Description
Claims (4)
- 予混合圧縮着火燃焼を行うエンジンの燃料噴射装置において、
前記エンジンの燃焼室内に燃料を噴射する燃料噴射弁と、
前記燃料を複数回に分割して噴射させるように前記燃料噴射弁を制御する制御手段とを備え、
前記制御手段は、第1の燃料噴射直後の予混合時間が最小となる時期よりも遅角側で前記第1の燃料噴射を行うように、前記燃料噴射弁による前記第1の燃料噴射時期を制御すると共に、前記第1の燃料噴射及びその後に行われる第2の燃料噴射によって生じる熱発生率波形が二山形状となるように、前記燃料噴射弁による前記第2の燃料噴射時期を制御することを特徴とする燃料噴射装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記第1の燃料噴射によって生じる高温酸化反応の開始時期が圧縮上死点以降となるように、前記燃料噴射弁による前記第1の燃料噴射時期を制御することを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記第1の燃料噴射によって生じる低温酸化反応による熱発生率ピーク以降で且つ前記第1の燃料噴射によって前記低温酸化反応後に生じる高温酸化反応による熱発生率ピーク以前に前記第2の燃料噴射を行うように、前記燃料噴射弁による前記第2の燃料噴射時期を制御することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記第1の燃料噴射によって生じる前記高温酸化反応の開始前に前記第2の燃料噴射を行うように、前記燃料噴射弁による前記第2の燃料噴射時期を制御することを特徴とする請求項3記載の燃料噴射装置。
