Description

The present invention relates to a level adjusting device in a partition device.

Some partitioning devices for partitioning an indoor space such as an office include a level adjusting device for adjusting the height from the floor surface (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2).

In the level adjusting device described in Patent Document 1, a screw-type level adjusting device that faces in the vertical direction is provided between a base member installed on the floor and a lower horizontal frame that supports the lower end of the panel. Installation, from either one of the front and rear of the partition device, insert a tool into the operation part of the adjustment screw and rotate it to adjust the height of the partition device. Workability is poor.
The level adjustment device includes an adjustment screw, an attachment base that rotatably supports a lower end portion thereof, and an attachment frame that is screwed to the adjustment screw and moves the lower horizontal frame up and down. Since the base member and the mounting frame are screwed to the horizontal frame, the number of parts of the level adjusting device is increased and the cost is increased, and the mounting is troublesome.

In the level adjustment device described in Patent Document 2, the adjustment screw has an operation portion at the upper end, and the height of the partition device can be adjusted by rotating the adjustment screw with a tool from above. Workability is better than that.
However, the level adjusting device includes an adjusting screw, a base metal fitting that rotatably supports the lower end portion thereof, and a screw seat that is screwed to the adjusting screw and moves the lower horizontal frame up and down. Similarly, the number of parts is large and the cost is high.
In addition, since the upper end of the adjusting screw protrudes upward from the central portion in the front-rear direction of the lower horizontal frame, the panel must be supported on the front and rear portions avoiding the protruding portion, and the panel relative to the lower horizontal frame must be supported. For example, when the panel is attached to the center of the lower horizontal frame in the front-rear direction, the mounting position is restricted.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and can easily adjust the height of the partition device, reduce the number of parts and the number of mounting steps, and the degree of freedom of the mounting position of the panel with respect to the lower horizontal frame. It is an object of the present invention to provide a level adjusting device in a partition device that can improve the above.

According to the present invention, the above problem is solved as follows.
(1) A level adjusting device in a partition device provided between a base member installed on the floor and facing in the left-right direction and a lower horizontal frame facing in the left-right direction that supports the lower end of the panel, the lower horizontal frame A concave portion that opens in the left and right direction and whose upper end is closed by a horizontal piece is provided on the lower surface of the lower portion, and the lower end has a U-shaped cross section that is supported by the base member. An adjustment screw having an enlarged head at the upper end is screwed into a female screw hole facing the vertical direction provided at the upper end of the support fitting so that the upper end of the enlarged head contacts the lower surface of the horizontal piece. The vertical position of the lower horizontal frame can be adjusted by rotating the diameter-enlarged head of the adjustment screw from above through the through hole formed in the horizontal piece.

(2) In the above item (1), projecting pieces facing in the left-right direction are provided on the front and rear facing surfaces of the concave portion below the horizontal piece so as to face each other, and in the gap between the two projecting pieces and the horizontal piece, The outer peripheral part of the diameter-expanded head of the adjustment screw is loosely fitted so as to be movable in the left-right direction from the side end of the lower horizontal frame.

(3) In the above item (1) or (2), the base member has a U-shaped cross section when viewed from the side, and at least an upper portion thereof is fitted into a recess of the lower horizontal frame, and the base member Fit the support bracket inside.

(4) In any of the above items (1) to (3), the adjusting screw is a countersunk screw.

According to the invention described in the above item (1) , since the adjustment screw can be rotated from above the lower horizontal frame, the height of the partition device can be easily adjusted.
Further, since the level adjusting device has only two members, that is, the support metal fitting and the adjusting screw screwed to the supporting metal fitting, the number of parts is small and the cost can be reduced.
Furthermore, since the lower end of the horizontal piece of the lower horizontal frame is only brought into contact with the upper end of the enlarged diameter head of the adjustment screw, and no attachment means such as a screw is used, the installation of the level adjustment device is extremely simple. .
Since the adjustment screw does not protrude above the lower horizontal frame, the mounting position of the panel with respect to the lower horizontal frame is not restricted, and the degree of freedom is increased.

According to the invention described in the above item (2) , the entire level adjusting device can be mounted on the lower horizontal frame only by loosely fitting the enlarged head of the adjustment screw into the gap in the recess of the lower horizontal frame from the side end. The level adjustment device can be arbitrarily adjusted in the left-right position according to the length of the lower horizontal frame.

According to the invention described in the above item (3), the entire level adjusting device is completely accommodated in the recesses of the base member and the lower horizontal frame and is not exposed to the outside. There is no need to blindfold.

