圧力システムに再循環する再循環回路をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧印刷システム。
- 前記圧力システムの印刷液入り口に直接接続され、前記圧力システムに初期圧力を提供するブースターシステムをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧印刷システム。
- 前記圧力システムは、温度制御された印刷液を提供するように温度調整器を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧印刷システム。