According to the invention described in the above item (4) , since a general-purpose countersunk screw can be used as the adjusting screw, it is not necessary to separately manufacture the adjusting screw, and the cost can be further reduced.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

Level adjusting devices 7 and 7 for adjusting the vertical position of the entire partition device P are provided at the left and right ends of the lower horizontal frame 2.
As shown in the enlarged cross-sectional view of FIG. 2, each level adjusting device 7 is fitted in a base member 9 having a U-shaped cross-section that is fixed to the floor surface F by an anchor bolt 8 and has an upward U-shaped cross-section. A support fitting 10 having a downward U-shaped cross section and a female screw cylinder 12 fitted into a through hole 11 formed in the center of the upper surface of the support fitting 10 and having an upper end flange 12a welded to the upper surface of the support fitting 10. And an adjusting screw 13 made of a countersunk screw threaded into the female screw cylinder 12 from above.

The lower horizontal frame 2 has a substantially H-shaped cross section when viewed from the side, and is formed below the horizontal piece 14 facing in the left-right direction. The adjusting device 7 is accommodated, and the horizontal piece 14 is supported by the upper surface of the diameter-expanded head 13 a of the adjusting screw 13.

A through hole 16 having a diameter smaller than that of the enlarged diameter head portion 13a is formed in a portion of the horizontal piece 14 facing the adjustment screw 13, and a tool such as a screwdriver inserted from above into the through hole 16 is used to adjust the adjustment screw. By rotating 13, the level of the lower horizontal frame 2 can be adjusted.

Immediately below the horizontal piece 14, a pair of front and rear projecting pieces 17, 17 facing the left-right direction are provided on the inner surface of the recess 15 so as to face each other, and a gap 18 between each projecting piece 17 and the horizontal piece 14. , 18 is loosely fitted with the outer peripheral portion of the enlarged diameter head portion 13a of the adjusting screw 13. That is, before fixing the lower horizontal frame 2 to the column 1, the enlarged head 13 a of the adjustment screw 13 is inserted into the gap 18 from the side end of the lower horizontal frame 2, and the level adjusting device 7 is attached to the lower horizontal frame 2. After being assembled in the recess 15, the lower horizontal frame 2 and the level adjusting device 7 are fitted to the base member 9 from above.

Panel holding grooves 19 that open to the left and right sides and upward are formed over the entire length in the left-right direction at the center of the upper surface of the lower horizontal frame 2 in the front-rear direction, that is, above the horizontal piece 14. The groove 19 is fitted with a synthetic resin panel lower holding member 20 having a U-shaped cross section when viewed from the side. The panel lower holding member 20 is formed by projecting the protruding ridges 21, 21 projecting on the outer surfaces of the upper and lower upward pieces 20 a, 20 a toward the left-right direction, and the ridges facing the lateral direction formed on the opposing surface of the panel holding groove 19. The upper 22 is prevented from slipping upward by being slid from the side ends and fitted.

By dropping the lower end of the panel 5 into the recess of the panel lower holding member 20, the lower end of the panel 5 is held by the upper end of the lower horizontal frame 2. The thickness of the panel 5 is determined so that it can be easily loosely fitted into the panel lower holding member 20, and is inwardly made of a soft synthetic resin having elasticity formed integrally with the upper ends of both upward pieces 20a. Shaking of the panel 5 in the front-rear direction is prevented by bringing the front ends of the panel pressers 20 b and 20 b into contact with the front and rear surfaces of the panel 5.

The projecting ridges 24, 24 projecting from the lower outer surfaces of the front and rear downward pieces 23a, 23a and facing in the left-right direction are fitted from the side ends into the ridges 25, 25 formed on the opposing surface of the recess 15. Thus, it is prevented from coming down and fitted. At the lower ends of both downward pieces 23a, panel retainers 23b, 23b made of a soft synthetic resin that are in contact with both front and rear surfaces of the panel 5 are integrally formed as described above.

The upper end portion of the panel 5 is fitted into the recess of the panel upper holding member 23 and the front end of the panel presser 23b is brought into contact with the front and rear surfaces thereof, so that the upper end portion of the panel 5 is the lower end of the intermediate horizontal frame 3. It is held by the part. Note that the vertical dimension of the panel 5 is slightly shorter than the opposing dimension between the recesses in the panel lower holding member 20 and the panel upper holding member 23. In the state where the panel 5 is inclined, the upper end of the panel 5 is first placed on the panel. The upper and lower ends of the panel 5 are held by the lower horizontal frame 2 and the intermediate horizontal frame 3 by deeply inserting into the concave portion of the upper holding member 23 and then dropping the lower end portion into the concave portion of the panel lower holding member 20. You can do that.

The panel lower holding member 26 includes a holding portion main body 27 made of a hard synthetic resin having a vertical dimension substantially equal to the depth thereof, and an insertion member 28 made of an elastically deformable synthetic resin. The holding portion main body 27 has a base piece 27a that faces the bottom surface of the panel holding groove 19 and faces in the front-rear direction, an upright piece 27b that stands up from its front end, and an upper end of the upright piece 27b toward the center of the concave groove 19. And a rearward holding piece 27c extending at a right angle.

A panel presser 29 made of a synthetic resin material (including an elastomer) that is softer and slightly elastic than the holding portion main body 27a is integrally formed at the front end (rear end) of the rearward holding piece 27c.
At the rear end portion of the base piece 27a, an insertion groove 30 having a concave cross section that can be engaged with the insertion member 28 and gradually expands upward is formed over the entire length in the left-right direction.

The insertion member 28 has a hollow square tubular cross-section holding portion 28a provided with a slit hole 31 facing left and right slightly on the lower surface and a depth of the insertion groove 30 depending on the front and rear openings of the slit hole 31. A pair of front and rear engaging feet 28b, 28b that are slightly shorter than the above are provided. Engagement portions 32 having serrated cross sections that can be engaged with each other are formed on the outer surfaces of the both engagement foot pieces 28 b and the inner facing surface of the insertion groove 30.

A panel retainer 29 similar to the panel retainer 29 is integrally formed with the insertion member 28 at the upper front portion of the holding portion 28a.
The lower end portion of the glass panel 6 is inserted into the concave portion of the holding portion main body 27 and is received and supported by the base piece 27a, and then both the engaging foot pieces 28b of the insertion member 28 are pushed into the insertion groove 30 of the holding portion main body 27. When the engaging portions 32 are engaged with each other, the opposing surfaces of the front and rear panel presses 29 and 29 are brought into pressure contact with the front and rear surfaces of the glass panel 6, so that the lower end portion of the glass panel 6 is moved to the intermediate horizontal frame 3. Held by the top of the.

As shown in FIG. 4, the upper horizontal frame 4 described above is connected to a panel holding portion 33 having a U-shaped cross-section in a side view and a lower end of the front and rear downward pieces 33a and 33a. The front horizontal piece 33b and the rear horizontal piece 33c provided, and short standing pieces 33d and 33d connected to their free ends, are integrally formed by extruding aluminum alloy or the like. ing. The front-rear dimension of the upper horizontal frame 4 is slightly larger than the front-rear dimension of the support column 1.

As shown in FIG. 5, the columns 1 aligned in the left-right direction are connected to each other by a flat rectangular tube-shaped connecting member 35 that is fixed to the upper ends of the columns 1 by screws 34, 34 and whose front-rear dimension is substantially equal to that of the column 1. At the center of the upper surface of the connecting member 35, a frame cover 36 having a U-shaped cross-section facing downward in a side view that can accommodate the upper horizontal frame 4 is fixed by a plurality of countersunk screws 37.

On the opposing surface at the lower end of the front and rear downward pieces 36a, 36a and the slightly upward opposing surface of the frame cover 36, the engaging ridges 38, 38 having an arcuate cross section facing the left and right direction, and the engagement of the square cross section, respectively. Stop ridges 39 and 39 are projected inward.

As shown in FIG. 4, the lower engaging ridges 38 and 38 and the complementary shape are provided at the corners of the upper horizontal frame 4 where the front horizontal piece 33b and the rearward horizontal piece 33c are connected to the standing piece 33d. Engaging recesses 40 and 40 are formed.
Between the struts 1 adjacent to the left and right, the front and rear engaging grooves 40 of the upper horizontal frame 4 are engaged with both locking protrusions 38 of the frame cover 36, and the front and rear standing pieces 33d are vertically locked. By engaging in a recess 41 formed between the ridges 38 and 39, the upper horizontal frame 4 is integrally fixed in the lower half of the frame cover 36. This fastening operation can be performed from below by elastically deforming the downward piece 36a of the frame cover 36 outward.

When the upper horizontal frame 4 is fixed to the frame cover 36, the upper surface of the upper piece 33e of the panel holding portion 33 comes into contact with the lower surface of the connecting member 35. As shown in FIG. By screwing a plurality of left and right countersunk screws 42 inserted into the upper piece 33e from below into the center of the connecting member 35 in the front-rear direction, the upper horizontal frame 4 is attached to the lower surface of the connecting member 35 on the frame cover 36. It is fixed so that it is flush with the lower end and is aligned with the upper end of the column 1.

As shown in FIG. 4, a panel holding groove 43 formed in the panel holding portion 33 in the upper horizontal frame 4 and opening in both the downward and left and right directions has a vertical dimension substantially equal to the depth thereof, and is generally downwardly facing. A panel upper holding member 45 including a holding body 44 made of a hard synthetic resin having a letter-shaped cross section and an insertion member 28 having the same shape and symmetry as the insertion member 28 is press-fitted.

Soft panel pressers 29 and 29 are integrally formed at the rear end of the rear piece 44a at the lower end of the front portion of the holding portion main body 44 and the front lower portion of the holding portion 28a of the insertion member 28, as described above. Yes.
At the lower end portion of the hanging piece 44b at the rear portion of the holding portion main body 44, an upward concave insertion groove 46 is formed, which can be engaged with both engagement feet 28b of the insertion member 28 and gradually expands downward. Yes. An engaging portion 32 having a sawtooth cross section similar to the above is formed on the opposing surface of the insertion groove 46 and the outer surface of both engaging feet 28b.

The upper end portion of the glass panel 6 whose vertical dimension is shorter than the opposing dimension in the concave portion of the panel upper holding member 45 and the lower panel holding member 26 is inclined in the concave portion of the holding portion main body 44. After inserting in the state and holding the lower end portion of the glass panel 6 by the panel lower holding member 26, the both engagement feet 28 b of the insertion member 28 are fitted and engaged with the insertion groove 46 of the holding portion main body 44. Thus, the upper end portion of the glass panel 6 is held by the upper horizontal frame 4 that is substantially integrated with the connecting member 35 and the frame cover 36 (see FIG. 4).

As shown in the enlarged cross-sectional view of FIG. 6, the left and right ends of the glass panel 6 are symmetrical (the same structure is shown in the left and right), and the left and right columns 1, 1 are opposed to the opposite central surface in the front-rear direction. It is held as follows by the panel side holding member 48 fitted into the provided vertical panel holding groove 47.

The panel side portion holding member 48 includes a holding portion main body 49 made of a hard synthetic resin and an insertion member 50 made of an elastically deformable synthetic resin that is slightly shorter than the left and right dimensions thereof. A base portion 49a having a U-shaped cross-section facing outward in plan view, fitted into the panel holding groove 47, a holding piece 49c extending inward in the left-right direction from the inner end of the rear fitting piece 49b, and a holding piece 49c is provided with a short forward piece 49d connected to the inner end of 49c, and a panel presser 29 similar to the above is integrally provided on the front end face of the forward piece 49d.

The front fitting piece 49e of the base 49a is formed with a vertical insertion groove 51 that gradually expands inward.

The insertion member 50 faces the left and right direction, and has a hollow engaging portion 50a having a slit hole 52 at the outer end, and extends outward from the opening edge of the slit hole 52. A pair of front and rear engagement feet 50b, 50b that are shorter than the depth of the groove 51, and a short rear piece 50c that is connected to the inner end of the engagement portion 50a. A panel presser 29 similar to the above is connected to the rear end surface.
Engaging portions 53 and 53 having sawtooth cross-sections that are complementary to each other are formed on the opposing surface of the insertion groove 51 and the outer surfaces of the two engaging feet 50b.

In order to hold the glass panel 6 by the left and right panel side holding members 48, first, the rear surfaces of the left and right end portions of the glass panel 6 whose left and right dimensions are slightly shorter than the dimension between the opposing surfaces of the left and right support columns 1 are used. The left and right holding part main bodies 49 are brought into contact with the front surface of the panel presser 29.

Next, the engaging feet 50b of the insertion member 50 are fitted into the insertion grooves 51 of the holding portion main body 49 until the inner side surface of the insertion member 50 is aligned with the inner side surface of the holding portion main body 49. The joint portions 53 are engaged with each other.

Thereby, the rear surface of the panel pressing member 29 of the insertion member 50 is pressed against the front surface of the glass panel 6, and the left and right end portions of the glass panel 6 are stably held by the left and right panel side portion holding members 48, 48.

FIG. 7 shows the mounting structure of the left and right ends of the lower panel 5 described above.
In addition, since the attachment structure of the right-and-left both ends of the panel 5 is left-right symmetrical and is the same structure, only one side is illustrated.
A panel side holding member 54 having a shape different from that of the panel side holding member 48 is fitted in the panel holding groove 47 on the opposite surface of the column 1.

The panel side portion holding member 54 includes a holding portion main body 55 and an insertion member 56 made of a hard synthetic resin, and the holding portion main body 55 is located above and below a U-shaped section facing outward in a plan view fitted in the panel holding groove 47. A base portion 55a facing in the direction, a holding piece 55b extending inward from the inner edge of the rear end portion, and a front side of the holding piece 55b in front of the intermediate portion in the left-right direction. And an elastic locking piece 55c having a slightly shorter dimension. A panel pressing member 57 made of a soft synthetic resin (including elastomer) having a slight elasticity capable of coming into contact with the rear surface of the side end portion of the panel 5 is integrally formed on the front surface of the front end portion of the holding piece 55b.

An engaging groove 58 is formed between the opposing surfaces of the side piece 55d of the base portion 55a and the elastic locking piece 55c. The engaging groove 58 opens toward the front, that is, the front edge of the base portion 55a.
A locking protrusion 59 that slightly protrudes toward the engagement groove 58 is formed at the front end portion of the elastic locking piece 55c, and the left and right dimensions of the front end opening of the engagement groove 58 are slightly smaller than the back portion thereof. Has become

The insertion member 56 has an L-shape in plan view, which includes a holding piece 56a inward in the left-right direction that can hold the front surface of the side end of the panel 5 and an engagement piece 56b that faces the engagement groove 58 and faces rearward. A cross section is formed, and the overall length is formed to be equal to the vertical dimension of the holding portion main body 55.

On the rear surface of the front end of the holding piece 56a, a panel presser 57 similar to the above that can be brought into contact with the front surface of the panel 5 is integrally formed.
At the rear end portion of the engagement piece 56b, a locked protrusion 60 that can be engaged with the rear end of the engagement protrusion 59 of the elastic locking piece 55c protrudes.
On the front end base portion of the engagement piece 56b, that is, on the outer surface of the continuous corner portion of the holding piece 56a and the engagement piece 56b, a recessed step portion 61 that is recessed backward is formed. The column 1 can be engaged with the opening edge 62 on the front side of the panel holding groove 47 in the column 1.

In order to hold the panel 5 by the left and right panel side holding members 54, first, the rear surfaces of the left and right end portions of the panel 5 are brought into contact with the front surfaces of the panel pressers 57 in the left and right holding portion main bodies 55.

Next, as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 7, after the panel pressing member 57 of the holding piece 56 a in the insertion member 56 is brought into contact with the front surface of the side end portion of the panel 5, the tip end portion of the holding piece 56 a is used as a fulcrum. Then, the entire insertion member 56 is rotated rearward, and the engagement piece 56b is pushed into the engagement groove 58 of the holding portion main body 55 to be fitted.

Then, the locked ridge 60 of the engaging piece 56b is engaged with the back end of the locking ridge 59 of the elastic locking piece 55c, and the engagement piece 56b is prevented from being detached from the engaging groove 58. Then, the side end portion of the panel 5 is held by the panel side portion holding member 54. When the insertion member 56 is attached, the recessed stepped portion 61 provided at the front end base portion of the engagement piece 56b is close to the opening edge 62 of the front portion of the panel holding groove 47 in the column 1, so that the engagement piece 56b is engaged. The separation from the mating groove 58 is reliably prevented.

If such a panel side part holding member 54 is used, the both-sides edge part of the panel 5 can be attached to the opposing surface of the right and left support | pillar 1 which also serves as the vertical frame of the both sides very easily.

When the level adjusting device 7 as in the above-described embodiment is used, the adjustment screw 13 can be rotated from above the lower horizontal frame 2, so that the height of the partition device P can be easily adjusted.
Further, since the level adjusting device 7 is substantially only two members, that is, the support fitting 10 and the adjusting screw 13, the number of parts is small and the cost can be reduced.

Furthermore, since the adjusting screw 13 does not protrude above the lower horizontal frame 2, the panel 5 can be disposed without any trouble at the center in the front-rear direction of the upper surface of the lower horizontal frame 2.
The entire level adjusting device 7 can be mounted in advance in the recess 15 of the lower horizontal frame 2 simply by fitting the enlarged diameter head 13a of the adjusting screw 13 into the gap 18 from the side end.

In the above embodiment, the female screw cylinder 12 is fixed to the upper end of the support fitting 10 and the adjustment screw 13 is screwed into the female screw cylinder 12, but the female screw cylinder 12 is omitted and the upper end of the support fitting 10 is A female screw hole into which the adjustment screw 13 is screwed may be directly provided. At this time, it is preferable to increase the thickness of the upper end of the support fitting 10 so that the screwing allowance of the adjustment screw 13 with respect to the female screw hole is large.
